Notes:
Many creativity programmes are designed and delivered with minimal attention paid to reflection. This paper shares experience of a programme in which reflection played an integral role; consciously adopting a critical approach to creativity ensured this was the case. The paper introduces Peter Senge’s “five disciplines” as a conceptual framework guiding the reflective process after the workshop, and which prompted deeper inquiry into the relationships between the processes of creative thinking, systems thinking and organisational learning.
