Zusammenfassung Die für eine Verwendung in wäß-rigem Medium erarbeitete Schnellmethode wird auf organische Lösungsmittel (Methanol) übertragen. Mit Hilfe statistischer Prüfmethoden wird gezeigt, daß für die Reaktion des Typs: Z−NH2+HCl ⇌ Z−NH3 ++Cl− (Z−NH2: Propylamin, Anilin, Piperidin) unter den Verfahrensbedingungen der Schnellmethode in methanolischer Lösung eine Äquivalenzpunktbestimmung mit hinreichender Genauigkeit möglich ist [Prozentualer Fehler von $$\overline Q _{\mathcal{U}_m } \left( { = F_p } \right) \simeq 0.6\% , F_p = \frac{{S\bar Q_{\mathcal{U}_m } }}{{\bar Q_{\mathcal{U}_m } }} \cdot 100$$ ] und daß zwischen Langzeit- und Schnellmethode kein signifikanter Genauigkeitsunterschied besteht.

Summary The Quick-Test method developed for use in aqueous solution is transferred to organic solvents (methanol). Using statistic methods it is shown that it is possible to find out the titration endpoint with sufficient accuracy [percentage error of $$\overline Q _{\mathcal{U}_m } \left( { = F_p } \right) \simeq 0.6\% , F_p = \frac{{S\bar Q_{\mathcal{U}_m } }}{{\bar Q_{\mathcal{U}_m } }} \cdot 100$$ ] for the reactiontype: Z−NH2+HCl ⇌ Z−NH3 ++Cl−(Z−NH2: propylamine, aniline, piperidine) under the conditions of the Quick-Test method in an alcoholic solvent (= methanol) and that there is no significant difference in the accuracy of the Long- and Quick-Test methods.
