    Comprendiendo la Lectura: Del Nivel Literal al Crítico en Estudiantes de EBA (2024)

    Beschreibung: This research book deals with the fact that the moments of reading improve reading comprehension in the literal, inferential and critical levels of the students of the second grade "E" of the advanced cycle of the CEBA "Politécnico Regional del Centro"- Huancayo, it is of quantitative nature, applied type, pre-experimental design, with pre-test and post-test in a single group, non-probabilistic sample. A pre-test was applied to diagnose their text comprehension, then an experimental proposal based on Isabel Solé's reading moments strategy and a post-test to determine the effects. It was statistically demonstrated that the application of this strategy significantly improves reading comprehension at the literal, inferential and critical levels. This is based on the fact that in the pre-test most students achieved scores below 10 (vigesimal scale); but in the post-test most of them surpassed this average in these levels. The calculation showed that there are significant differences between the pre-test and post-test scores of 6.6 points p 〈 0.05.

    Beschreibung: Este libro de investigación trata sobre que los momentos de la lectura mejoran la comprensión lectora en los niveles literal, inferencial y crítico de los estudiantes del segundo grado “E” del ciclo avanzado del CEBA “Politécnico Regional del Centro”- Huancayo, es de naturaleza cuantitativa, tipo aplicada, diseño pre experimental, con pre test y pos test en un solo grupo, muestra no probabilística. Se aplicó un pre test para diagnosticar su comprensión de textos, luego una propuesta experimental basada en la estrategia los momentos de la lectura de Isabel Solé y un post test para determinar los efectos. Se demostró estadísticamente que la aplicación de esta estrategia permite mejorar significativamente la comprensión lectora en el nivel literal, inferencial y crítico. Esto se fundamenta porque en el pre test la mayoría de estudiantes alcanzó calificaciones inferiores a 10 (escala vigesimal); pero, en el post test la mayoría superó este promedio en estos niveles. En el calculó se evidenció que existen diferencias significativas entre las puntuaciones del pre y post test de 6,6 puntos p 〈 0,05.

    Beschreibung: In the stem-derivational perfective-imperfective opposition of Slavic the role of prefixes and suffixes has to be assessed jointly. The article evaluates the diachronic backdrop and parameters appropriate for classificatory categories. Special attention is paid to the criteria applied by aspectologists to determine aspect pairs and to aspect triplets. The assessment ends up with a paradox resulting from Maslov’s criteria of ‘trivial pairednessʼ, which require not only identical lexical meaning, but an ontology for which telic events are the sole basis in the derivation of aspect pairs.

    Beschreibung: The article focuses on a collection of manuscript scenari, the Gibaldone of the Count of Casamarciano, transcribed in Naples in the year 1700. In this collection there are five canovacci derived from Calderonian comedies; among them, we can find Il finto astrologo, whose source text is a famous cloak and sword play, El astrólogo fingido. The relationship between the comedy and the scenario will be studied, in particular as regards those sections of the Calderonian play that have been added and removed so as to conform it to the codes of commedia dell’arte.

    Beschreibung: This article explores the diplomatic correspondence sent to the Doge of Venice by Peter I (1721) and by his daughter Empress Elizabeth I (1743), informing him of peace treaties that had recently been concluded between Russia and Sweden. Analyzing these letters in the context of Russia’s diplomatic and epistolary relations with Venice in the 17th and 18th centuries, we examine their structure and composition with particular attention to the presence of diplomatic and epistolary formulae to identify evolutionary changes in the diplomatic and epistolary etiquette employed by Peter I and his successors.

    Beschreibung: In the first part, a summary of oil management from 1972 to the present is made, as well as a description of the oil policy applied by the governments, from the administration of Dr. Oswaldo Hurtado to the administration of Mr. Guillermo Lasso. The second part analyzes the legal environment in the context of natural resources, especially oil, within the framework of the Hydrocarbons Law and the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. And in the third, we analyze the production in the Sacha Field, awarded to ORNCEM through the specific services contract and according to its two amendment contracts. It concludes with some considerations that should be taken into account and that call for reflection when contracts are proposed and executed whose benefit is not the best for the country. On the other hand, forests are great "cleaners" of carbon dioxide; when they are destroyed, their absorption potential is annulled and, therefore, they contribute to global warming by increasing greenhouse gases, which is why deforestation must be counteracted.

    Beschreibung: En la primera parte, se realiza un resumen del manejo del petróleo a partir de 1972 hasta la actualidad, así como también se describe la política petrolera aplicada por los gobiernos, desde la administración del doctor Oswaldo Hurtado hasta la administración del señor Guillermo Lasso. En la segunda, se analiza el entorno jurídico en el contexto de los recursos naturales especialmente del petróleo, en el marco de la Ley de Hidrocarburos y de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador. Y en la tercera, se analiza la producción en el Campo Sacha, adjudicada a ORNCEM mediante el contrato de servicios específicos y de acuerdo a sus dos contratos modificatorios. Se concluye con algunas consideraciones que se deben tomar en cuenta y que llaman a la reflexión cuando se proponen y ejecutan contratos cuyo beneficio no es el mejor para el país. Por otro lado, los bosques son grandes “limpiadores” de dióxido de carbono, al ser destruidos se anula su potencial de absorción y, por lo tanto, contribuyen al calentamiento global del planeta por el incremento de gases de efecto invernadero, razón por la cual, se debe contrarrestar la deforestación.

    Beschreibung: The present work starts from the problem when investigating how the same penalty for the crime of Fraudulent Embezzlement affects the principle of proportionality, so it is necessary to refer to Article 387 of the Penal Code, which reads as follows: The public official or servant who appropriates or uses, in any form, for himself or for another, funds or effects whose collection, administration or custody are entrusted to him by reason of his position, shall be punished with deprivation of liberty for not less than two nor more than eight years. It is an aggravating circumstance if the funds or effects were destined for welfare purposes or social support programs. In these cases, the prison sentence shall be not less than four nor more than ten years. According to the Plenary Agreement No. 4-2005/CJ-116, Plenary Jurisdiction of the Permanent and Transitory Criminal Chambers of the Supreme Court of Justice, the elements of the criminal offense of embezzlement are (i) the existence of a functional relationship, (ii) the collection, administration or custody, (iii) appropriation or use, (iv) the recipient: for himself or for a third party, (v) funds and effects. The result was that when punishing with the same penalty in the crime of Fraudulent Misappropriation in its modality of appropriation and use, despite the differences if we appreciate them from a patrimonial perspective or from the perspective of safeguarding the right of property of the public entity, in the modality of use there is an excess in the penalization, affecting the principle of proportionality, reason for which it should have a different treatment.

    Beschreibung: El presente trabajo se inicia del problema cuando se investiga de qué manera al sancionar con una misma pena en el delito de Peculado Doloso afecta el principio de proporcionalidad, por lo que es necesario remitirnos al artículo 387 del Código Penal, cuyo tenor es como sigue: El funcionario o servidor público que se apropia o utiliza, en cualquier forma, para sí o para otro, caudales o efectos cuya percepción, administración o custodia le estén confiados por razón de su cargo, será reprimido con pena privativa de la libertad no menor de dos ni mayor de ocho años. Constituye circunstancia agravante si los caudales o efectos estuvieran destinados a fines asistenciales o a programas de apoyo social. En estos casos, la pena privativa de la libertad será no menor de cuatro ni mayor de diez años. Según lo establecido por el Acuerdo Plenario N.° 4-2005/CJ-116, Pleno jurisdiccional de las Salas Penales Permanentes y Transitoria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, los elementos del tipo penal de peculado son (i) la existencia de una relación funcional, (ii) la percepción, administración o custodia, (iii) apropiación o utilización, (iv) el destinatario: para sí o para un tercero, (v) caudales y efectos. El resultado fue que al sancionar con una misma pena en el delito de Peculado Doloso en su modalidad de apropiación y utilización visten de igual contenido de ilicitud, pese a las diferencias si las apreciamos desde una perspectiva patrimonialista o de salvaguarda del derecho de propiedad del ente público, en la modalidad de utilizar existe un exceso en la penalización afectándose el principio de proporcionalidad, razón por la cual debe tener un tratamiento distinto.

    Beschreibung: In the southern border area, where Ecuador is located with neighboring Peru. There are two important cantons for its commercial passage, the canton Macará in the province of Loja, and the canton Huaquillas in the province of El Oro. Through the Coordination 7 of the Ministry of Public Health, thanks to the ProSalud Frontera Sur Project, the database of the Automated Daily Registry of Consultations and Outpatient Care was managed, which allowed us to clarify the problems at the public health level in these cantons. It can be observed throughout the text that women present a greater number of diseases compared to men, with the latter remaining stable over the three years for both Ecuadorians and foreigners.

    Beschreibung: The organizations demonstrate an adequate conduct based on their organizational culture, which facilitates decision making as well as contracting a good relationship internally and externally, and even being able to apply a good Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with society and its environment. This research aims to determine the impact that ethics and CSR have had in the search to contribute to the preservation of natural resources in Ecuador through social, economic and environmental improvements assumed by socially responsible entities. Therefore, it is based on a documentary and bibliographic methodology by using bibliographic sources, books, journals, scientific articles to have a base supported by the information collected to make a response to the main theme. The results show an increase in the level of interest of the population in issues that affect the environment and generate pollution, while the discussion shows that for Ecuadorian companies, concepts such as CSR are relatively new, causing organizations to overlook the creation of policies for the ethical care of natural resources. This leads to the conclusion that in Ecuador there is evidence of a growth in organizations focused on CSR because of the existence of many companies that do not apply practices to preserve sustainable development, due to the need to avoid expenses and prioritize their income over the environment.

    Beschreibung: Las organizaciones demuestran una conducta adecuada basándose en su cultura organizacional, la cual les facilita la toma de decisiones como también contraer una buena relación internamente como externa, e incluso poder aplicar una buena Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) con la sociedad y su entorno. La presente investigación pretende determinar el impacto que ha tenido la ética y la RSE en la búsqueda para contribuir a preservar los recursos naturales en Ecuador mediante el mejoramiento social, económico y ambiental asumidos por las entidades socialmente responsables. Por ello, se basa en una metodología documental y bibliográfica al utilizar fuentes bibliográficas, libros, revistas, artículos científicos para tener una base respaldada de la información recopilada para efectuar una respuesta al tema principal. En los resultados se evidencia un incremento referente al nivel de interés de la población sobre temas que afectan al medio ambiente y generan contaminación, mientras se aprecia en la discusión que para las empresas ecuatorianas conceptos como RSE son relativamente nuevos, haciendo que las organizaciones pasen por alto la creación de políticas para el cuidado ético de los recursos naturales. Lo cual lleva a la conclusión de que en Ecuador se evidencia un crecimiento en los organismos centrados en la RSE a causa de la existencia de muchas empresas que no aplican prácticas para preservar el desarrollo sostenible, debido a la necesidad de evitar gastos y priorizar sus ingresos sobre el medio ambiente.

    Beschreibung: The Atlas of Territorial Heritage in the Municipality of East Havana is a useful tool in order to reach a complete knowledge of an extended Cuban municipality belonging to Havana, Cuba. At the same time the atlas is useful to generate analytical bases for future urban planning interventions and transformations, which can be focused on the idea of territorial heritage as an essential resource for a self-sustaining development. The main objective is to explain the tangible and intangible components of the heritage and try to stimulate and strengthen the community’s awareness on the richness of territory and its potential. Thus communities can express themselves in the adaptation to environmental, climatic, demographic and economic changes. The Atlas was developed by an Italian/Cuban team of experts in different phases and has been updated recently. It contains the results of a deep and accurate analysis and cataloging, made up of a large number of data concerning the various areas of research. The data were organized in typologies and punctually located in maps. The multifaceted and dense richness of Cuban culture finds in this volume a confirmation, and makes possible to put into practice cognitive tools for safeguarding and valorization, a strong point for new challenges of contemporaneity.

    Beschreibung: How the Steel Was Tempered in East Asia. Nikolai Ostrovsky’s novel How Steel Was Tempered (1932-34) tells the story of a young Ukrainian man named Pavel Korchagin who sacrifices his life and body to forge a steel-like spirit amid revolution, civil war, and postwar socialist construction. Although his physical injuries, which left him paralyzed and even blind, looks somehow grotesque, but his heroic self-sacrifice also had the power to inspire young readers. Regarded as an exemplary work of Soviet socialist realism, it was translated into many languages and read avidly at one time by left-wing readers in the West as well as in the Communist countries in the East. It was particularly influential in China, where it is so popular that even today it is invariably named as one of the favorite books of university students. This is in contrast to post-Soviet Russia today, in which the novel has lost the privileged position it once enjoyed and is no longer widely read. In China under the socialist regime, Ostrovsky’s novel was published in large numbers as suitable reading for young people and incorporated into school education. However, their active introduction in the public sphere alone does not explain their popularity. Chinese readers seem to have become deeply emotionally involved in the protagonist’s unsuccessful love affair with Tonya, a young girl whose bourgeois gestures and characterization must have been considered negative. As a result, the Soviet ideological novel has brought an unexpected meaning of European-style romantic love for Chinese readers. This presentation will trace the reception of Ostrovsky’s novel and the changes in the heroine Tonya’s image by comparing five adaptations: two Soviet films in 1942 and 1957, a Chinese lianhuanhua (serial picture book) in 1972, a Japanese manga in 1975, and a Chinese TV drama in 1999.

    Beschreibung: The objective of this research work was to evaluate the effectiveness of free games in the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old students of the Educational Institution Nº 329 of Huancavelica. The methodology of free games offers a dynamic and active education to students, which encourages the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old students, through a greater sense of security and self-confidence. This methodology was carried out in a motivating environment and free areas, focusing on dynamic and motivating participation, in order to strengthen their abilities and skills, seeking for them to develop autonomous learning. With the results obtained, it can be affirmed that free games directly favor the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old children, since Student's t-test with 53 degrees of freedom, for independent samples, with a significance of 5%, shows a value of 0.038, which is lower than the value proposed, accepting the alternative hypothesis as valid.

    Beschreibung: Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la eficacia de los juegos libres en el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de 5 años de la Institución Educativa Nº 329 de Huancavelica. La metodología de los juegos libres ofrece una educación dinámica y activa en los estudiantes, la cual incentiva el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de 5 años, a través de un mayor sentido de seguridad y confianza en sí mismos. Esta metodología se realizó en un ambiente motivador y áreas libres, centrándose en la participación dinámica y motivadora, con el fin de fortalecer sus capacidades y habilidades, buscando que ellos desarrollen un aprendizaje autónomo. Con los resultados obtenidos se puede afirmar que los juegos libres favorecen directamente en el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los niños de 5 años, toda vez que t de Student con 53 grados de libertad, para muestras independientes, con una significancia del 5%, muestra un valor de 0.038 el cual es inferior al valor planteado, aceptando la hipótesis alternativa como válida.

    Beschreibung: In 1993 Michael Wachtel published Ivanov’s Russian Faust, comprising two scenes that appear to continue Goethe’s Faust and most likely represent the beginnings of a Faust drama. Ivanov was the first Russian poet to reevaluate the second part of Goethe’s poem for its extremely symbolic content. As a result, he was considerably influenced by Goethe’s creative experience. This article examines these two Faustian scenes and, more generally, the influence of Goethe’s Faust in Ivanov’s work; adopting a comparative approach, we explore the assimilation into Russian literature of a Central European myth.

    Beschreibung: Paradoxality as a Specific Feature of Dostoevsky’s Literary Works. Techniques, Stylistics, Mechanisms of Action. All works by Dostoevsky reveal the presence of paradox. These paradoxes act according to mechanisms that depend either on the fictional (polyphonic) or nonfictional (monologic) text “dominant.” Taking as a starting point (a) the arguments of G.S. Morson, according to whom paradoxes “seem to carry the quintessence of ‘Dostoevskyism’, particularly of his brand of humor,” (b) the analysis of Dostoevsky’s paradoxical humor; and (c) the three main categories of paradoxes (“empty or rhetorical”, “negative”, “positive”), we argue that Dostoevsky applies a fourth type of paradox, one that affects neither the premise nor the ending of the paradoxical structure, but their intrinsic logical interconnection. This article analyses a repertoire of paradoxical techniques used by Dostoevsky, focusing on the destabilizing humoristic function they enact.

    Beschreibung: Humor and Irony as a Means of Combating Atheism in the Discourse of F.M. Dostoevsky . The question of the God’s existence troubled Dostoevsky throughout his life. He created a very convincing portrait of the atheist of his time. He did not consider unbelievers immoral, but only “infected with recklessness”, and when speaking of his atheist acquaintances, often admitted that they were good people. Dostoevsky created the image of an atheist as an intelligent person, who is guided not by the heart, but by the mind and who often evokes sympathy for his questing, his thinking, and his suffering (like Versilov or Ivan Karamazov). If we carefully consider the “atheistic” characters of Dostoevsky, however, we will see that atheism is a phenomenon associated with something both bad and funny. Through humorous details, Dostoevsky imperceptibly creates an image of the “atheist” as a comical and frivolous person.

    Beschreibung: “We laughed like from a tickle on the heart.” Dostoevsky’s Muddy Confession. When considering laughter in Dostoevsky, one immediately thinks of the long “tirade” in The Adolescent, which proposes a kind of physiology of laughter, and its unpredictable effects on the perception of those who witness it. Laughter and caustic humor color even the most intimate confessions and can serve to partially mask the difficult action of revealing oneself before others. Modernity itself is the era of self-exhibition, of a sort of widespread confession. And yet, the laughter of modernity has lost the essence of joy. Joy is a function of that almost impossible sincerity that unveils the essence of man. The grimace of the fool, who shamelessly denudes himself before others in confession, becomes a sign of the isolation of the modern self and the end of the utopia of sincerity pursued by Rousseau.

    Beschreibung: The monograph focuses on a special type of collocations–Support, or Light, Verb Constructions (SVCs). SVCs consist of a semantically reduced verb together with a noun (as the direct object or embedded in a prepositional phrase) that conveys core lexical meaning to the combination. SVCs often vary cross-linguistically, with languages using different strategies to conceptualize the same denotative situations. This study in line with the principles of the Integrated Contrastive Model, aims firstly to offer a corpus-driven contrastive cognitive-semantic description of SVCs in Russian and Italian based on the Construction Grammar model; and secondly to conduct a Contrastive Interlanguage Analysis of the use of Russian SVCs by Italian-speaking students. The findings of this study, in addition to its theoretical significance, may be useful in teaching Russian as a foreign language and could be of interest for lexicography.

    Beschreibung: The rapid expansion of the agricultural frontier as a consequence of deforestation and anthropogenic changes worldwide is a matter of concern for the international scientific community. In addition, in the fight against climate change due to livestock farming, one of the main strategies for mitigating greenhouse gases is the use of sustainable alternatives if products with a high carbon footprint are used, while revaluing local resources. In the case of northern Ecuador, in spite of the limited soil fertility gradient, dairy and/or dual-purpose cattle raising represents one of the strongest links in the family economy. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate production alternatives that allow us to conserve natural resources given the fragility of these megadiverse ecosystems. This book shows that the use of conventional livestock systems degrades natural resources with significant losses in productivity, as well as low economic returns. Consequently, the implementation of silvopastoral systems as an easy-to-install technological alternative is undoubtedly the way to achieve more efficient and environmentally friendly livestock systems, while diversifying the economic income of the population.

    Beschreibung: La rápida expansión de la frontera agrícola como consecuencia desmesurada de la deforestación y cambios antropogénicos a nivel mundial, es un tema de preocupación por la comunidad científica internacional. Además, frente a una lucha contra el cambio climático por efecto de la ganadería, una de las principales estrategias para la mitigación de gases de efecto invernadero, lo constituyen alternativas sostenibles si uso de productos con alta huella de carbono, revalorizando, además, los recursos locales. En el caso de la zona norte de Ecuador, a pesar de los limitados atributos respecto a gradiente de fertilidad de los suelos, la cría de ganado ya sea de leche y/o doble propósito representa uno de los eslabones más fuertes dentro de la economía de las familias. Por lo tanto, es menester investigar alternativas de producción que nos permitan conservar los recursos naturales dada la fragilidad de estos ecosistemas megadiversos. Mediante este libro se plasma que el uso de sistemas ganaderos convencionales, degradan los recursos naturales con mermas significativas de la productividad, así como bajo réditos económicos. En consecuencia, la implementación de sistemas silvopastoriles como alternativa tecnológica de fácil instalación, es sin duda el camino para alcanzar sistemas ganaderos más eficientes, amigables con el medio ambiente, diversificando además los ingresos económicos de la población.

El presente volumen es el resultado de la investigación del proyecto Claustra. Atlas de espiritualidad femenina. El libro se ocupa del análisis del paisaje religioso marcado por las comunidades de clarisas y dominicas.     Beschreibung: This article analyzes the advertising ethics handled by Ecuadorian companies, making a synthesis of the way in which the social responsibility of the entities or officials linked to their advertising practices is involved. This research is carried out due to the constant changes in advertising nowadays, with the objective of deepening how organizations in Ecuador disseminate advertising and how they direct them to interest groups showing social responsibility. For this, it is based on a methodology of bibliographic review being a qualitative research where data are collected to be evaluated from the general to the particular. Thus, the impact of advertising for product awareness and customer attraction that companies or enterprises currently use is observed from all business-commercial activities. In this sense, it is necessary to review the ethics in advertising, the approach to stakeholders, the management of social responsibility as well as its regulation within companies, in order to learn new advertising techniques and methods for companies to comply with responsibility to generate advertising strategies with an ethical approach.

    Beschreibung: Este artículo analiza la ética publicitaria manejada por las empresas ecuatorianas, realizando una síntesis de la forma en que se involucra la responsabilidad social de las entidades o funcionarios vinculados con sus prácticas publicitarias. Esta investigación se lleva a efecto por los constantes cambios de la publicidad en nuestros días, con el objetivo de profundizar como las organizaciones en Ecuador difunden publicidad y como las direccionan a los grupos de interés mostrando una responsabilidad social. Para ello, se basa en una metodología de revisión bibliográfica siendo una investigación cualitativa donde se recogen datos para ser evaluados desde lo general a lo particular. Así se observa desde toda actividad empresarial-comercial el impacto de la publicidad para el conocimiento de productos y atracción de clientes que las empresas o emprendimientos utilizan actualmente. En este sentido se hace necesaria la revisión de la ética en la publicidad, el enfoque de los grupos de interés, el manejo de la responsabilidad social tanto como su regulación dentro de las empresas, con el fin de conocer nuevas técnicas publicitarias y métodos para que las empresas cumplan con responsabilidad para generar estrategias publicitarias con un enfoque ético.

With efficiency and originality, the renowned hispanist Laura Dolfi studies the style of Soledades, Panegírico, and Cigarrales, and the artifices of fiction that, in Las firmezas de Isabela and La fingida Arcadia, guide the desenlace, underlining the position of its author with respect to the literary precepts of the time (rejection or acceptance of new art and culteranismo). In addition, Góngora’s role as a playwright is valued, and his plays are studied from less accustomed points of view: the dramatic characteristics, the importance of the rhythm that his verses scanned, the diffusion and the possible corruption of the text.

    Beschreibung: On Features of Word Usage in Dostoevsky’s Poetic Dictionary in Connection with M.L. Uralskij and G. Mondry’s Dostoevsky and the Jews (St. Petersburg: Aletheia, 2021) . This article addresses the question of Dostoevsky’s alleged anti-Semitism with particular attention to Uralskij and Mondry’s book devoted to this topic, in which conclusions about the author’s chauvinism and xenophobia are based on his use of the word ‘Jew’ (zhid). For almost the entirety of the 19th century, however, such word usage was not a marker of anti-Semitism. Throughout his life, Dostoevsky communicated with many representatives of the Jewish people without differentitating them in any particular way from representatives of other nationalities. In the writer’s poetic dictionary, the word ‘Jew’ sometimes denotes a person who acquires unscrupulously, examples of which Dostoevsky found in all nationalities of the world, including the Russian.

    Beschreibung: The writings of Vasyl’ Stus (1938-1985) offer an interesting example of some typical dynamics of Ukrainian culture, divided among attraction for Europe and the need to reaffirm its own Europeanness, the autoreferential temptation, and the Russian model – in its turn marked by the Westernism/Slavophilism dichotomy. Stus reflects upon Ukrainian literature in relation to its romantic tradition, European modernism and Russian literature, coming to conclusions that may appear unexpected and paradoxical for an intellectual usually deemed a model of traditional patriotism.

    Beschreibung: The chapter starts with a historical overview of the developments in environmental biotechnology and discusses several essential concepts. Several applications are mentioned, such as: biomarkers, biosensors, biofuels, bioremediation, biotransformation. In addition, the main biotechnological tools applied to environmental pollution monitoring and bioremediation processes are described, of which technical considerations, remediation and mitigation strategies are taken into account. One of the bioremediation tools is highlighted as phytoremediation, which includes: phytoextraction, rhizofiltration, phytostabilization, rhizodegradation, phytodegradation and phytovolitization. The most outstanding research and projects in the Latin American context are also presented. In addition, some biotechnological tools are presented to promote sustainable agriculture with the use of microorganisms as biological control, and the use of biofertilizers. Finally, applications for the mitigation of the environmental impact generated by oil activity are presented, such as CO2 injection techniques in subsurface reservoirs. Also mentioned are applications in the production of new sources of sustainable energy and biotechnological trends in the development of alternative biomaterials to leather and plastic, detailing the processing of mycelia for the textile industry. In conclusion, this guide serves as a support for students who are interested in learning about Environmental Biotechnology or who are taking this subject.

    Beschreibung: El capítulo parte de un recorrido histórico sobre los acontecimientos de la Biotecnología Ambiental y se discuten varios conceptos esenciales. Se mencionan varias aplicaciones, tales como: biomarcadores, biosensores, biocombustibles, biorremediación, biotransformación. Además, se describe las principales herramientas biotecnológicas aplicadas al monitoreo de la contaminación ambiental y a procesos de biorremediación, de las cuales se toman en cuenta las consideraciones técnicas, las estrategias de recuperación y mitigación. Se destaca una de las herramientas de biorremediación como es la fitorremediación, que abarca: fitoextracción, rizofiltracción, fitoestabilización, rizodegradación, fitodegradación y fitovolitización. Asimismo, se proyectan las investigaciones y los proyectos más destacados en el contexto de América Latina. Además, se da a conocer algunas herramientas biotecnológicas para promover la agricultura sustentable con el uso de microorganismos como control biológico, y uso de biofertilizantes. Por último, se presentan aplicaciones para la mitigación del impacto ambiental generado por la actividad petrolera como las técnicas de inyección de CO2 en reservorios subsuperficiales. También se mencionan las aplicaciones en la producción de nuevas fuentes de energía sustentable y tendencias biotecnológicas en el desarrollo de biomateriales alternativas al cuero y al plástico, en el que se detalla el procesamiento de micelios para la industria textil. En conclusión, esta guía sirve de apoyo para los estudiantes que estén interesados en conocer la asignatura de Biotecnología Ambiental o que estén cursando dicha asignatura.

    Beschreibung: Through examples taken from comedies recently attributed to Lope de Vega, this article deals with certain problems that should be considered when studying or editing plays of doubtful authorship. The analysis focuses on methods traditionally used to resolve problematic attributions, such as the study of versification, orthoepy and syllable counting. The conclusion argues that all of these tools —as well as the landmark works by Morley and Bruerton or W. Poesse — still offer great surprises and challenges for researchers. Thus, the development of new methods, such as stylometry, should not impel us to dismiss the classic approaches. Quite the opposite: old and new methods inform one another.

    Beschreibung: The business world is made up of a market system where participants form a large network to exchange their products or services, however, due to the constant change in supply and demand, the various enterprises and companies must adopt to obtain funding, improve their practices, innovate in technological aspect and even launch new businesses, etc. The objective of the article is to analyze the way in which ethics is related to market systems, due to the change that exists in the working environment where all the actors, functions and issues of a sub-sector of products are interconnected. The bibliographic review methodology is applied based on registered publications of articles that include criteria of labor market, ethics and market systems to provide constructive elements on the way in which labor changes are evidenced in the city of Quito. The results are organized in two parts. first, a conceptual analysis of the actors and the usefulness of their theoretical engagement is considered; then emphasis is placed on defining the contributions of business ethics to this theory. In conclusion, it is evident that there must be a concept of ethics based on trust, cooperation between the company and its stakeholders, in addition to management responsibility in a market where there is a constant need for regulations, recognition and sanctions for those who violate laws, consumer fraud, shareholder fraud, accounting fraud, etc.

    Beschreibung: El mundo de los negocios se encuentra conformado por un sistema de mercado donde los participantes conformar una gran red para intercambiar sus productos o servicios, sin embargo, debido al constante cambio de la oferta y demanda, los distintos emprendimientos tanto como las empresas deben adoptarse para obtener financiamiento, mejorar sus prácticas, innovar en aspecto tecnológico e incluso lanzar negocios nuevos, etc. El objetivo del artículo es analizar la forma en la que se relaciona la ética junto a los sistemas de mercado, debido al cambio que existe en el medio laboral donde se interconectan todos los actores, funciones y temas de un subsector de productos. Se aplica la metodología revisión bibliográfica en base a publicaciones registradas de los artículos que incluyen criterios de mercado laboral, ética y sistemas de mercado para proporcionar elementos constructivos sobre la forma en que se evidencian los cambios laborales en la ciudad de Quito. Los resultados se organizan en dos partes. primero, se considera un análisis conceptual de los actores y la utilidad de su compromiso teórico; luego se pone el acento en la definición de los aportes de la ética empresarial a esta teoría. Al concluir se evidencia que debe existir un concepto de ética basado en la confianza, cooperación entre la empresa y sus grupos de intereses, además de la responsabilidad de gestión en un mercado donde existe un constante es necesario se apliquen normativas, reconocimientos y sanciones para quienes infringen leyes, estafas al consumidor, defraudaciones a accionistas, engaños contables, etc.

    Beschreibung: The objective of this research was to determine the level of relationship between perceptual skills and the learning of mathematics of 5-year-old children from an educational institution in Huancavelica, in remote education. The design used was correlational and the sample consisted of 46 students of 5 years of age from an early education institution in Huancavelica. The instruments used were the checklist for each variable with 30 items. The results show that there is a statistically significant relationship between perceptual skills and the learning of mathematics in 5-year-old students of an educational institution in Huancavelica, in remote education. These quantitative results, with an r=0.75, represent a moderate positive correlation, according to the table of correlation indexes of Hernandez, Fernandez and Baptista (2018)

    Beschreibung: This article discusses some antinomies concerning the category of verbal aspect in Russian, which generate apparent contradictions on a theoretical level. Special attention is paid to Russian aspectual pairs (considered in a cross-Slavic perspective). I focus on antinomies applying to different ways of expressing the aspectual semantics of verbs (lexical, grammatical and derivational), as well as on rules regulating the use of perfective and imperfective verbs. Our study confirms the need to distinguish between lexical and grammatical limits of action in a theory of Slavic aspect.

    Beschreibung: The paper analyses the general factual value of the imperfective verbs in Russian and Bulgarian. The first part examines the three main types of the general factual meaning in the past (‘referential’, ‘existential’, and ‘atelic’). We show that in Bulgarian these meanings are rendered by imperfective verbs in the aorist, perfect, and imperfect tense respectively. The second part is dedicated to the future tense. In Russian, the general factual reading of the analytical future has many restrictions while in Bulgarian the general factual meaning is the main meaning of the imperfective future.

    Beschreibung: In Dostoevsky’s binary poetics, an opposition can be drawn between two fundamental stances – asceticism and incontinence. Ascetics adhere to an ethos of self-restraint in response to the desires of the flesh. Incontinents act spontaneously to gratify their desires. The current study draws an analogy between the behavior pattern of Dostoevsky’s self-denying intellectual heroes and that of exiled castrate (skoptsy) communities.     Beschreibung: While the analysis of humor, paradox, and deliberate deconstruction has generally occupied a marginal position in the study of Dostoevsky’s universe, it seems impossible to understand his poetics without pointed attention to these categories. The present book aims to fill the existing gap by focusing on the nature of ambivalent humor, paradoxicality, and methods of ‘de-automatizing’ consciousness through deconstruction, arguing that these are central elements in Dostoevsky’s creative arsenal. It is precisely the dialogical and paradoxical nature of his artistic method that enables such different and sometimes contradictory readings. Dostoevsky, who proclaimed «the excitement of compassion» as the secret of humor (in the ‘funny’ there is always sadness and even despair), more generally exposes in his writing the structural duality of all phenomena.

The article presents an analysis of credential letters of Peter the Great’s envoys in Venice in connection with the pre-existing tradition and with due regard to the specifics of the Russian diplomatic ceremonial. The author aims to describe stylistic specifics of Peter I’s credential letter and to determine its role for the subsequent tradition.

    Beschreibung: Vladivostok is likened to the Bosphorus. The remoteness of the Far East made it difficult for the European part of the Russian Empire to recognise Vladivostok geographically. Therefore, through analogy to the Mediterranean, it was consciously integrated into the state. On the other hand, by using kanji combinations, which evoke images of traditional Japanese poetry, the Japanese created a sense of familiarity with Vladivostok. In most cases, regarding the social situation during the Revolutionary and Intervention War periods, researchers’ interest was restricted to the scheme of the conflict between the Red Army and the White Army and the victory or defeat of the October Revolution. However, more than 30 years after the dissolution of the USSR, the events of this period are now being examined by scholars mainly from the perspective of the residents and outsiders in various regions who, without knowing the consequences of the revolution, were both anticipating and anxious about significant social changes. The multicultural nature of the Far East is being discussed on the occasion of the centenary of the Siberian exodus. This article examines the cultural situation in and around Vladivostok, focusing on developments such as the education system and modernist currents in the arts. Vladivostok served as both an entrance to Siberia for the Japanese or other foreign troops and an exit for emigres.

    Beschreibung: Engativá is one of the 21 political-administrative divisions of the Capital District of Bogotá (Colombia), and is distinguished by its urban composition, a high population density and its soils dedicated mainly to residential, commercial and industrial use. However, this territory is also characterized by the presence of ecosystems rich in biodiversity that are threatened by factors associated with urbanization and the effects of climate change. In this locality there are three urban wetlands of RAMSAR category: Juan Amarillo, Jaboque and Santa María del Lago, in addition, in terms of water management, by the administrative jurisdiction of Engativá is a portion of land of the basins of the Bogotá River and the Salitre River. On the other hand, among the green areas that make up the urban fabric, such as neighborhood parks, complementary conservation areas such as the botanical garden and La Florida Regional Park stand out. In relation to these urban ecosystems, which are part of the Main Ecological Structure of the Capital District and its environmental region, this book contains an analysis of each of these components, highlighting elements of their historical trajectory, specialized legal regulations and a description of specific challenges. One of the purposes of the systematization of information collected here is to make evident the nuances of the environmental urban planning managed in the administrative jurisdiction of Engativá: a place where urban vitality and nature converge in a fragile balance, marked by a complex trajectory of environmental degradation and adoption of the inhabitants to the territory.

    Beschreibung: Reception of Russian Literature of the Silver Age in China. In the late 20th century, there emerged a significant cultural fervor for the Russian literature of the Silver Age within Chinese academic circles, primarily focused on literary studies. This article examines the history of translating Russian literature of the Silver Age in China and its level of research development. It is revealed that, on one hand, the initial attempts at translating literary works of the Silver Age into Chinese began in the first half of the 20th century, with notable activity during the May Fourth Movement and towards the end of the 20th century. Consequently, works by well-known writers had more opportunities to be translated into Chinese and gain attention from the academic community, while many works by lesser-known authors remained overlooked. On the other hand, Chinese scholars’ research on Russian literature of the Silver Age encompasses various literary genres such as poetry, novels, and dramas, with a focus on individual writers and their works. However, comprehensive and systematic studies in this field are still lacking. The examination of the history of translation and the level of research on Russian literature of the Silver Age in China contributes to academic progress, facilitates exchange and collaboration among scholars, provides reference materials and recommendations, and establishes a foundation for further in-depth research.

    Beschreibung: The coming of Greece under Roman rule marks the beginning of a series of political, administrative and most of all religious transformations, with particular regard to the diffusion across the Greek world of the Imperial Cult as an instrument of territorial cohesion. The present study focuses on a specific period, the second century AD, during which the Panhellenion, a league that incorporates those populations which share a connection with the traditional Greek world, is founded under the auspices of the emperor Hadrian. The analysis of the construction of a new Greek identity has its focus on the Panhellenion, the creation of which stems from the exchange between the imperial power and the city-elites, and on the means employed by the various cities for the renegotiation of their own indentity.

    Beschreibung: The aim of this paper is to compare the superlexical prefixes of Russian and Bulgarian. The main focus is on delimitative and attenuative po- in derived PF forms as well as in secondary IPF verbs. Using the Russian-Bulgarian parallel corpus, I show that there is a functional parallelism between PF and IPF delimitatives in Russian and Bulgarian. The semantic similarity between delimitative and attenuative meaning is the basis for expressing special pragmatic functions by means of both PF and IPF poattenuatives in Bulgarian, while attenuative po-verbs in Russian express specific pragmatic meanings primarily via PF forms.

    Beschreibung: This paper deals with the different meanings and functions of prefixes in perfective verbs derived from the indeterminate motion verbs chodit’, nosit’ and ezdit’. In some expressions with transitive verbs (e. g. vychodit’, donosit’ and naezdit’) the prefixes are lexical. Their function consists in creating accomplishment verbs with a resultative meaning. On the other side, the prefixes po-, za- and ot- in such verbs as pochodit’, zachodit’, ot’’ezdit’ are superlexical. They have the function of expressing additional meanings which refer to the duration, inception and cessation of the action.

    Beschreibung: The presence of the theatre of the Spanish Siglo de Oro in the theatre and literary culture of Germany (or the German-speaking countries) in the 17th and 18th centuries is a multifaceted one, and was influenced by many factors. We have to take in account that in the second half of the 17th century and in a large part of the 18th century Spain had been a terra incognita for the Germanic world. This long lack of basic knowledge led to a decontextualization of the Golden Age theatre and sometimes to an unconditional enthusiasm that was not based on historical realities. The protagonists of the ‘construction’ of a ‘Spanish national theatre’ included Lessing, Herder, Goethe, the Schlegel brothers and the philosopher Schelling, the most prominent German intellectuals of the time. Within this ‘construction’ Lope de Vega, Rojas Zorrilla and, above all, Calderón de la Barca are the three icons that will guide both the theory and the practice of drama during the ‘two most Spanish decades’ of German literary history (1790-1810), even reaching - in the secularized world of the classics and the first generation of German Romantics - the ‘deification’ of Calderón as perfect poet and author of modern tragedies (without paying much attention to his comedias in a stricter sense and without taking account of his autos sacramentales).

    Beschreibung: This manuscript is the result of multidisciplinary research under different scientific-academic perspectives, through the confrontation of criteria of different authors under a descriptive approach that points out the importance of ethics in various current scenarios such as labor discrimination within the case study in Santo Domingo, the importance of ethical principles in global business is highlighted, the ethical perspective of the public in Ecuadorian companies is analyzed under a social responsibility approach, issues such as work ethics are addressed from the perspective of a changing market, as well as ethics in social organizations, and finally the impact of the behavior of individuals within business organizations is discussed. These studies are carried out from a scientific point of view and are approached from the Ecuadorian reality.

    Beschreibung: Editorial criteria in critical editions of Shakespeare’s plays have evolved from a 18th-century arbitrary eclecticism into one restricted by the editor’s knowledge of the nature and transmission of the early texts, a knowledge developed by the 20th-century New Bibliography that specially informs paleographical and bibliographical criteria. Roughly from the 21st century, these criteria have evolved into a conservatism influenced by a social view of texts, which stands on a par with the primordial criterion of reconstructing the text intended by the author. This textualism is nourished by a skepticism about the certainty the New Bibliography inspired in what editors know about the texts’ transmission.

    Beschreibung: In the modern multi-linguistic concept of Belarus culture, neo-latin poetry represents an important component. The inclusion in the 1960s of the Latinist poet Nikolai Gusovskij, alongside other Renaissance poets, in Belarusian literature contributed to the growth of the national consciousness of the Russified and Sovietized Belarusians. However, the first translations of The Poem of the Bison in Belarusian and Russian, which showed clear signs of a tendentiousness aimed at adapting the text to the socio-political situation of Soviet times, remain canonical, despite the presence of new translations.

    Beschreibung: Esse-perfect in Macedonian: lexical distribution and contextual restrictions - The present article deals with the esse-perfect in Macedonian, also found in Aromanian and some Albanian dialects, which is formed with verbs of both aspects by means of the auxiliary sum ‘to be’ plus the (formally) passive participle. In contrast to previous work on this topic, our research sets out to determine the domains of usage for this construction in Macedonian, both in the standard language and its dialects, especially those on the western periphery and in linguistic enclaves surrounded by Albanian-speaking communities. In addition to personal fieldwork, three main corpora serve as a material basis for this task; see the list of sources at the end of the article. The formation of the esse-perfect is rather limited when compared with the other two perfects of Macedonian. In particular, its distribution clearly depends on lexical verb classes, with language contact accounting for less rigid restrictions and a wider usage of this construction.

    Beschreibung: Organizational behavior is somewhat unpredictable due to the very different personalities of the individuals working in the same institution such as universities, being necessary a method to regulate behavior while complying with legal requirements established by the governing bodies of higher education. The objective of this article is to analyze the organizational behavior and the performance of the teachers of the Technical University Luis Vargas Torres of Esmeraldas, Santo Domingo Campus, in order to improve the efficiency with which the processes are carried out and to comply with the institutional objectives by establishing guidelines for the conduct of teachers. As for the methodology used, the bibliographic review method was chosen by searching for information through books, scientific and academic articles. In the discussion, deficiencies in the instability of organizational behavior are evidenced, thus affecting performance and the application of new practices in the institution. The results indicate that there is a direct relationship between leadership and organizational behavior in the educational environment leading to the conclusion that the implementation of actions to generate a positive organizational behavior in pedagogical management allows the creation of an environment with better communication, focus and performance improvement, which allows the growth of the establishment.

    Beschreibung: El comportamiento organizacional es algo impredecible debido a las personalidades tan distintas de los individuos que trabajan en una misma institución como las universidades, siendo necesario un método para regular la conducta mientras se cumple con exigencias legales establecidas por los órganos rectores de educación superior. En el presente artículo se tiene como objetivo analizar el comportamiento organizacional y el desempeño de los docentes de la Universidad Técnica Luis Vargas Torres de Esmeraldas Sede Santo Domingo con el fin de mejorar la eficacia con la que se realizan los procesos y dar cumplimiento a los objetivos institucionales al establecer lineamientos para la conducta de los docentes. En cuanto a la metodología utilizada se optó por el método de revisión bibliográfica al realizar búsqueda de información por medio de libros, artículos científicos y académicos. En la discusión se evidencia deficiencias en la inestabilidad del comportamiento organizacional afectando así el rendimiento y la aplicación de nuevas prácticas en la institución. Los resultados indican que existe relación directa entre el liderazgo y el comportamiento organizacional en el ámbito educativo llevando a la conclusión de la implementación de acciones para generar un comportamiento organizacional positivo en la gestión pedagógica permiten crear un ambiente con mejor comunicación, focalización y la mejora del desempeño las cuales permiten el crecimiento del establecimiento.

    Beschreibung: Public sector institutions must meet the needs of their users, which is why they are controlled by different governmental entities and comply with different legal regulations. Under this approach different methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness arise, the book responds to a "Kaizen" model but under the governmental methodology of Government by Results. The model presented uses quality tools such as identification of the mudas that correspond to waste, application of the 5s, which is a methodology applied to cleanliness, order, planning, safety and self-discipline, these two tools under a PHVA scheme that is nothing more than the process of planning, doing, verifying and acting. In order to apply this model, data must be obtained from the processes and activities, with which we have a background and can measure the fulfillment of institutional objectives.

    Beschreibung: Global businesses are of vital importance, both for those who carry them out, as well as for those who benefit indirectly from them. International multi-million dollar agreements or contracts can affect the economy of a nation. Being the companies the main actors and key point for the national economy, therefore, this research aims to demonstrate the importance of ethical principles in global business, as well as business ethics is a basic requirement, in this way to obtain good results with passing of the times. The project is based on a literature review methodology where critical points of view are supported by specific cases from various documented sources, such as the omission or implementation of business ethics and its influence on success, as well as the failure of a company. In the analysis of the results, it can be seen that companies from countries such as Ecuador, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Panama, Paraguay and Colombia increasingly adopt ethical principles, looking beyond economic benefit by creating an environment of trust with society, complying with objectives of sustainable development, which in turn have a positive impact allowing the fulfillment of organizational goals.

El proyecto está basado en una metodología de revisión bibliográfica donde los puntos de vista críticos son sustentados en casos puntuales de varias fuentes documentadas, como son la omisión o la implementación de la ética empresarial y su influencia en el éxito, así como del fracaso de una compañía. En el análisis de los resultados se aprecia que empresas de países como Ecuador, Costa Rica, Chile, Perú, Panamá, Paraguay y Colombia adoptan cada vez más los principios éticos viendo más allá del beneficio económico al crear un ambiente de confianza con la sociedad cumpliendo con objetivos del desarrollo sostenible, los cuales a su vez impactar de manera positiva permitiendo cumplir con las metas organizacionales.

    Beschreibung: Onomastics and Paradox: Dostoevsky and the Collapse of the Ontological Integrity of Character. Onomastics plays a key role in Dostoevsky’s poetics: the names of most of his characters are essential to their portraits, even though these names rarely signify unambiguously. Moreover, a number of his characters are nameless and a semantic tension arises from this absence: the impossibility of “branding” the hero with a name prevents us from identifying his or her features through verbal onomastic symbolism. The portrait of such characters necessarily remains somewhat murky. It is no coincidence that the “nameless heroes” are the most paradoxical and enigmatic characters of Dostoevsky’s creative world. By denying them names, Dostoevsky seeks to destroy the inner integrity of these heroes, their identity, in order that a living, independent, and contradictory personality emerges in them.

В 1991 году переехал в Израиль, а затем 1997 г. в Америку. Стихи начал писать в 70-ых. В молодости увлекался спортом: волейбол, лёгкая атлетика, бокс, плавание и шахматы. Любит классическую музыку, оперу, балет, старинные романсы и т.д. Женат более 60 лет, имеет дочь и внука.

    Beschreibung: In this book the fundamentals of web programming were investigated, as well as the essential technologies to create web applications, such as HTML and CSS. The basic concepts of Frontend programming using the JavaScript programming language were documented, and the concepts of Backend programming using the PHP programming language were also documented. This book aims to get involved in web programming starting with the study of Frontend to Backend with the basic concepts, codes and examples, using free programming technologies accessible to any student, to create dynamic applications with database access. As a result, it was obtained that it is possible to create complex web applications using current free technologies, with a nice design, designing it easily with a CSS Framework such as Bootstrap, and using JQuery as a library to quickly create applications with JavaScript. PHP was also used because it is one of the most used languages to create applications connected to MySQL databases.

Este libro tiene como objetivo involucrarse en la programación web iniciando con el estudio del Frontend hasta el Backend con los conceptos básicos, códigos y ejemplos, utilizando tecnologías de programación gratuitas accesibles para cualquier estudiante, para llegar a crear aplicaciones dinámicas con acceso a base de datos. Como resultado se obtuvo que se puede llegar a crear aplicaciones web complejas utilizando tecnologías actuales gratuitas, con un diseño agradable, diseñándolo fácilmente con un Framework CSS como Bootstrap, y utilizando JQuery como una librería para crear rápidamente aplicaciones con JavaScript. Se utilizó además PHP por ser uno de los lenguajes más utilizados para crear aplicaciones conectadas a bases de datos MySQL.

    Beschreibung: Funny Fathers. Types of the ridiculous old man in Dostoevsky’s novels. The first chapters from Dostoevsky’s novel Netochka Nezvanova deal with the fate and the peculiar story of life of the heroine’s stepfather. He is called Efimov and, being an alcoholic and overconfident, he plunges his family into misery. Therefore, he can be considered a prototype of ridiculous father figures occurring in the great novels (Marmeladov from Crime and Punishment, General Ivolgin from The Idiot and Stepan Trofimovič from The Demons). The article focuses on the determining character traits of these figures who embody the dramatic failure of the father generation. While characterising those laughable vecchi, special attention is given to the seemingly paradox criterium of the tragicomic, which finally results in questioning the tension between freedom and a predetermined fate.

    Beschreibung: This contribution aims to offer a study of the Italian adaptation of the Calderonian comedy Amor honor y poder by Angiola D'Orsi, in which the mechanisms that have allowed the recreation of the semantics of comedy, complex and strongly rooted in the stereotyped formulas of every literary tradition, are highlighted. Art comedian, dramatist, translator and highly experienced actor-manager (capocomico), Angiola D'Orsi shows her ability to acclimate the Spanish opera to the new context of reception, through an operation of mediation and interpretation of the two ideological and dramatic systems. Through the comparative analysis of the figures carrying comedy, characterized by linguistic and character stereotypes, we examine the ways in which their dramatic and cultural redefinition is carried out, closely linked to Italian theatrical practice and in accordance with the traditional mask of Zanni.

    Beschreibung: Discrimination in Ecuador is a constant struggle because today there is great discrimination and exclusion of the feminist group, even in organizations there are barriers that women must endure compared to male workers in the work environment. The objective of the research is to know the impact of ethics on discrimination against women in Ecuadorian companies. The methodology uses a descriptive approach, using information documented by various theoretical sources such as the INEC-ENEMDU statistics to support the arguments presented. The results of the statistical analysis showed the existence of inequalities in terms of the figures, due to the high unemployment rates of the female gender. Regarding the discussion section, theoretical sources are evidenced covering the problems of discrimination in the labor field that still persist for both sexes, but in greater proportion for women due to different factors. Finally, it is concluded that in spite of the laws governed by the constitution of Ecuador, it has not been possible to completely eliminate the existing discrimination against women in the workplace, this has been seen as a great disadvantage for many professionals who should be remunerated correctly as stipulated by law.

    Beschreibung: La discriminación en el Ecuador es una lucha constante debido a que hoy en día se palpa una gran discriminación y exclusión al grupo feminista, inclusive en las organizaciones se consta la existencia de barreras que las mujeres deben soportar a comparación de trabajadores masculinos en el ambiente de trabajo. El objetivo de la investigación es conocer cuál es el impacto que tiene la ética sobre la discriminación de la mujer dentro de las empresas del Ecuador. La metodología se utiliza un enfoque descriptivo, usando información documentada por varias fuentes teóricas como lo es el medio de estadístico INEC-ENEMDU para brindar un respaldo a los argumentos presentados. En los resultados de los análisis estadísticos se demostró la existencia de desigualdades en cuanto a las cifras, debido a las altas tasas de desempleo por parte de género femenino. Respecto al apartado de discusión se evidencian fuentes teóricas abarcando los problemas de discriminación en el ámbito laboral que aún persisten para ambos sexos, pero en mayor proporción para las mujeres debido a distintos factores. Finalmente se concluye que a pesar de las leyes que se rigen en la constitución del Ecuador, no se ha logrado eliminar de forma completa la discriminación existente contra las mujeres en el ámbito laboral, esto se ha visto como una gran desventaja para muchas profesionales que deberían ser remuneradas de forma correcta como lo estipulan las leyes.

This article examines references to the female breast found in Dostoevsky’s novel Crime and Punishment to reveal the contradictory role of female sexuality in his literary world. Despite feminist inclinations and a personal familiarity with “emancipated love,” he had particular difficulty with issues of women’s sexual desire and female corporeality, associating them with danger. He actively suppressed the bodies and desire of physically attractive women in his work. In Crime and Punishment, for ex., both Sonia and Dunia attract male desire, but do not express their own. References to the female breast in his work reveal this deep ambivalence about the female body: now alluring, now menacing, now subject to torture, the breast can also be symbolically maternal or disease-ridden.

    Beschreibung: A Gentle Creature’s Paradox. The aim of this article is to analyze a smile as a mimetic, nonverbal facial expression. Although a smile most often displays joy and pleasure, it sometimes expresses emotions such as sadness, cruelty, anger, etc. This analysis aims to focus on the paradoxical “mistrustful, silent, and evil smile” of A Gentle Creature. Her smile marks the beginning of her life with the Pawnbroker and it is her companion until the end of her life. The paradox of smile illuminates other paradoxes such as that of communication (verbal/nonverbal, communication/its negation), of death (suicide and the icon, destruction/resurrection, silence/birth of words), of the Pawnbroker’s story (author-narrator, narrative/story, fantastic/realistic, contradictions in the story), and of the event (real event/event in the narrator’s mind).

    Beschreibung: The paper is concerned with the history of the Russian verb past’ ‘fall’, which until the mid-19th century used to have biaspectual present forms. The analysis deals both with the historical motivation for this biaspectual behaviour and the factors behind its loss. The most important stage of the process seems to be the gradual disappearance of the primary spatial usages of past’: these came to be expressed by a newly created aspectual pair, padat’/upast’. The latter is close to the so-called two-stem perfectivation verbs, which I examined in more detail in my previous work.

    Beschreibung: About Slavonicisms in The Brothers Karamazov. This work draws attention to the function of Slavonicisms in The Brothers Karamazov. In the last dialogue between Kolja Krasotkin and Alesha Karamazov, Kolja’s lines about postmortality or immortality are stylistically limited to the framework of the middle-lower register of Russian and thus exclude any metaphysical component. Alesha’s response, in contrast, is constructed in a Slavonic idiolect that belongs simultaneously to the conventional and to the mythopoetic. Another case of this appeal to the Slavonic register may be found in the dispute between Ivan and the devil regarding the recognition or denial of the incarnation of evil in the world. Claiming incarnation, Satan tries to demonstrate the equivalence of demonic and human nature. The primary instrument deployed in this argument is a Slavonicism, claimed by Satan, but which does not belong to him.

    Beschreibung: La fingida Arcadia’s textual transmission, play of multiple authorship, includes a suelta conserved just in Bayerische Staatsbibliothek (S3), that corresponds to a text very far from the rest of the tradition. The suelta maintains unaltered the plot of the original play, even if it modifies all over the dialogues, cuts or lengthens whole fragments, intensifies the courtisan features and, most of all, elaborates especially the burlesque motive of the mondongas. At the same time, the author omits all those elements related to the practice of multiple authorship in order to proclaim, indirectly, to be the author of a different play, announced by the modified title.

    Beschreibung: Verbal aspect in the Macedonian dialect of Boboshtica-Drenova and Albanian-Slavic language contact - Long-term subdominant bilingualism with Albanian has had a significant impact on verbal aspect marking in the Macedonian dialect of Boboshtica-Drenova (South-East Albania). The Slavic formal opposition of perfective and imperfective aspect marked through a variety of derivational methods has been preserved. However, under Albanian influence two continuous aspect con­structions have been grammaticalised in the dialect, one of them based on the locative ǵe, and the other on the adversative conjunction toko. The paths of grammaticalization of these markers are investigated, which include structural transfer (ǵe 〈 locative and temporal tek, toko 〈 adversative and continuous po), which is partially supported by the phonetic similarity between the respective Albanian and Macedonian dialectal markers (toko || duke, tek).

The objectives of this paper are to contextualize his activity as a copyist, to systematize the nature of his interventions in the dialogues of the plays, and to point out the—often silent—influence that Rojas’ amendments have had in several editions of early modern Spanish plays for over a century.

    Beschreibung: Human beings are naturally sociable entities that need to interact with other people throughout life, in this course they meet those who share ideas, tastes and become important in their day to day life, but they also go through complicated moments where it is unable to take care of himself and needs others to live by depending on human weakness, which is known as the ethic of care. The objective of the article is to identify the way in which the ethics of care intervenes in social organizations, from those that range from the public, private, religious spheres or any type of person with whom one has a relationship. The applied methodology is a qualitative bibliographic review whose purpose is to go from inductive to deductive to understand how to describe the qualities and characteristics within social organizations. In the analysis you can see that there are organizations in the country which provide free services for the benefit of people in vulnerable situations with principles to follow, but they are not fully complied with due to the lack of ethics among some members, giving rise to actions corrupt. Finally, it is concluded that social organizations promote the value of ethics by recognizing improvements through respect, equality, solidarity and justice.

    Beschreibung: Los seres humanos son entes naturalmente sociables que necesitan relacionarse con otras personas a lo largo de la vida, en este transcurso conocen a quienes comparten ideas, gustos y se vuelve importantes dentro de su día a día, pero también se atraviesan momentos complicados donde se es incapaz de cuidarse a sí mismo y necesita a los demás para vivir al depender de la debilidad humana, lo que se conoce como la ética del cuidado. El objetivo del artículo es identificar la manera en que cual la ética del cuidado interviene en las organizaciones sociales, desde las que van del ámbito público, privado, religioso o cualquier tipo de personas con las que se tiene relación. La metodología aplicada es de revisión bibliográfica con carácter cualitativo cuya finalidad es pasar de lo inductivo a deductivo para comprender la forma de describir las cualidades y características dentro de las organizaciones sociales. En el análisis se puede apreciar que existen organizaciones en el país las cuales brindan servicios gratis a beneficio de las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad con principios a seguir, pero los mismos no son cumplidos en totalidad por la poca ética entre algunos miembros dando lugar a acciones corruptas. Finalmente se concluye que las organizaciones sociales fomentan el valor de la ética mediante el reconocimiento de mejoras a través del respeto, igualdad, solidaridad y justicia.

    Beschreibung: This research analyzes the levels of trait-anxiety and state-anxiety, modifying a state-anxiety as an immediate emotional state, evolving over time. While trait-anxiety refers to relatively stable individual differences in anxiety. The objective was to determine levels of state-trait anxiety in times of Covid-19 pandemic in workers of Red de Salud Angaraes - Huancavelica, 2021. Methodology: basic research, descriptive level, synthetic analytical method, non-experimental, transactional, descriptive design, technique used, survey, Inventory of Trait-State Anxiety (IDARE), sample of 110 workers was used. Results: Concerning state anxiety levels, low level 7.27%, medium level 41.82% and high level 50.91%. Regarding trait anxiety, 6.36%, low level, 40.91% medium level and 52.73% high level. Regarding gender for state anxiety, for females, 2.73% low level, 20.00% medium level and 30.91% high level; for males, 4.55% low level, 21.82% medium level and 20.00% high level. According to gender, trait anxiety, females present 1.82% low level, 20.00% medium level and 31.82% high level. Males presented 4.55% low level, 20.91% medium level and 20.91% high level.

Mientras que la ansiedad rasgo se refiere a diferencias individuales relativamente estables en la ansiedad. Tuvo como objetivo determinar niveles de ansiedad estado - rasgo en tiempos de pandemia Covid-19 en trabajadores de Red de Salud Angaraes - Huancavelica, 2021. Metodología: investigación básica, nivel descriptivo, método analítico sintético, diseño no experimental, transaccional, descriptivo, técnica utilizada, encuesta, se utilizó Inventario Ansiedad Rasgo Estado (IDARE), se tuvo muestra de 110 trabajadores. Resultados: Concerniente a niveles de ansiedad estado, se evidencia nivel bajo 7,27%, nivel medio 41,82% y 50,91% nivel alto. Respecto a ansiedad rasgo, 6.36%, nivel bajo, 40,91 % nivel medio y el 52,73% nivel alto. Respecto al género para ansiedad estado, para femeninos 2.73% nivel bajo, 20.00% nivel medio y 30.91% nivel alto; para masculinos, 4,55% nivel bajo, 21,82% nivel medio y 20,00% nivel alto. De acuerdo con el género, ansiedad rasgo, femeninos presentan 1,82% nivel bajo, 20.00% nivel medio y 31,82% nivel alto. Género masculino presentan 4,55% nivel bajo, nivel medio 20,91% y 20,91% nivel alto. Respecto a edad, trabajadores de 21 a 30 años presentan ansiedad estado en nivel bajo (2,7%), 22,7% nivel medio, y 9,1% nivel alto; de 31 a 40 años 2,7% nivel bajo, nivel medio 13,6%, y 34,5% nivel alto. Conclusión: Los trabajadores de la Red de Salud Angaraes, presentan nivel alto de ansiedad estado 50,91%, respecto a ansiedad rasgo, presentan un nivel alto 52,73%.

    Beschreibung: Korehito Kurahara and “Proletarian Realism”: Proletarian Literature in Japan in 1920s. This paper examines the proletarian literature movement that emerged in Japan in the 1920s, focusing on Korehito Kurahara, a leading proponent. Kurahara studied Russian literature and his theory, “proletarian realism,” was based on concepts promoted by the Russian Association of Proletarian Writers (RAPP). The paper analyzes two of Kurahara’s works from which proletarian realism originated. Both works are based on arguments between leaders of the proletarian writers’ organization and A. Volonsky. After Kurahara, Japan attempted to interpret proletarian literature from the perspective of literary history, which Kurahara incorporated into Japanese literature based on RAPP discussions. This suggests that Japanese proletarian literary theory developed under the influence of the Soviet Union.

    Beschreibung: The Capital District, as a territorial entity located in the center of the Bogota Savanna, has the political and administrative responsibility to lead environmental sustainability and articulate with the Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR) in order to preserve the ecological structure of the territory and promote sustainable land uses (urban and rural). To this end, there is a set of administrative tools and instruments contemplated in the Land Use Plan (POT) of the Capital District that all citizens should know and use to protect the ecosystems of the savanna of Bogota and the human rights associated with environmental sustainability. The objective of this publication is to contribute to the dissemination of these tools, through conceptualization and synthesis of relevant legal information on the subject. To achieve this purpose, this book is structured in two parts, the first one presents a theoretical contextualization and history of land use planning in Bogota and the second part presents the main concepts of the main ecological structure following the articles of the POT of Bogota - District Decree 555 of 2021.

    Beschreibung: This paper deals with Slavic micro-languages in situations of absolute language contact with German (Upper Sorbian, Burgenland Croatian) and Italian (Molise Slavic, Resian). The Slavic way of forming aspectual pairs has been preserved throughout, whereas aspect usage has changed. The behaviour of prefixes in borrowings varies according to the individual contact situations: Sorbian and Burgenland Croatian form prefixed partners even from loan verbs in contrast to Resian and Molise Slavic, borrowing telic verbs as perfectives and forming their imperfective partners by means of suffixation.

The German historian Goetz Hillig saw Makarenko as a world pedagogical genius, created his scientific biography, and published a scholarly edition of his writings in German. Modern industrial agriculture, which is characterized by the biotechnology model, must be exposed to sustainable agriculture. The objective of the research is to analyze how ethics influences within the field of agriculture to provide environmental care in Ecuador, as well as to achieve sustainability of life on the planet. This project is based on a qualitative explanatory methodology with the use of a bibliographic review of different scientific journals through the evaluation and search of information. When analyzing the results, it can be seen that international trade has very low controls and certifications, putting at risk the ecological production in order to generate low production costs by making excessive use of land, water and genetic resources, endangering not only Ecuador, but the world in general. Finally, it is concluded that ethics linked to agriculture strengthens a measure of long-term care of the planet in which we live, by taking care of it, we also take care of the inhabitants.

    Beschreibung: Los desafíos globales que enfrentamos son la creciente escasez y el agotamiento de los recursos naturales, en un momento de creciente demanda de alimentos, bienes y servicios; la agricultura, incluidos los cultivos, la ganadería, la silvicultura, la pesca y la acuicultura, están creciendo rápidamente. Ecuador tiene uno de los índices de biodiversidad por metro cuadrado más altos del planeta, la ganadería y la agricultura no son ajenas a esta clasificación. La agricultura industrial moderna, que se caracteriza por el modelo de biotecnología, debe estar expuesta a la agricultura sostenible. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar cómo influye la ética dentro del ámbito de la agricultura para ofrecer cuidado del medio ambiente en el Ecuador, así como lograr la sostenibilidad de la vida en el planeta. Este proyecto se basa en una metodología cualitativa explicativa con uso de la revisión bibliográfica de distintas revistas científicas mediante la evaluación y búsqueda de la información. Al analizar los resultados se puede apreciar que el comercio a nivel internacional tiene muy bajos controles y certificaciones poniendo en riesgo la producción ecológica a fin de generar bajos costes de producción al hacer uso excesivo de tierra, el agua y los recursos genéticos nos pone en peligro no solo a Ecuador, si no al mundo en general. Finalmente se concluye que la ética vinculada con la agricultura fortalece una medida de cuidado a largo plazo del planeta en el cual habitamos, al cuidar del mismo, también cuidamos a los habitantes.

    Beschreibung: The Ukrainian Theme in the Legacy of Vladimir (Ze’ev) Jabotinsky. Vladimir (Ze’ev) Jabotinsky (1880-1940) combined the characteristics of a convinced individualist, a nationalist-statist, and an equally convinced liberal with a tendency toward anarchism. He respected every people’s struggle for independence and called nationalism “the individualism of nations”. In his prose, essays and journalism, Jabotinsky was able to synthesize rational analysis with fearless intuition. This combination enabled him to predict both World Wars I and II and the Holocaust, long before Hitler invaded Poland. As a young man he lived for several years in Italy, which he considered his spiritual homeland. His views were formed, on the one hand, under the influence of Italian socialists, Garibaldi and Italian culture in general, and, on the other hand, under the influence of Ukrainian socialists, champions of independence. He maintained friendly contacts with some of them because he combined his Zionism with Ukrainianophilia, which survived despite the monstrous Jewish pogroms organized by the Petlyura troops in 1919-20. A special theme touched upon in the report is the supposed echoes of Ukrainian spontaneous individualism in Jabotinsky’s anarchist tendencies.

    Beschreibung: The chapter starts from the importance of bibliometric analysis in the academic context. The user's manual on bibliometrics in R software for literature mapping is then presented. Starting with the installation of R and R Studio, the libraries bibliometrix and biblioshiny, the demonstration of the bibliometric database from PubMed. In addition, a case study on Environmental Biotechnology is supported and the main results are detailed, such as: search of scientific publications, annual scientific production and its geographical distribution by author affiliation, top 10 journals with the highest number of scientific papers, top 10 most cited papers in Environmental Biotechnology in the last 10 years, trend in the use of keywords in scientific publications, collaboration networks. On the one hand, I will analyze the dialogue between the two texts, as the comedia has a version transmitted by an autograph manuscript by Lope and another one transmitted through printed books and sueltas. On the other hand, I will focus my attention on the dialogues in the play, since they are useful to better understand the work of composition and preparation of the copy of the comedia by the playwright, as well as the company’s work on the text.

    Beschreibung: Deconstruction in the 19th Century (from the Natural School to Leo Tolstoy) and Fyodor Dostoevsky. The modern understanding of deconstruction arose from post-structuralism and implies distrust of semblance, the outward appearance of any ideology or structure, together with the search for a hidden interior. Dostoevsky renounces one-dimensionality and shows its deconstructing nature. He considers it a prejudice to believe that disclosing the hidden and forbidden has more “truth” in it, as is evident from his dispute with Tolstoy, who uses the principle of exposing the ignoble background of a supposedly noble national ideology to criticize the “defenders of the Slavic brothers” in Anna Karenina. Dostoevsky refuses to recognize the results of deconstruction (the denial of the declared) as the last and only version of the truth about reality. His approach can be defined as the “deconstruction of deconstruction.”

    Beschreibung: In the business environment of any entity, there is an environment of natural competitiveness, leading people to want to stand out, even if they deserve to use negative behaviors towards other collaborators as a result of stigmatism created and carried since the beginning of human settlements. The objective of the research is to carry out an analysis of discrimination at work, encompassing an ethical perspective, taking as a case study in the Province of Santo Domingo. An explanatory and comparative analysis approach based on the data obtained by the Center for Information and Technological Management of Holguín on the city is used in the methodology. These stigmas related to discrimination are pointed out, generating a presence in different sectors within the province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, where high levels of inequality are evidenced by being part of a society where human beings are pigeonholed based on a series of prejudices. Finally, it is possible to determine a clear sample of high discrimination against pregnant women, young people and people with special abilities as a result of reasons related to the personal or collective benefit of the workers of a company.

    Beschreibung: En el ámbito empresarial de cualquier entidad se cuenta con un ambiente de competitividad natural, llevando a las personas a querer sobresalir, incluso si ameritan utilizar comportamientos negativos hacia otros colaboradores producto de estigmatismos creados y acarreados desde los inicios de los asentamientos humanos. El objetivo de la investigación es efectuar un análisis de la discriminación en el trabajo abarcando una perspectiva ética tomando como caso de estudio en la Provincia de Santo Domingo. Se utiliza en la metodología un enfoque de análisis explicativo y comparativo basado en los datos obtenidos por el Centro de Información y Gestión tecnológica de Holguín sobre la ciudad. Se señalan dichos estigmas relacionados a la discriminación generando presencia en distintos sectores dentro de la provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas donde se evidencia altos niveles de desigualdad al formar parte de una sociedad donde se encasillan a los seres humanos basados a una serie de prejuicios. Finalmente se logra determinar una muestra clara de alta discriminación hacia mujeres embarazadas, personas jóvenes y con capacidades especiales producto de razones relacionadas a beneficio propio u colectivo de los trabajadores de una empresa.

    Beschreibung: With the globalization in which we find ourselves, violence against women or members of the family nucleus has been increasing as it develops in each of the homes and this occurs when there are violent acts by the aggressor towards the victims of this particular most of the cases are brought to the attention of the competent authorities. It must be understood that in Latin America, where the countries are less developed, violence occurs against women and this does not have a real index, because most of them do not make it known that they are victims of violence. In the Ecuadorian State there are several types of violence that are known by the Public Prosecutor's Office, the cases of physical violence and psychological violence are the ones that are related to each other, that is to say, physical and psychological aggression. In Ecuador with the reform of the Organic Integral Penal Code in 2019 and its subsequent validity and application in June 2020, the implementation of new legal mechanisms to suspend the substantiation of the process in matters of violence against women or members of the family nucleus, as special procedures to solve the problems of this matter is given, considering that the constitutional norm establishes that the State will guarantee the victim the punishment of the aggressor through special procedures in relation to violence.

    Beschreibung: Con la globalización en la que nos encontramos la violencia contra la mujer o miembros del núcleo familiar ha ido en aumento ya que se desarrolla en cada uno de los hogares y esta ocurre cuando existe actos violentos por parte del agresor hacia las víctimas de este particular la mayoría de los casos son puestos en conocimiento de las autoridades competente. Hay que entender que América Latina donde los países son menos desarrollados, la violencia ocurre contra la mujer y ésta no tiene un índice real, debido a que la mayoría no pone en conocimiento de qué son víctimas de violencia. En el Estado ecuatoriano existen diversos tipos de violencia que son conocidos por fiscalía de mayor forma se dan los casos de violencia física y violencia psicológica estos tipos de violencia son los que se relacionan entre sí, es decir, la agresión física y psicológica. En el Ecuador con la reforma del Código Orgánico Integral Penal en el año 2019 y su posterior vigencia y aplicación en mes en el mes de junio del 2020, se da la implementación de nuevos mecanismos legales para suspender la sustanciación del proceso en materia de violencia contra la mujer o miembros del núcleo familiar, como procedimientos especiales para solucionar los problemas de esta materia considerando que la norma constitucional establece que el Estado garantizará a la víctima la sanción del agresor mediante procedimientos especiales en relación a la violencia.

The artistic experience of Dostoevsky’s novels combines two rather heterogeneous hermeneutic strategies – the analysis of the unconscious and of existential utopia. In the first case, Dostoevsky problematizes the completeness of the symbolic order of culture as such through the thematization of the figure and name of the Father. From the perspective of the second strategy, Dostoevsky creates his own utopia of a symbolic order, with the eternal substance of people’s life capable of infinite renewal in the child’s soul in the role of the great Other. His novels reveal what can be called the creative core of culture. The murder of Fyodor Karamazov is an archetypal event, a sacrifice of the Body of the Father for the sake of the NAME of the dead Father, it initiates a paradigmatic process in the Symbolic.

Coordenadas temáticas en la obra poética de Josefina Plá investigates the aspects still little studied and offers new interpretations of the poet's work (Canary Islands 1903 - Asunción 1999). The intertextual analysis, which has explored not only the verses but also the stories, essays and plays, has revealed a network of relationships, metaphors and thematic axes (such as erotic passion, the yearning for motherhood or the meditations on the multiplicity of the individual and the relationship with time and death) that develops both internally, between the various fields of the author's production, and externally, establishing explicit links or revealing implicit affinities with authors such as Rokha, Unamuno, Pirandello, Seneca, Heidegger or García Lorca.

In the proletarian literary movement that flourished in Japan in the 1920s and 1930s, the main goal of proletarian literature was considered for intellectual writers to awaken the will to revolution in working readers. The writer from working class Sunao Tokunaga after the collapse of the revolutionary movement in 1933 began to write stories based on the life and attitude of the working people, offering to “learn from Gorky” and his autobiographical works that depicted the behavior and attitude of people at the bottom of society. At the same time, Tokunaga was involved in the colonial movement of the Japanese Empire of that time, because he, as a result of identification with the Japanese workers, lost sight of the expulsion and oppression of the indigenous people in Manchuria.

    Beschreibung: This essay deals with an aspect of the formation process of the image of the Spanish Baroque theatre in France as an irregular and chaotic aesthetic form, which was also considered inferior with respect to the French classical model. In this theoretical construction, Lope de Vega embodies all of the Spanish theatre's flaws and, more generally, Hispanic literature's ones, in turn conceived as an expression of the Spanish nation’s spirit. This process of elaborating an image of an author at the service of the invention of a national stereotype is possible thanks to the early reception of some prose works by Lope (La Arcadia, El peregrino en su patria) which are enjoying a widespread diffusion in their translations. In a context marked by controversy surrounding the tragi-comédie, assimilated by his detractors to a simple theatrical deformation of novelistic material, Lope de Vega assumes the function of representative of a literature considered extraneous to any rule and to the separation between literary genres.

    Beschreibung: Due to the importance of organizational behavior, which represents a dynamizing axis for the efficiency of a company, it is necessary to consider the way in which individuals develop within the work area, which can be favorable or unfavorable depending on the situation in which the case is handled. Therefore, the objective of the research is to analyze the impact that the behavior of internal collaborators has within the organizations in order to become a master key to achieve an effective leadership. The methodology applied is descriptive in nature, in which information is collected through bibliographic data to provide interpretation of the behavior of people in their work environments through the analytical method. It is found that in order to remain competitive, entities resort to measures to reduce their costs by reengineering their processes and personnel layoffs, which impacts on the minds of employees by falling into an atmosphere of uncertainty, removing the sense of belonging of the members of the organization. Finally, it is concluded that greater responsibility falls on top management, whose duty it is to implement methods oriented to the thoughts and actions of workers, which contribute positively to the organizational environment to make internal collaborators feel fulfilled.

Por consiguiente, el objetivo de la investigación es analizar el impacto que tiene el comportamiento de los colaboradores internos dentro de las organizaciones a fin de convertirse en una llave maestra para alcanzar un liderazgo eficaz. La metodología aplicada es de carácter descriptiva, en la cual se recolecta información mediante datos bibliográficos para brindar interpretación del comportamiento de las personas en sus ambientes de trabajo a través del método analítico. Se encuentra que las entidades a fin de seguir siendo competitivas recurren a medidas para reducir sus costos mediante reingeniería en sus procesos y despidos de personal, lo cual impacta en la mente de los colaboradores al caer en un ambiente de incertidumbre quitando el sentido de pertenencia de los miembros de la organización. Finalmente se concluye que mayor responsabilidad recae sobre los altos mandos, al tener como deber implementar métodos orientados a los pensamientos y forma de actuar de los trabajadores, los cuales aporten positivamente al ambiente organizacional para hacer sentir realizados a los colaboradores internos.

    Beschreibung: En este libro se investigó los fundamentos de la ingeniería del software y se documentó los conceptos básicos del software y los procesos para la creación de software, se documentó también cómo llevar a cabo un análisis de requerimientos de software, cuáles son los tipos de requerimientos, cómo obtenerlos, documentarlos, validarlos y modelarlos mediante diferentes tipos de diagramas. Este libro tiene como objetivo aplicar los conceptos y teorías de administración para la creación de software de calidad mediante las diferentes metodologías, técnicas y herramientas de la ingeniería del software para que el profesional de sistemas informáticos sea capaz de gestionar con eficiencia y en ambientes éticos y de responsabilidad proyectos inmersos en la creación software. Se investigó varios libros llegando a realizar un compendio de las partes más importantes y se llegó a la conclusión de que la ingeniería del software proporciona varias metodologías para el desarrollo del software y varios modelos para el diseño de software que el profesional puede utilizar dependiendo las diferentes necesidades o las diferentes situaciones o proyectos a desarrollar.

The relationship between autograph manuscripts and prompt books, the usus scribendi of professional copyists, the textual variant readings in the transmission of printed texts, the importance of meter for establishing texts and proving authorships, the comparison of Spanish and Anglo-American editing practices, and the adaptation of plays for the modern stage, are all issues addressed by means of case studies that elucidate unexpected angles of textual criticism.

    Beschreibung: Deconstruction in Dostoevsky’s Novels: Ideas, Plans, Preparatory Materials, Main Text . This article examines the role of deconstruction in Dostoevsky’s novels as a technique for bringing the ideological and psychological components of images into collision. These images are imbued with complex paradoxical meaning, revealing anthropological and philosophical issues in the writer’s work. Crime and Punishment advances the theme of a need for crime in order to achieve the moral rebirth of the hero. Moving forward on this path, the novel dismantles both inner and outer limits in the space of the hero. In The Idiot, Dostoevsky links passionate and antagonistic motifs to the Christian idea, thereby deconstructing boththe entire ethical concept of Myškin and the narrative associated with it. In The Adolescent the main character is subjected to destructive motivational interventions.
