Conclusions Transfer of the charge carriers in the composite films based on alloyed tin dioxide between the particles of the current conducting material through potential barriers formed by thin glass layers takes place by electron tunneling. In high-resistance films withϱ ≥ 200 Ω·m, hopping conduction from the localized states in the glass can also contribute to this process.
