    Description: In order to investigation use of different ration from acorn meal in diet of rainbow trout as a plate binder and nutrient, The experiment was carried out in complete random in design. The treatments were 1,2,3 and 4, which contained of 0,2,4,6 percent of acorn meal in different diets respectively. Four repeat had been make in each treatment. This experiment were conducted on 1600 Juveniles rainbow trout with initial average weight of 74 gr, for 120 days after antiseptic processes in 16 polyethylene pound of 1.8 1.4 0.9 m length, width and depth respectively, in Boldaje station in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. The diets were formulated with local material which could providing nutritive requirement of rainbow trout in principle of NRC with UFFDA soft ware dietary, as diets contained of 0,2,4,6 percent Acorn meal and other nutrient were equal. The feed were given 3 time a day on biomass basis of pounds. During of experiment, once every two weeks, after anaesthetize 50 percent of fishes in each pound were measuring a bout weight and length and the data were taken. At the final of experiment for determination of carcass characteristics, comprising of crud protein, fat, ash and dry matter, 10 fish carcass of each pounds were analyzed by AOAC procedure after removal of fins, fill gut and head, The results showed which final weigh increase was more in treat 4 and have been significant differences with others. The greatest length was observed in treat four which had significant differences with treat 1. Feed consumption were not significant differences between any treats, but was more in treat 4. Feed conversion ratio affected by treat, and the best was in treat 4, which had significant, differing with treat 1. For carcass characteristic, all treat was similar, exception for ash which more in treat four. Diets stability showed that the least stability was in treat 1 and the highest was seen in treat 4. The result of this study showed that we could use of acorn meal such as nutrient and plate binder because effect on fish rising, because improvement in fattening performance and carcass characteristics in diet of rainbow trout.

    Description: In the first chapter, all documents in aquaculture feed, feed formulation, nutritional requirement and basic concepts of aquatic feeding had been collected. The second chapter focused on broodstock feeding in order to improve reproduction effecieny . The third chapter performed to importance of live food specially in sturgeon fishes larvae and the forth chapter attended to biology and ecology of this fishes and finally in the fifth chaper, special nutrition and feeding in sturgeon fish larvae had been brought with all the works out in Iran on. There are 63 documents including papers, thesis and reports from different research library and universities among them 34 base on sturgeon larvae nutrition specially on Huso huso and Persian sturgeon species and almost there are not any documents on the other three species. 14 documents comes from the role of protein, energy and lipid replacements basically in the first growth year, 3 of back to the special nutrition requirement of Persian and Huso huso species and 12 were on digestive enzymes physiology, the role of probiotic and prebiotic on growth and survival rate. Almost there is not any organization in Iran to work on this species specificly and it seems every student and researcher paid attend to a narrow way of high way sturgeon fish researches. There is not any data bank on these important fishes and some repeated worked out by researchers in different parts of the country. Beside of this documents there had been gathered some research documents from the other countires for comparing and showing the correct way in this regards. First, we must focus on broodstock sturgeon feeding, then on egg and yolk analysis, larval stages, morphology, measurement of larval mouth and finding the best live food for different stages of sturgeon larviculture and finnaly on digestive physiology and enzymatic activities. In the stage of shifting from endogenous to exogenous feeding, nutritional requirement, protein digestibility, essential and free amino acids, essential fatty acids spcially PUFA and HUFA, vitamins, minerals, pigments, growth and survival stimulants and resistance to physiological environmental stress are very important to search.

    Description: The present study investigated the potential production of rainbow trout in 9 new concret ponds (19 × 2.2 × 1.5 m) in two stages including 50 gr (small size fish) and 300 gr fattened fish). In stage one (small size fish production), 3 different stock densities including 100, 115 and 130 fish/m2 with initial average weight 5 ± 1 gr and in the second stage (fattened fish), 60, 70 and 80 fish/m2 with initial average weight 65 ± 5 gr were used. Both stages carried out in a completely randomized design with 3 treatments for 75 days and 180 days during the first and second stages, respectively. In the experiment 1 (stage one), results showed that treatment with 100 fish/m2 had significantly higher weight gain and lower feed conversion ratio than other groups (P 〈 0.05). No significant differences were observed among the treatments for feed intake after 30 days (P 〉 0.05), but 130 fish/m2 had significantly the highest feed intake (100.33 gr/fish) after 75 days (P 〈 0.05). The highest specific growth rate and protein efficiency ratio were significantly related to 100 fish/m2 compared to other treatments (P〈0.05). In the experiment 2, treatment contain 60 fish/m2 during 60, 120 and 180 rearnig days showed higher weight gain, specific growth rate (0.83, 0.91 and 0.84, respectively), protein efficiency ratio, and also lower feed conversion ratio than other treatments (P〈0.05). The highest feed intake was significantly observed in 80 fish/m2 stock density after 180 days compared to other groups. In the second experiment (fattened fish) only 60 fish/m2 stock density showed the highest performance after 180 days. Therefore, the optimum stock density was 100 fish/m2 up to 50 gr (small size fish production) and 60 fish/m2 up to 300 gr (fattened fish).

    Description: Sargassum ilicifolium were collected from 18 stations of Sistan and Baluchistan coastal waters, washed out, dried and powdered then transferred to laboratory for biochemical analyzing of total protein (% DW) using Kejeldal method, amino acids using HPLC device, Crude fat (%DW) using Soxoleh method, Fatty acids with GC device after determination of FAMES, carbohydrate (%DW) with phenol sulfuric acid method, vitamins with HPLC device, Ash content using burning in Avon, minerals with flame photometry and astaxanthin with spectrophotometry and statistical analysis using SPSS, Ver. 14. Results showed that Sargassum collected from Tis beach near the Chabahar bay in dried form with 9.18±1.15% protein (p〈0.05), 2.18±0.15% crude fat (p〉0.05), 1.2% EF(p〉0.05), 33.11±2.03% carbohydrate(p〈0.05), 230.14±11.83 Kcal 100-1 energy(p〈0.05), 11.11±1.03% minerals(p〈0.05), 115.51±10.87 mg vitamin complex in 100 g seaweed DW (p〈0.05) and 104.11±1.00 µg Astaxanthin in 100 g seaweed DW(p〈0.05) had higher nutritional values comparing the samples collected from other areas. Essential fatty acids of sargassum collected from Tis had higher amount (p〈0.05) compared to the others but amino acid profiles had not (p〉0.05)except lysine(p〈0.05).

    Description: This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of different levels of garlic (Allium sativum) on growth survival and nutritional characteristics of goldfish (Carassius auratus). For this purpose, 180 goldfish with an average initial weight of 1.18± 0.08 g were introduced randomly into 12 aquaria (50×30×40 cm) in 4 groups, with 15 fish in each group. Treatments were fed on a basal diet for one week, followed by experimental diets for eight weeks. Garlic powder was added at levels of 0 (Control), 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mg kg^-1 to commercial diet. At the end of the experiment, growth and survival rates and feed performance were evaluated. There was no significant difference in growth rate and feed efficiency between treatments, although they were better in the 0.5% level. The highest survival rate was achieved in the 0.5% treatment that showed a significant difference compared to the control diet (p〈0.05). The best growth performance and feed efficiency were obtained in fish fed the 0.5% garlic powder diet.

    Description: Advantages of pelleted feeds in terms of storage, transportation and lower costs compared to natural fresh feed justified the replacement of artificial feeds instead of natural ones partially on maturation performances. This study comprised nine treatments (with three replications) including control treatment: polychaete worm (Perinereis nuntia), Squid and calf liver (natural feed); T1: pellet feed with 50% crude protein and 8% crude lipid+ Perinereis nuntia, Squid and calf liver; T2: pellet feed with 50% crude protein and 10% crude lipid+ Perinereis nuntia, Squid and calf liver; T3: pellet feed with 40% crude protein and 10% crude lipid+ Perinereis nuntia, Squid and calf liver; T4: pellet feed with 40% crude protein and 8% crude lipid+ Perinereis nuntia, Squid and calf liver Perinereis nuntia; T5: pellet feed with 50% crude protein and 10% crude lipid; T6: pellet feed with 50% crude protein and 8% crude lipid; T7: pellet feed with 40% crude protein and 10% crude lipid; T8: pellet feed with 40% crude protein and 8% crude lipid. In treatments 1, 2, 3 and 4, 50% of the natural diets were removed and pellet foods used instead. The amount of pellet feeds that given daily, was 3.5% of shrimp broodstock biomass. In treatments 5, 6, 7 and 8, the amount of pellet feeds that given daily was 7.5% daily. Feeding was done 4 times a day. GSI in the control (3.23%), treatment 3 (3.20%) and treatment 6 (3.02%) were significantly higher than that in the other treatments (p〈0.05). Absolute fecundity in the control (29980 eggs) and treatment 3 (29683 eggs) was significantly higher than other treatments (p〈0.05). HSI reached the lowest level in treatment 8 (2.14%). But in treatments 3 and 5 was more than control, but did not any statistical significant (p〉0.05). Survival rate in the treatment 8 (26.66%) was significantly lower than other treatments (p〈0.05). Generally, In the treatment 3, with the elimination of 50% of the natural foods, and the use of pellet food instead of them, result of comparative indices of reproduction were in desirable proportions.

    Description: The effects of n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids (n-3 HUFA) were studied on Beluga (Huso huso) fish larvae by feeding fish larvae with live food enriched with 4 different oils (ICES 30/4, tuna eye oil, flaxseed oil and linseed oil) containing different levels of n-3 HUFA including 27.19, 20.33, 12.71 and 0.39 mg g-1 dry weight of oil, respectively. Fish larvae weighing 30.00±2.00 mg were randomly divided into 12 groups of 150 fish each and triplicates fed the 4 experimental diets for 3 weeks. There were no differences in survival rates, but significant differences were found in growth rates and fatty acid composition of the fish larvae after 30 days. Fish fed low levels of dietary n-3 HUFA (0.39 mg g-1 DW) showed poor n-3 HUFA contents but these fatty acids improved with the elevation of the n-3 HUFA levels in the diet up to 20 mg g-1 DW. Fish fed the flaxseed oil showed the highest level of crude lipid 15.00±3.01). Results showed that tuna eye oil and ICES30/4-enriched live food (4.83 ±1.29 and 4.61 ±0.99 mg g-1 DW, respectively) showed the highest n-3 HUFA content for sturgeon fish larvae.

    Description: The main objective of this research was determination and analysis of the fish consumption in the urban and rural areas, Markazi Province. The survey method was used to achieve the research objectives and the main instrument of the research was a researcher made questionnaire. The questionnaires were completed by visiting each of the research samples (Urban and rural households). 2525 number of them was assigned to the sample based on random sampling method. Cities were selected in the first stage by full enumeration (12 Cities: Ashtian, Arak, Tafrish, Khomein, Mohalat, Saveh, Shazand, Delijan, Kemijan, Farahan, Khandab, Zarandieh). Frequency of the sample in each city is determined in proportion of the size of urban households. In this study 1455 people were studied in the urban areas and 1070people in the rural areas. A standard formula was used to estimate the amount of fish consumption. The results showed that the average of per capita consumption in total province is 5.81 kg, in urban area 6.70 kg and in rural area 4.62 kg/y. On the other hand, inflation and lack of local shopping mall near the workplace and residence are considered as the main problems and obstacles of the consumption level. Also, the satisfaction level of the price and diversity of the available aquatic, was lower than average in the market (2.2 and 2.62from 5). Regression analysis results also showed that five variables including education level, number of household members, price, income level and knowing how to cooking fish, explained more than 57 percent of the change in the consumption of aquatics (R2 =0.57). In the end it is proposed that planning for increasing the levels of information and public culture, diversifying the methods and programs of the extension service and promoting of the fish consumption, expansion of fish distribution and production centers and assistance to cooperative activities and unions in the field of aquaculture marketing and adopting supportive policies for fishing community in order to promoting their welfare and ultimately reducing the price aquatic be considered by aquatic consumption and public health planners.

    Description: The research conducted for finding of aquaculture potential and appropriate areas of Yamchi dam downstream river and estimate of its production in 2010-2012. Yamchi dam is located at 25 kilometers of southwest of the Ardabil city. This research done by using of available information and data obtained from the monthly and seasonally sampling. After evaluating of Yamchi river potential and its marginal lands, suitable locations for aquaculture determinated and theirs production was calculated at each site. Totally, 3 areas selected for trout aquaculture and varius method suggested including race way, octagonal pond and semi-recircultaion. In the present condition of Yamchi river the amount of trout production is predicted at least 65 ton by race way to maximum 1750 ton by semirecircultaion method. Whiles, if 2 cubic meters of water from Yamchi dam outlet is provided to aquaculture, it will be predicted at least 580 ton by race way to maximum 4000 ton by semi-recircultaion method

    Description: and corn. 7 experimental diets prepared. Amount of carbohydrate materials replacement in diets were: 1) 100% bread wastes 2) 50% bread wastes 3) 100% spaghetti wastes 4) 50% spaghetti wastes 5) 100% equal mix of bread wastes and spaghetti wastes and 6) 50% equal mix of bread wastes and spaghetti wastes. Blank diet prepared as same as commercial common diet. 21 polyethylene net cages (lxlxl m) used for fish holding in a cement pond (30x3x1.2 m) with 10 lis water flow. Each cage stoked by 20 fish with initial average weight of 85:f:5 g. Farming period was 75 days and in this period water temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen were 14.5:f:2°c, 7.5-8.8 and 6.8-8.5 mg/l, respectively. The best growth performance belonged to diet 4, although results diets of 2, 4, 6, and blank no different (p〈0.05). In term of economic value of used diets, diets 2 had the best result. Carcass analysis in the end of experiment showed that carcass protein and ash contents in all of treatment were same but lipid content in treatments of 1, 3, and 5 were lower than other treatments (p〈0.05).
