Article Individual-nucleotide resolution crosslinking and immunoprecipitation (iCLIP) can map RNA binding sites of RNA-binding proteins (RBPs). Here, the authors report an analysis tool that improves the binding site assignment for some RBPs that have length-dependent broader distribution for their iCLIP fragments.
