Rearrangement Products from the Reaction of 1,7-Dimethoxy-1,1,7,7-tetraphenyl-2,5-heptadiyne-4-one with Halogen Hydracids1,7-Dimethoxy-1,1,7,7-tetraphenyl-2,5-heptadiyne-4-one (4) was synthesized and the reaction with halogen hydracids studied. 4 reacts with aqueous hydrochloric acid to give the diallene ketone 1 and the cyclohexadienone 2. The reaction with hydrobromic acid and hydroiodic acid also affords cyclohexadienone derivatives.

1,7-Dimethoxy-1,1,7,7-tetraphenyl-2,5-heptadiin-4-on (4) wurde dargestellt; seine Reaktionen mit Halogenwasserstoffsäuren wurden untersucht. Es reagiert mit wäßriger Salzsäure zu einem Diallenketon 1 und einem Cyclohexadienon 2. Die Reaktionen mit Brom- und Jod-wasserstoffsäure liefern ebenfalls Cyclohexadienonderivate.
