Description / Table of Contents: Climatology of highly dangerous (spontaneous) phenomena, which have been observed in the Russian Arctic in the years 1966-1985, is considered in the book by N. N. Territory under consideration includes the north-eastern part of the Barents Sea, the Kara, Laptev Seas, the southern part of the East Siberian Sea, the south-western part of the Chuckchi Sea and the near-polar region.
