Résumé A partir des fleurs de la mutation nivea à fleurs d'un blanc pur, d'Antirrhinum majus race 50, trois substances phénoliques ont été caractérisées, isolées, préparées. Ces substances sont des esters de l'acide caféique et de l'acide p coumarique. Au moyen d'une méthode d'estérification par le chlorure d'acide de l'acide 4 nitroazobenzène 4 carboxylique, la composante alcoolique a été identifiée à l'acide quinique. Ces résultats sont discutés quant à leurs rapports avec la biosynthèse des flavonoïdes et des anthocyanols.
Abstract:
Summary From the flowers of the pure white blooming mutation nivea ofAntirrhinum majus race 50 three phenolic substances were isolated. They prooved to be esters of caffeic and p-cumaric acid. By a modified method of estirification with 4-nitro-azobenzol-4-carboxylic acid, Quinic acid could be identified as the alcoholic component. These results are discussed in connection with the biosynthesis of the flavonoids and the anthocyanes.

Zusammenfassung Aus den Blüten der rein weiß blühenden Mutante nivea vonAntirrhinum majus Sippe 50 wurden drei Phenolsubstanzen nachgewiesen. Diese drei Verbindungen konnten präparativ gewonnen werden. Sie erwiesen sich als Ester der Kaffee- und p-Cumarsäure. Durch eine abgewandelte Veresterungsmethode mit 4-Nitroazobenzol-4′-carbonsäurechlorid ließ sich als alkoholische Komponente Chinasäure identifizieren. Die Ergebnisse wurden im Zusammenhang mit der Biosynthese der Flavonoide und Anthocyane diskutiert.
