Description / Table of Contents: 1,2-Bis(trimethylsilyl)-3,4-di(tert-butyl) cyclotetraphosphanecis-P4(SiMe3)2(CMe3)2 1 could be prepared by the reaction of (Me3Si)2P - P(SiMe3) - P(SiMe3)CMe3 2 with (Me3C)PCl2 3 The compound 1 forms pale yellow crystals, m. p. 116°C. The 31P- and 1H-NMR data of 1 are given.

Notes: Die Titelverbindung cis-P4(SiMe3)2(CMe3)2 1 konnte durch Umsetzung von (Me3Si)2P - P(SiMe3) - P(SiMe3)CMe3 2 mit (Me3C)PCl2 3 dargestellt werden. 1 bildet blaßgelbe Kristalle, Smp. 116°C. Die 31P- und 1H-NMR-Daten von 1 werden angegeben.
