Summary A description is given of a modification ofDenigès' process for the detection of hydrocyanic acid for forensic purposes. Guinea pigs are poisoned with potassium cyanide, and the hydrocyanic acid is liberated from their organs, and detected by the formation of crystals with an ammoniacal solution of alloxan.
Abstract:
Résumé On décrit une modification de la méthode deG. Denigès pour le microdécèlement de l'acide cyanhydrique dans des recherches de la chimie légale. Des cobayes étaient empoisonnés avec du cyanure de potassium, l'acide cyanhydrique était mis en liberté de leur organes et décelé par la formation de cristaux après addition d'alloxane ammoniacal.

Zusammenfassung Es wird eine Abänderung des Verfahrens vonG. Denigès zum mikrochemischen Nachweis der Blausäure in gerichtschemischen Untersuchungen beschrieben. Meerschweinchen wurden mit Kaliumcyanid vergiftet, aus ihren Organen die Blausäure in Freiheit gesetzt und durch die Kristallbildung nachgewiesen, die mit ammoniakalischem Alloxan eintritt.
