    Description / Table of Contents: Aminoethynyl Metallations, 101). - Synthesis and Reactivity of 3-AminopropiolamidesThe 3-aminopropiolamides 5 can be synthesized on two different ways: A) by reaction of the β-stannylated ynamines 1 with aryl isocyanates 2 (R4 = Ar) and by hydrolysis of the obtained stannyl 3-aminopropiolimidates 3; B) by direct acting of the lithium aminoacetylides 4 upon alkyl or aryl isocyanates 2 with subsequent hydrolytic work-up. - The imidic acid esters 3 react with 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride to form the corresponding 3-aminopropiolamides 7 which are acylated at the amide nitrogen atom. After treatment with a strong base, the ynamine-β-carboxamides 5 can be alkylated at the same atom which is proved by the conversion of 5e into the N-methyl and the N-phenacyl compounds 8a and 8b. Water, hydrogen sulfide and sulfonamides add readily to the C/C-triple bond of 5 and form the mixed-functional malonamides 9.
    Notes: Die 3-Aminopropiolamide 5 sind auf zwei Wegen darstellbar. A) durch Umsetzung der β-stannylierten Inamine 1 mit Arylisocyanaten 2 (R4 = Ar) und Hydrolyse der 3-Aminopropiolimidsaure-stannylester 3; B) durch Umsetzung der Lithium(aminoacetylide) 4 mit Alkyl- oder Arylisocyanaten 2. - Mit 4-Nitrobenzoylchlorid reagieren die Imidsäureester 3 zu den am Amidstickstoff acylierten 3-Aminopropiolamiden 7. Die Inamin-β-carboxamide 5 können baseninduziert am Amidstickstoff alkyliert werden, wie die Umwandlung von 5e in die N-Methyl- und in die N-Phenacyl-Verbindung 8a bzw. 8b beweist. Wasser, Schwefelwasserstoff und Sulfonamide addieren sich an die C/C-Dreifachbindung von 5 und liefern die gemischt funktionellen Malonamide 9.
