The Raman and infrared spectra of [(CH3)2SiO]3 and [(CH3)2SiNH]3 are reported and the frequencies are assigned as far as possible. It is concluded from the spectra that both the molecules have symmetrie D3h. Accordingly the rings (SiO)3 and (SiN-)3 are planar. The influence of the SiOSi angle on the SiOSi frequencies is discussed.

Die Raman- und Ultrarot-Spektren des [(CH3)3SiO]3 und [(CH3)3SiNH]3 werden mitgeteilt und weitgehende Frequenzzuordnungen vorgenommen. Die Spektren gestatten die Aussagen, daß in beiden Molekeln Symmetrie D3h, d. h. ein ebener (SiO)3- bzw. (SiN)3- Ring vorliegen. Der Einfluß des SiOSi-Winkels auf die SiO-Frequenzen wird diskutiert.
