Description / Table of Contents: Abstract 2-Fluorolipoic acid (4), 7.7-difluorolipoic acid (13), and 7-fluoro-8-methyl-lipoic acid (17) are prepared. New syntheses of lipoic acid and 8-methyl-lipoic acid via active methylene compounds are developed. In these intermediates hydrogen has been substituted by fluorine by means of perchloryl fluoride.

Notes: Zusammenfassung 2-Fluorliponsäure (4), 7, 7-Difluorliponsäure (13) und 7-Fluor-8-methyl-liponsäure (17) werden hergestellt. Neue Synthesen für Liponsäure und 8-Methylliponsäure werden entwickelt, die über aktive Methylenverbindungen verlaufen. Auf dieser Zwischenstufe wird Fluor mittels Perchlorylfluorid eingeführt.
