Darstellung und Eigenschaften der Triamide der Phosphorsäure und der Monothiophosphorsäure, OP(NH2)3 bzw. SP(NH2)3, werden beschrieben. Beide Verbindungen sind Nichtelektrolyte. Sie sind an trockener Luft beständig. In feuchter Luft gehen sie in Ammoniumhydrogen-monoamidophosphat, NH4HPO3(NH2), bzw. in Diammoniumhydrogen-monothiophosphat, (NH4)2HPO3S, über. Beim Erwärmen mit verd. Natronlauge entstehen Natriumdiamidophosphat, NaPO2(NH2)2·4H2O, bzw. Natriumdiamido-monothiophosphat, NaPOS(NH2)2)2·4H2O. Es lassen sich also, ausgehend von Phosphoroxychlorid bzw. von Phosphorthiochlorid und Ammoniak, alle drei Amidoderivate der Orthophosphorsäure bzw. mindestens das Phosphorthio-triamid und das Natriumsalz der Diamido-monothio-phosphorsäure auf verhältnismäßig einfache und rein anorganische Weise darstellen. Phosphoroxy-triamid kann als Ligand in Komplex-verbindungen fungieren, wie das Beispiel des Silber-phosphoroxytriamido-nitrats, [{OP(NH2)3}Ag]NO3, erkennen läßt.
