Conclusions 1. On the basis of an analysis of existing methods for calculating the rectification process of continuous mixtures, a practical method is proposed for calculating mixtures of the petroleum type from distribution functions under total irrigation conditions.Paths are indicated for the future development of the method under consideration for calculation of the rectification process of continuous mixtures from the distribution functions of the composition. 2. Equations have been obtained for determining the compositions of the distillate and the residue under total irrigation conditions. 2. A method has been developed for calculating the process of single-stage evaporation.
