Notes: Es wurde eine grosse Zahl Aminoalkyl-imidazoline durch Umsetzung von Chloralkyl-imidazolinen mit Basen der aliphatischen, aromatischen und heterocyclischen Reihe dargestellt. Manche Vertreter zeigen ausgeprägte pharmakologische Eigenschaften, z.B. das 2-[N-Phenyl-N-benzyl-aminomethyl]-imidazolin („Antistin“), das 2-[Phenyl-aminomethyl]-imidazolin („Otrivin“) und das 2-[N-p-Tolyl-N-(m'-oxy-phenyl)-aminomethyl]-imidazolin („Regitin“).
