Résumé Par emploi du titrage différentiel percuprimétrique des amino-acides et des protéines, on obtient des courbes de durée de réaction, qui, pour les différentes substances sont caractéristiques et permettent des déductions positives sur la constitution.

Zusammenfassung Bei der Anwendung der differentiellen percuprimetrischen Titration von Aminosäuren und Proteinen erhält man Reaktionszeit-Kurven, die für die verschiedenen Stoffe charakteristisch sind und die gewisse Rückschlüsse auf die Konstitution erlauben.
