    Description / Table of Contents: Abstract Проведён синтез моно-, ди- и трифосфиновых литандов, закр еплённых связью Si−C с поверхностью силикагеля. Получены комплексные соедине ния Pd(II) и Pd(O) с этими лигандами. На основании данных элементного анализа и УФ-спектроскопии предложены структуры образуюшихся комплексов. Сопоставлены катал итические свойства полученных комплексов в реакции селективного гидриров ания циклопентадиена.
    Notes: Abstract Mono-, di- and triphosphine ligands anchored by a Si−C bond to the surface of silica have been synthesized. Complexes of Pd(II) and Pd(O) with these ligands have been obtained. On the basis of elemental analysis and UV spectroscopy, structures of the complexes formed are suggested. The catalytic properties of the above complexes in the selective hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene are compared.

Исследовано влияние степени окисления иона палладия и кислотности спиртов на скорость реакции винильного обмена. Предложен возможный механизм реакции винильного обмена.
    Notes: Abstract Catalytic properties of Pd complexes with phosphine ligands anchored to silica have been studied. The valence state of Pd and the acidity of the alcohol were found to influence the rate of vinyl exhange. A possible reaction mechanism is proposed.

Bis(triphenylphosphine)bis(trifluoroacetato)palladium in aqueous solutions of trifluoroacetic acid catalyzes the isotope exchange of hydrogen between dihydrogen and the protons of the solvent. 2. Hydrogen exchange proceeds through the formation and decomposition of a hydride complex of palladium, the hydrogen atom in which is capable of exchanging with the protons of the solvent. 3. The introduction of ethylene into the system lowers the rate of the hydrogen exchange reaction, and the presence of a mixture of ethylene and carbon monoxide completely inhibits this reaction.

In an aqueous solution of potassium hexafluorophosphate, the outer-sphere acetate anions in the large cluster with the idealized formula Pd561 Phen60(OAc)180 (Phen=1,10-phenanthroline) are completely replaced by outer-sphere hexafluorophosphate anions and coordinated oxide anions. 2. Upon substitution of the acetate ligands, the icosahedral packing of the palladium atoms in the metal framework of the large cluster is preserved, but the distance between atoms in the outer layer increases substantially.

    Notes: Conclusions 1. IR spectroscopy was used to study the interaction of Co2(CO)8 with SiO2, the surface of which was modified with mono- and polydentate ligands (Si-O)x-(OC2H5)4−x−n [(CH2)3PR2]n (R=Ph, Cy; n=1–3). It has been demonstrated that the Co2(CO)8 is fixed on phosphine-containing SiO2 with the formation of predominately monophosphine-substituted dicobalt carbonyl complexes on the surface of the support, which are transformed to the corresponding diphosphine-substituted complexes in the absence or in the presence of low pressures of CO. 2. It has been found that covalently fixed cobalt complexes are decarbonylated irreversibly when heated in vacuum. The preservation of a linkage between the decarbonylated CO particles and the phosphine ligands on the SiO2 surface prevents the formation of a metallic phase.

    Notes: Abstract A method for the mathematical description of equilibria of complexing of H2PdCl4 with type A1 and A2 surface sites for the carbon supports “Sibunit”, PMÉ-800 carbon black, and PN active carbon was proposed. The apparent constants of formation of Pd(II) chloride complexes with these sites, K1 and K2, respectively, were calculated. It was shown that for nonoxide supports, constant K2, in contrast to K1, is strongly dependent on the type of support, while both constants increase with an increase in the concentration of chemisorbed oxygen for the oxidized samples.

    Notes: Abstract Chloride complexes of Ru(IV) promote the oxidation of paraffin hydrocarbons in aqueous solutions of chromic acid. The relationship between the rate of propane oxidation and the concentration of C1 ions, Ru(IV) and Cr(VI) has been studied. A kinetic equation of the reaction has been proposed.
