Insbesondere untersucht er dafür aktuelle Entscheidungen des EuGH zu Intra-EU-Investitionsschutzabkommen – Achmea, Komstroy, PL-Holdings und European Food SA u. a. – und setzt sich kritisch mit diesen und deren Auswirkungen auseinander.
