Notes: Es wird eine quantitative colorimetrische Bestimmung kleinster Anilinmengen beschrieben, die nicht bei Gegenwart von Eiweiß-hydrolysaten und Aminosäuren versagt. Dabei wird von der Bildung eines blauen Farbstoffes Gebrauch gemacht, der sich durch Oxydation des Anilins mit Clorkalk in essigsaurer Lösung und anschließende Kondensation mit Phenol im ammoniakalischen Milieu bildet.
