Synthesis and Reorganization of 8- and 12-membered CyclothiazasilanesFour different ways of preparation for two ring size oligomeric cyclothiazasilanes (3a, b, 4) are given. The ring size distribution is followed by 1H n.m.r. and mass spectroscopy. The ratio of 12- to 8-membered rings is due to the equilibrium of the reaction system in view.

Die Darstellung zweier ringgrößenoligomerer Cyclothiazasilane (3a, b, 4) nach vier Synthese-verfahren wird beschrieben und die ihnen eigene Ringumwandlung 1H-NMR- und massen-spektroskopisch verfolgt. Das unterschiedliche Ausbeuteverhältnis von 12-Ring zu 8-Ring wird aus dem Gleichgewichtsverhalten der erwähnten Reaktionssysteme erklärt.
