Synthesis of Quinolines via Acylation of N-Aryl-carboxamides and N-Aryl-enamines with PhosgeneAcylation of N-aryl-carboxamides and N-aryl-enamines with phosgene yields 2,4-dichloroquinolinium- (2) and 4-chloroquinolinium salts (26). These compounds, which are formed under mild conditions, provide reactive intermediates for the synthesis of various quinolines.

Die Acylierung von N-Aryl-carbonsäureamiden und N-Aryl-enaminen mit Phosgen führt zu 2,4-Dichlorchinolinium- (2) und 4-Chlorchinoliniumsalzen (26). Diese Verbindungen, die unter milden Bedingungen entstehen, stellen reaktive Zwischenstufen zur Gewinnung vieler Chinolinderivate dar.
