    Description: In the adult mouse, single and compound null mutations in the genes for retinoic acid receptor beta and retinoid X receptors beta and gamma resulted in locomotor defects related to dysfunction of the mesolimbic dopamine signaling pathway. Expression of the D1 and D2 receptors for dopamine was reduced in the ventral striatum of mutant mice, and the response of double null mutant mice to cocaine, which affects dopamine signaling in the mesolimbic system, was blunted.     Description: The maintenance of immune homeostasis requires regulatory T cells (T(regs)). Given their intrinsic self-reactivity, T(regs) must stably maintain a suppressive phenotype to avoid autoimmunity. We report that impaired expression of the transcription factor (TF) Helios by FoxP3(+) CD4 and Qa-1-restricted CD8 T(regs) results in defective regulatory activity and autoimmunity in mice. Helios-deficient T(regs) develop an unstable phenotype during inflammatory responses characterized by reduced FoxP3 expression and increased effector cytokine expression secondary to diminished activation of the STAT5 pathway. CD8 T(regs) also require Helios-dependent STAT5 activation for survival and to prevent terminal T cell differentiation.     Description / Table of Contents: On the systems Li2O/ZnO, Na2O/ZnO and Na2O/CdOAccording to single crystal datas there exists no Li6ZnO4 within the system Li2/ZnO, but a phase „Li4ZnO3“ [a = 13.138; c = 7.985 Å] and in addition „Li2/ZnO“ [a = 39.36; c = 23.80 Å], both trigonal. Known Na6ZnO4 is hexagonal [a = 7.562; c = 5.850 Å; Z = 2 drö = 3.06 and dpyk = 3.04g · cm-3]. Besides of Na2Zn2O3 there is a third phase at „Na2ZnO2“. In the system Na2O/CdO exists besides of known Na2CdO2 a Na-rich phase at „Na14Cd3O10“ [hexagonal-primitive, a = 6.757; c = 9.432 Å; Z = 1].
    Notes: Nach Einkristalldaten existiert im System Li2O/ZnO nicht Li6ZnO4, sondern eine bei „Li4ZnO3“ [a = 13,138; c = 7,985 Å, trigonal] und eine bei „ Li2ZnO2“ [a = 39,36; c = 23,80 Å, trigonal] liegende Phase. Na6ZnO4 kristallisiert hexagonal [a = 7,562; c = 5,850; Z = 2; drö = 3,06 und dpyk = 3,04g · cm-3]. Eine weitere Phase liegt bei „ Na2ZnO2“. Im System Na2O/CdO existiert neben Na2CdO2 eine Na-reichere Phase bei „Na14Cd3O10“ [hexagonal-primitiv, a = 6,757; c = 9,432 Å; Z = 1].
