Compounds with Urotropin Structure, LIII. Cyclisations Starting from cis,cis-1,3,5-Tris(alkylamino)cyclohexanesA new method for the preparation in good yields of cis,cis-1,3,5-Tris(benzylamino)- (4a), cis,cis-1,3,5-Tris(methylamino)cyclohexane (4c), and cis,cis-1,3,5-triaminocyclohexane-N,N′,N″-triacetic acid (4b) starting from cis,cis-1,3,5-triaminocyclohexane (1) is described. Condensation of 4a and c with triethyl orthoformate leads to the formation of 2,4,10-tribenzyl- (5a) and 2,4,10-trimethyl-2,4,10-triazaadamantane (5b), respectively. The reaction of 4c with phosphoryl chloride or phosphorus trichloride proved to be a simple method for preparing the corresponding 1-phospha-2,8,9-triazaadamantanes (8, 9, 10).

Ausgehend von cis,cis-1,3,5-Triaminocyclohexan (1) werden neue, ergiebige Methoden zur Darstellung von cis,cis-1,3,5-Tris(benzylamino)- (4a), cis,cis-1,3,5-Tris(methylamino)cyclohexan (4c) und cis,cis-1,3,5-Triaminocyclohexan-N,N′,N″-triessigsäure (4b) beschrieben. Durch Kondensation von 4a bzw. c mit Orthoameisensäure-triäthylester sind 2,4,10-Tribenzyl- (5a) und 2,4,10-Trimethyl-2,4,10-triazaadamantan (5b) zugänglich. Durch Reaktion von 4c mit Phosphoroxychlorid oder Phosphortrichlorid wird ein einfacher Zugang zu Verbindungen vom Typ des 1-Phospha-2,8,9-triazaadamantans (8, 9, 10) eröffnet.
