    Notes: Unter Variation der Reaktionsbedingungen wird an homologen racemischen α-Aminopropiophenon-Derivaten mit N-Phenylalkylresten vom Typ C6H5—(CH2)n  -  (n = 1 bis 4) der Einfluß des Phenylsubstituenten an den Alkylgruppen des Aminostickstoffs auf den sterischen Verlauf der Reduktion mit Natriumboranat, Lithiumalanat, Lithium-tri-tert.-butoxy-alanat, Aluminiumisopropylat und Chloraluminiumdiisopropylat untersucht.Aus den Ergebnissen geht hervor, daß Monophenylalkylaminopropiophenone unabhängig vom Raumbedarf der benutzten Kryptobasen zu erythro-Epimeren reduziert werden.Bei der Reduktion von phenylsubstituierten Dialkylamino-propiophenonen mit Kryptobasen geringen Volumens (z.B. LiAlH4) werden Gemische aus erythro- und threo-Epimeren erhalten, deren Verteilungsverhältnis von der Stellung des Phenylrestes abhängt. Voluminöse Kryptobasen (z.B. Aluminiumisopropylat) führen zu Reaktionsprodukten mit threo-Konfiguration.

    Notes: Nach bisherigen Ergebnissen entstehen aus Mono- und Dialkylaminopropiophenonen durch Reduktion entsprechende α-Aminoalkohole der erythro-Konfiguration. Aus vergleichenden Untersuchungen an Modellketonen mit verzweigten Alkylresten am Stickstoffatom geht der Zusammenhang zwischen diesen Strukturelementen am Asymmetriezentrum mit der sterischen Richtung der asymmetrischen Induktion und den Modellen vom Reaktionsmechanismus hervor. Die Diskussion führt zu folgender Voraussage: α-Dialkylamino-pro-piophenone mit normalen oder einfach verzweigten Alkylresten (z.B. Isopropylrest) werden zu erythro-Epimeren reduziert. Wenn am dialkylierten Stickstoffatom ein Alkylrest mit einem tertiären Kohlenstoffatom (z.B. tert.-Butylrest) gebunden ist, erhält man Reduktionsprodukte der threo-Konfiguration.

    Description / Table of Contents: Transition Metal Chalcogen Compounds Diphenyldithiophosphinato Complexes of Vanadium(III), Vanadium(IV) and Molybdenum(VI)The preparation and properties of the compounds [(C6H5)2PS2]2MoO2 (3), [(C6H5)2PS2]2-VO (4) and [(C6H5)2PS2]3 V (5) are described. Their vibrational and electronic spectra are reported. The parameters 10 Dq = 13 200/cm and B = 395/cm were calculated from the electronic spectrum of the vanadium(III) compound.
    Notes: Die Darstellung und Eigenschaften der Verbindungen [(C6H5)2PS2]2MoO2 (3), [(C6H5)2PS2]2-VO (4) und [(C6H5)2PS2]3 V (5) werden beschrieben. Die Schwingungs- und Elektronenspektren werden mitgeteilt und letztere mit der Kristallfeldtheorie interpretiert. Für die Vanadin(III)-Verbindung lassen sich aus den Übergängen ν1(3T1g→3T2g) und ν2(3T1g(F) → 3T1g(P)) die Werte für 10 Dq 13200/cm und B 395/cm berechnen.

Properties of SbH3 as complex ligand are discussed by means of the CO force constants and relative abundance of ions and compared with those of AX3 (A = N, P, As; X = H, C6H5).
    Notes: Über Darstellung, IR- und 1H-NMR- sowie Massenspektren der diamagnetischen, sublimierbaren, labilen, gelben Stibin-pentacarbonyl-Komplexe Cr(CO)5SbH3, Mo(CO)5SbH3 und W(CO)5SbH3 wird berichtet. Die Eigenschaften von SbH3 als Komplexligand werden anhand der vCO-Kraftkonstanten und relativen Ionenintensitäten diskutiert und mit denen von AX3 (A = N, P, As; X = H, C6H5) verglichen.

Preparation, Electronic and Vibrational Spectra of Diphenyldiselenophosphinato ComplexesThe anion of the diphenyldiselenophosphinic acid (dpspi) as a bidentate ligand forms complexes of the type [(C6H5)2PSe2]nM (M=metal). This ligand and its complexes with CoII, NiII, CuI, CdII, and ZnII are reported for the first time. The ligand field splitting parameters are calculated from the electronic spectra of Ni(dpspi)2 and Co(dpspi)2. The position of dpspi in the spectrochemical series is discussed. Its nephelauxetic effect is extremely high. The PSe stretching vibrations of the diphenyldiselenophosphinato complexes are assigned.
    Notes: Das Anion der Diphenyldiselenophosphinsäure („dpspi“) bildet als zweizähniger Ligand Komplexe des Typs [(C6H5)2PSe2]nM (M=Metall). Über diesen Liganden sowie die entsprechenden Komplexe mit CoII, NiII, CuI, CdII und ZnII wird in dieser Arbeit erstmalig berichtet. Aus den Elektronenspektren von Ni(dpspi)2 und Co(dpspi)2 werden die Ligandenfeldparameter berechnet. Die Einordnung von dpspi in die spektrochemische Reihe wird diskutiert. Der nephelauxetische Effekt ist außerordentlich groß. Die PSe-Valenzschwingungen der Diphenyldiselenophosphinato-Komplexe werden zugeordnet.

    Description / Table of Contents: On the Hydrogenation of Δ2-5-IsoxazolonesThe Δ2-5-isoxazolones 1, 5, 8a-c, and 11a, b are opened under conditions of the catalytic reduction to yield β-enamino-β'-ketocarboxylic acids 6a, b. In a second step, the derivatives 8a-c, 11a, b form diazepines 10a-c and pyrazoles 12, 13 by intramolecular cyclization. The structures are elucidated on the basis of the n.m.r. and i.r. spectra.
    Notes: Die Δ2-5-Isoxazolone 1, 5, 8a-c und 11a, b werden bei der katalytischen Hydrierung unter reduktiver Ringöffnung zu β-Enamino-β'-ketocarbonsäuren 6a, b gespalten Dabei cyclisieren die Derivate 8a-c, 11a, b intramolekular zu den Diazepinen 10a-c und Pyrazolen 12, 13. Die Strukturen werden durch NMR- und IR-Spektren bewiesen.

The reaction should proceed via nitrile ylides.
    Notes: 4,5-Dihydro-1,3,5-oxazaphosph(V)ole 1 reagieren mit Isonitrilen zu disubstituierten 3-Imino-4,4-bis(trifluormethyl)-1-azetinen 2 unter Ehmmierung von Phosphorsäureester Eine Nitrilylid-Zwischenstufe wird angenommen.
