    Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. Con una perspectiva comparatista, nos acercamos a la novela As Naus (Las naves), de António Lobo Antunes (1988), a partir de Tirano Banderas. Novela de tierra caliente, de Ramón del Valle-Inclán (1927). Dos obras en las cuales el modo de representación es el grotesco esperpéntico, modo literario deconstructor de los poderes institucionalizados, de la historia oficial y de los héroes canonizados, mediante un proceso de heteromímesis que critica, en contrarrepresentación, los discursos fictivos o ficcionalizantes de los discursos oficiales.

    Description: Esta obra descreve situações práticas e estudos sobre a sala de aula que permitem elaborar sentidos e significados sobre o ensino de Ciências, relacionando os pressupostos, os conteúdos, as concepções, os pensamentos e as representações sobre ele. Esse cenário produz, principalmente, um conjunto de hipóteses e de conceitos que possibilita interpretar, qualificar e compartilhar as teorias e novas estratégias úteis para a sala de aula. Oportuniza também o apoio à divulgação científica, cujas discussões convidam para a investigação de novos objetos de pesquisa, os quais aprofundam a temática sobre os currículos por meio de debates que consideram abordagens de ensino planejadas ou desenvolvidas na sala de aula. “Proposições e novos olhares ao Ensino de Ciências” estrutura-se em duas partes.     Description: Organizational behavior is somewhat unpredictable due to the very different personalities of the individuals working in the same institution such as universities, being necessary a method to regulate behavior while complying with legal requirements established by the governing bodies of higher education. The objective of this article is to analyze the organizational behavior and the performance of the teachers of the Technical University Luis Vargas Torres of Esmeraldas, Santo Domingo Campus, in order to improve the efficiency with which the processes are carried out and to comply with the institutional objectives by establishing guidelines for the conduct of teachers. As for the methodology used, the bibliographic review method was chosen by searching for information through books, scientific and academic articles. In the discussion, deficiencies in the instability of organizational behavior are evidenced, thus affecting performance and the application of new practices in the institution. The results indicate that there is a direct relationship between leadership and organizational behavior in the educational environment leading to the conclusion that the implementation of actions to generate a positive organizational behavior in pedagogical management allows the creation of an environment with better communication, focus and performance improvement, which allows the growth of the establishment.

    Description: El comportamiento organizacional es algo impredecible debido a las personalidades tan distintas de los individuos que trabajan en una misma institución como las universidades, siendo necesario un método para regular la conducta mientras se cumple con exigencias legales establecidas por los órganos rectores de educación superior. En el presente artículo se tiene como objetivo analizar el comportamiento organizacional y el desempeño de los docentes de la Universidad Técnica Luis Vargas Torres de Esmeraldas Sede Santo Domingo con el fin de mejorar la eficacia con la que se realizan los procesos y dar cumplimiento a los objetivos institucionales al establecer lineamientos para la conducta de los docentes. En cuanto a la metodología utilizada se optó por el método de revisión bibliográfica al realizar búsqueda de información por medio de libros, artículos científicos y académicos. En la discusión se evidencia deficiencias en la inestabilidad del comportamiento organizacional afectando así el rendimiento y la aplicación de nuevas prácticas en la institución. Los resultados indican que existe relación directa entre el liderazgo y el comportamiento organizacional en el ámbito educativo llevando a la conclusión de la implementación de acciones para generar un comportamiento organizacional positivo en la gestión pedagógica permiten crear un ambiente con mejor comunicación, focalización y la mejora del desempeño las cuales permiten el crecimiento del establecimiento.

    Description: Es inevitable interactuar con otras personas en muchos ámbitos, situaciones y aspectos de la vida, sobre todo en los niveles personal y profesional. Manejar, dominar y sobrellevar nuestras habilidades interpersonales nos ayudan a tener una comunicación más beneficiosa con los demás, a expresar mejor lo que necesitamos decir y a entender lo que se nos quiere comunicar;, por lo tanto, a relacionarnos mejor y efectivamente con otro ser humano; es decir, con otro profesional, autoridad, compañero de trabajo y hasta amigo y familiar. Las habilidades interpersonales forman un conjunto de comportamientos y hábitos necesarios para garantizar una adecuada interacción, mejorar las relaciones personales y alcanzar los objetivos de la comunicación; es decir, transmitir o recibir correctamente un mensaje, una información o una orden; son útiles para construir equipos de trabajo eficientes y mejorar las bases de la comunicación interna. Por otro lado, saberse desenvolver en estas habilidades interpersonales, sobre todo en el plano de la educación superior posibilita enormemente el trabajo de aprendizaje por el efecto de bienestar en el desarrollo de su actividad, de su quehacer diario. En ese entender, nos permite establecer vínculos y relaciones estables y efectivas con las personas; es así que su desarrollo implica la capacidad de reconocer nuestras emociones y las de los demás, así como la posibilidad de saber regularlas en las relaciones con los otros.     Description: Public sector institutions must meet the needs of their users, which is why they are controlled by different governmental entities and comply with different legal regulations. Under this approach different methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness arise, the book responds to a "Kaizen" model but under the governmental methodology of Government by Results. The model presented uses quality tools such as identification of the mudas that correspond to waste, application of the 5s, which is a methodology applied to cleanliness, order, planning, safety and self-discipline, these two tools under a PHVA scheme that is nothing more than the process of planning, doing, verifying and acting. In order to apply this model, data must be obtained from the processes and activities, with which we have a background and can measure the fulfillment of institutional objectives.

    Description: Global businesses are of vital importance, both for those who carry them out, as well as for those who benefit indirectly from them. International multi-million dollar agreements or contracts can affect the economy of a nation. Being the companies the main actors and key point for the national economy, therefore, this research aims to demonstrate the importance of ethical principles in global business, as well as business ethics is a basic requirement, in this way to obtain good results with passing of the times. The project is based on a literature review methodology where critical points of view are supported by specific cases from various documented sources, such as the omission or implementation of business ethics and its influence on success, as well as the failure of a company. In the analysis of the results, it can be seen that companies from countries such as Ecuador, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Panama, Paraguay and Colombia increasingly adopt ethical principles, looking beyond economic benefit by creating an environment of trust with society, complying with objectives of sustainable development, which in turn have a positive impact allowing the fulfillment of organizational goals.

    Description: Los negocios globales son de vital importancia, tanto para los que lo realizan, así como para los que se benefician de manera indirecta con estos, los convenios o contratos multimillonarios internacionales pueden afectar a la economía de una nación. Siendo así las empresas los principales actores y punto clave para la economía nacional por ello esta investigación pretende demostrar la importancia de los principios éticos en los negocios globales, también como la ética empresarial es un requerimiento básico, de esta manera obtener buenos resultados con el pasar de los tiempos. El proyecto está basado en una metodología de revisión bibliográfica donde los puntos de vista críticos son sustentados en casos puntuales de varias fuentes documentadas, como son la omisión o la implementación de la ética empresarial y su influencia en el éxito, así como del fracaso de una compañía. En el análisis de los resultados se aprecia que empresas de países como Ecuador, Costa Rica, Chile, Perú, Panamá, Paraguay y Colombia adoptan cada vez más los principios éticos viendo más allá del beneficio económico al crear un ambiente de confianza con la sociedad cumpliendo con objetivos del desarrollo sostenible, los cuales a su vez impactar de manera positiva permitiendo cumplir con las metas organizacionales.

    Description: In this book the fundamentals of web programming were investigated, as well as the essential technologies to create web applications, such as HTML and CSS. The basic concepts of Frontend programming using the JavaScript programming language were documented, and the concepts of Backend programming using the PHP programming language were also documented. This book aims to get involved in web programming starting with the study of Frontend to Backend with the basic concepts, codes and examples, using free programming technologies accessible to any student, to create dynamic applications with database access. As a result, it was obtained that it is possible to create complex web applications using current free technologies, with a nice design, designing it easily with a CSS Framework such as Bootstrap, and using JQuery as a library to quickly create applications with JavaScript. PHP was also used because it is one of the most used languages to create applications connected to MySQL databases.

Este libro tiene como objetivo involucrarse en la programación web iniciando con el estudio del Frontend hasta el Backend con los conceptos básicos, códigos y ejemplos, utilizando tecnologías de programación gratuitas accesibles para cualquier estudiante, para llegar a crear aplicaciones dinámicas con acceso a base de datos. Como resultado se obtuvo que se puede llegar a crear aplicaciones web complejas utilizando tecnologías actuales gratuitas, con un diseño agradable, diseñándolo fácilmente con un Framework CSS como Bootstrap, y utilizando JQuery como una librería para crear rápidamente aplicaciones con JavaScript. Se utilizó además PHP por ser uno de los lenguajes más utilizados para crear aplicaciones conectadas a bases de datos MySQL.

    Description: Esta obra discute a contribuição do educador paulista Theodoro de Moraes (1877-1956) para a disseminação da assim denominada “pedagogia moderna” no Brasil, tanto por meio de sua atuação em cargos e funções no magistério como de sua produção ensaística e pedagógica, extremamente prolífera. Além de participar da produção de documentos oficiais, Moraes elaborou artigos para periódicos, textos de literatura infantil, livros, cartilhas e ainda foi tradutor e conferencista. O educador, de acordo com a autora, defendia com ênfase o ensino da leitura para crianças e para adolescentes e adultos, pelo chamado método analítico, um componente essencial da pedagogia moderna e que se destaca pela busca da praticidade e o uso da intuição. Por este método, o ensino deve ser gradual, completo e contínuo, de modo a favorecer a atividade individual do aluno. O processo de ensino seguiria, dessa forma, “do mais simples para o mais complicado” e avançaria “passo a passo”. O educador prescrevia ainda prática e exercícios constantes e o uso comedido das regras durante o transcorrer das atividades didáticas. Muito graças a Moraes, o método analítico para o ensino inicial da leitura – que se tornara oficial para as escolas primárias do estado de São Paulo entre o fim do século 19 e o início do século 20 – teve um inegável revigoramento e deixaria marcas indeléveis na educação do país.

Alejandro G. Vigo es Profesor Ordinario del Departamento de Filosofía e Investigador Principal del Instituto Cultura y Sociedad, de la Universidad de Navarra (Pamplona, España). Desde 2006 es Miembro Titular del Institut International de Philosophie (Francia). En 2010 recibió el Premio ``Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel'', concedido por la Fundación Alexander von Humboldt, en reconocimiento a su trayectoria en la investigación.

    Description: In the framework of the global socioecological crisis, the figure of the earth is presented as an alternative paradigm to the anthropocentric model. The essays collected in this volume explore material, discursive, cultural, and literary manifestations related to land in Latin America from the 19th century to the present.     Description: Tadeusz Kantor (Polônia, 1915-1990) foi um dos mais importantes homens do teatro do século XX, e seu trabalho, fortemente influenciado pelas artes plásticas, principalmente pelas vanguardas do início do século passado (Construtivismo, Bauhaus, Dadaísmo, Surrealismo, Expressionismo). Seu teatro é marcado pela ocorrência de imagens fortes e perturbadoras, principalmente a partir da encenação de A classe morta (1975). Entre os vários elementos de sustentação, os objetos (sejam reais, cotidianos ou construídos exclusivamente para finalidade cênica) transpassam toda a sua obra. No entanto, Kantor nunca explicou satisfatoriamente essa ocorrência em seu teatro. Nesse sentido, este livro trata da reflexão sobre o objeto no teatro de Kantor, tendo como tema central a demonstração do objeto como elemento responsável pela criação de outra realidade de tempo e espaço onde seus espetáculos acontecem.

    Description: La exploración de Oriente y Egipto estuvo dominada, entre los siglos XVIII y XIX, por las tres potencias de la época: Francia y, siguiendo su estela, Gran Bretaña y Alemania, que sentaron los fundamentos de la asiriología y la egiptología. A pesar del contexto poco favorable, tanto España como Portugal también hicieron esfuerzos —en general en intervenciones aisladas y personalistas— para contribuir a la investigación en estos ámbitos.     Description: Discrimination in Ecuador is a constant struggle because today there is great discrimination and exclusion of the feminist group, even in organizations there are barriers that women must endure compared to male workers in the work environment. The objective of the research is to know the impact of ethics on discrimination against women in Ecuadorian companies. The methodology uses a descriptive approach, using information documented by various theoretical sources such as the INEC-ENEMDU statistics to support the arguments presented. The results of the statistical analysis showed the existence of inequalities in terms of the figures, due to the high unemployment rates of the female gender. Regarding the discussion section, theoretical sources are evidenced covering the problems of discrimination in the labor field that still persist for both sexes, but in greater proportion for women due to different factors. Finally, it is concluded that in spite of the laws governed by the constitution of Ecuador, it has not been possible to completely eliminate the existing discrimination against women in the workplace, this has been seen as a great disadvantage for many professionals who should be remunerated correctly as stipulated by law.

    Description: La discriminación en el Ecuador es una lucha constante debido a que hoy en día se palpa una gran discriminación y exclusión al grupo feminista, inclusive en las organizaciones se consta la existencia de barreras que las mujeres deben soportar a comparación de trabajadores masculinos en el ambiente de trabajo. El objetivo de la investigación es conocer cuál es el impacto que tiene la ética sobre la discriminación de la mujer dentro de las empresas del Ecuador. La metodología se utiliza un enfoque descriptivo, usando información documentada por varias fuentes teóricas como lo es el medio de estadístico INEC-ENEMDU para brindar un respaldo a los argumentos presentados. En los resultados de los análisis estadísticos se demostró la existencia de desigualdades en cuanto a las cifras, debido a las altas tasas de desempleo por parte de género femenino. Respecto al apartado de discusión se evidencian fuentes teóricas abarcando los problemas de discriminación en el ámbito laboral que aún persisten para ambos sexos, pero en mayor proporción para las mujeres debido a distintos factores. Finalmente se concluye que a pesar de las leyes que se rigen en la constitución del Ecuador, no se ha logrado eliminar de forma completa la discriminación existente contra las mujeres en el ámbito laboral, esto se ha visto como una gran desventaja para muchas profesionales que deberían ser remuneradas de forma correcta como lo estipulan las leyes.

    Description: Os edifícios desempenharam um papel importante na história soviética, desde o assalto ao Palácio de Inverno, em outubro de 1917, até à defesa da Casa Branca de Moscovo, durante a tentativa de golpe de estado de 1991. Nos anos 30, os «Velhos Bolcheviques» mudaram-se das «Casas dos Sovietes», antigos hotéis onde viviam de forma mais ou menos comunitária, para a «Casa do Governo», um grande edifício onde residiam em apartamentos de família, rodeados por guardas e criadas. E não foi só de edifícios realmente existentes que se fez a história da URSS, a qual se assemelhava a um grande apartamento comunitário. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another.     Description: O autor analisa aqui a permanência, após a mudança das normas de nomeação, do prestígio social dos milicianos civis da Guarda Nacional do Município de Mariana (MG), província com a maior população livre e escrava do Brasil durante a Regência. Naquele período, a milícia prestava serviços não remunerados e utilizando recursos próprios, com base na noção de honra social e no sentimento de obrigação para com o soberano, suprindo a falta de funcionários públicos necessários à manutenção da ordem social. O soberano, em troca, concedia dádivas, honras e mercês aos oficiais. Até a segunda metade do século 19, os oficiais eram escolhidos por meio de eleições em que votavam os próprios milicianos. E, para se tornar miliciano, bastava ao pleiteante ter status de cidadão ativo, ou seja, ter a mínima condição financeira para votar e ser votado nas eleições primárias. Tal sistema era duramente criticado pelas autoridades, que o consideravam potencialmente perigoso, uma vez que possibilitava a indivíduos não brancos, destituídos de status social em uma sociedade escravocrata, exercerem postos de liderança. No entanto, a partir da segunda metade do século 19, quando os movimentos “perturbadores da ordem” se enfraquecem e o Império torna-se pacificado, o Exército ganha importância e projeção e os políticos conservadores reformam a Guarda Nacional, por meio da Lei 602, de 19 de setembro de 1850. Entre outras determinações, essa lei abole o sistema eleitoral, de forma que os oficiais, daí em diante, passaram a ser nomeados pelos presidentes das províncias mediante propostas encaminhadas pelos comandantes locais. Mais do que mero capricho jurídico, a nomeação tinha por finalidade romper com o “ranço democrático” da lei anterior e reafirmar a hierarquização no interior da corporação. O autor sugere que, mesmo com a abolição do pleito eleitoral em 1850, os oficiais continuaram a demonstrar carisma, pois o líder deve provar-se como tal perante seus pares, sob pena de descrédito na sua autoridade.

    Description: Este año de 2014, celebramos y conmemoramos el 200 aniversario de la muerte de Juan Teófilo Fichte, el gran filósofo idealista alemán, discípulo de Kant y genial creador del primer gran sistema filosófico idealista, basado en los revolucionarios hallazgos de la filosofía kantiana, inicio brillante de un camino filosófico que conducirá a la filosofía contemporánea. A pesar de la inmensa fama e influencia que tuvo en su tiempo, Fichte, junto con su inicial y brillante seguidor, Schelling, ha sido relegado posteriormente por figuras como Kant o Hegel . También el propio Hegel ha padecido tras la caída del Muro de Berlín un cierto desinterés por su filosofía, en comparación con Kant o Husserl. No obstante, en la segunda mitad del pasado siglo, se ha iniciado entre los especialistas un proceso de rehabilitación y nueva valoración de la filosofía de Fichte, junto con la del propio Schelling, que ha ido dando frutos al renovar el interés de los estudiosos actuales por los dos filósofos de aquella época filosófica del llamado Idealismo clásico alemán. Por nuestra parte quisiéramos añadir, a las voces que se unan al coro conmemorativo de aquel gran filósofo alemán, algunas reflexiones a modo de meditaciones En tal sentido trataremos de llevar críticamente a un autor como Fichte a la plenitud de su significación, en especial sobre un aspecto que puede despertar de nuevo el interés por la obra fichteana, raramente tratado por la crítica especializada, que es el de la conexión anticipadora de la Teoría del Conocimiento de Fichte desarrollada en su Wissenschaftslehre, con la novedosa y mundialmente influyente concepción del conocimiento humano desarrollada por Jean Piaget en su Epistemología Genética.

    Description: Human beings are naturally sociable entities that need to interact with other people throughout life, in this course they meet those who share ideas, tastes and become important in their day to day life, but they also go through complicated moments where it is unable to take care of himself and needs others to live by depending on human weakness, which is known as the ethic of care. The objective of the article is to identify the way in which the ethics of care intervenes in social organizations, from those that range from the public, private, religious spheres or any type of person with whom one has a relationship. The applied methodology is a qualitative bibliographic review whose purpose is to go from inductive to deductive to understand how to describe the qualities and characteristics within social organizations. In the analysis you can see that there are organizations in the country which provide free services for the benefit of people in vulnerable situations with principles to follow, but they are not fully complied with due to the lack of ethics among some members, giving rise to actions corrupt. Finally, it is concluded that social organizations promote the value of ethics by recognizing improvements through respect, equality, solidarity and justice.

    Description: Los seres humanos son entes naturalmente sociables que necesitan relacionarse con otras personas a lo largo de la vida, en este transcurso conocen a quienes comparten ideas, gustos y se vuelve importantes dentro de su día a día, pero también se atraviesan momentos complicados donde se es incapaz de cuidarse a sí mismo y necesita a los demás para vivir al depender de la debilidad humana, lo que se conoce como la ética del cuidado. El objetivo del artículo es identificar la manera en que cual la ética del cuidado interviene en las organizaciones sociales, desde las que van del ámbito público, privado, religioso o cualquier tipo de personas con las que se tiene relación. La metodología aplicada es de revisión bibliográfica con carácter cualitativo cuya finalidad es pasar de lo inductivo a deductivo para comprender la forma de describir las cualidades y características dentro de las organizaciones sociales. En el análisis se puede apreciar que existen organizaciones en el país las cuales brindan servicios gratis a beneficio de las personas en situación de vulnerabilidad con principios a seguir, pero los mismos no son cumplidos en totalidad por la poca ética entre algunos miembros dando lugar a acciones corruptas. Finalmente se concluye que las organizaciones sociales fomentan el valor de la ética mediante el reconocimiento de mejoras a través del respeto, igualdad, solidaridad y justicia.

    Description: This research analyzes the levels of trait-anxiety and state-anxiety, modifying a state-anxiety as an immediate emotional state, evolving over time. While trait-anxiety refers to relatively stable individual differences in anxiety. The objective was to determine levels of state-trait anxiety in times of Covid-19 pandemic in workers of Red de Salud Angaraes - Huancavelica, 2021. Methodology: basic research, descriptive level, synthetic analytical method, non-experimental, transactional, descriptive design, technique used, survey, Inventory of Trait-State Anxiety (IDARE), sample of 110 workers was used. Results: Concerning state anxiety levels, low level 7.27%, medium level 41.82% and high level 50.91%. Regarding trait anxiety, 6.36%, low level, 40.91% medium level and 52.73% high level. Regarding gender for state anxiety, for females, 2.73% low level, 20.00% medium level and 30.91% high level; for males, 4.55% low level, 21.82% medium level and 20.00% high level. According to gender, trait anxiety, females present 1.82% low level, 20.00% medium level and 31.82% high level. Males presented 4.55% low level, 20.91% medium level and 20.91% high level.

Mientras que la ansiedad rasgo se refiere a diferencias individuales relativamente estables en la ansiedad. Tuvo como objetivo determinar niveles de ansiedad estado - rasgo en tiempos de pandemia Covid-19 en trabajadores de Red de Salud Angaraes - Huancavelica, 2021. Metodología: investigación básica, nivel descriptivo, método analítico sintético, diseño no experimental, transaccional, descriptivo, técnica utilizada, encuesta, se utilizó Inventario Ansiedad Rasgo Estado (IDARE), se tuvo muestra de 110 trabajadores. Resultados: Concerniente a niveles de ansiedad estado, se evidencia nivel bajo 7,27%, nivel medio 41,82% y 50,91% nivel alto. Respecto a ansiedad rasgo, 6.36%, nivel bajo, 40,91 % nivel medio y el 52,73% nivel alto. Respecto al género para ansiedad estado, para femeninos 2.73% nivel bajo, 20.00% nivel medio y 30.91% nivel alto; para masculinos, 4,55% nivel bajo, 21,82% nivel medio y 20,00% nivel alto. De acuerdo con el género, ansiedad rasgo, femeninos presentan 1,82% nivel bajo, 20.00% nivel medio y 31,82% nivel alto. Conclusión: Los trabajadores de la Red de Salud Angaraes, presentan nivel alto de ansiedad estado 50,91%, respecto a ansiedad rasgo, presentan un nivel alto 52,73%.

    Description: En esta obra se aborda la situación de violencia y desigualdad que enfrentan los periodistas en América Latina, centrándose en el caso de México por ser este el país en donde se ha asesinado a un mayor número de comunicadores en los últimos 22 años. El enfoque se dirige hacia los periodistas de frontera, aquellos que trabajan en los márgenes físicos, políticos, económicos, culturales y tecnológicos de un territorio, y cuya condición no puede entenderse únicamente como un reflejo de lo que ocurre a nivel nacional o internacional, ya que presentan características propias y particularidades que los modelos existentes no logran explicar. Además, se explora el contexto histórico y político en el que los periodistas han ejercido su labor, incluyendo las transiciones democráticas y los regímenes autoritarios, y se destaca el impacto de la guerra contra el narcotráfico en la violencia ejercida hacia ellos en México. La autora enfatiza en la necesidad de adoptar nuevos marcos de análisis para comprender la situación de los periodistas de frontera, tomando en cuenta los márgenes del estado, la esfera pública a nivel microlocal y la capacidad que tienen para enfrentar las crisis.

    Description: The Capital District, as a territorial entity located in the center of the Bogota Savanna, has the political and administrative responsibility to lead environmental sustainability and articulate with the Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR) in order to preserve the ecological structure of the territory and promote sustainable land uses (urban and rural). To this end, there is a set of administrative tools and instruments contemplated in the Land Use Plan (POT) of the Capital District that all citizens should know and use to protect the ecosystems of the savanna of Bogota and the human rights associated with environmental sustainability. The objective of this publication is to contribute to the dissemination of these tools, through conceptualization and synthesis of relevant legal information on the subject. To achieve this purpose, this book is structured in two parts, the first one presents a theoretical contextualization and history of land use planning in Bogota and the second part presents the main concepts of the main ecological structure following the articles of the POT of Bogota - District Decree 555 of 2021.

    Description: El Distrito Capital, como entidad territorial localizada en el centro de la Sábana de Bogota, tiene la responsabilidad política y administrativa de liderar la sostenibilidad ambiental y articularse con la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca (CAR) con miras a preservar la estructura ecológica del territorio y propiciar usos sostenibles del suelo (urbano y rural). Para ello existe un conjunto de herramientas e instrumentos administrativos contemplados en el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT) del Distrito Capital que todos los ciudadanos deberían conocer y usar para proteger los ecosistemas de la sabana de Bogota y los derechos humanos asociados con la sostenibilidad ambiental. El objetivo de esta publicación es contribuir a la divulgación de dichas herramientas, mediante conceptualización y síntesis de la información jurídica relevante sobre la materia. Para lograr este propósito, este libro está estructurado en dos partes, la primera plantea una contextualización teórica e historia sobre el ordenamiento territorial en Bogotá y la segunda parte presenta los principales conceptos de la estructura ecológica principal siguiendo el articulado del POT de Bogotá - Decreto Distrital 555 de 2021.

In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another.     Description: Entre finales del año 2018 y principios de 2020, en un pequeño lapso tiempo, confluyeron en el sistema literario vasco dos fenómenos que aportaban una sensación de cambio de ciclo narrativo. Las escritoras Eider Rodríguez, Irati Elorrieta y Karmele Jaio ganaron el Premio Euskadi de Literatura en los años 2018, 2019 y 2020. En paralelo a este proceso tenía lugar un fenómeno de globalización y reconocimiento en la traducción de la obra de Katixa Agirre, Eider Rodríguez, Karmele Jaio y Leire Bilbao, hasta entonces poco conocidas fuera del sistema vasco. Este volumen ayuda al conocimiento de la obra de estas escritoras componiendo una investigación singular en el ámbito de la escritura en lengua vasca.

    Description: O livro faz uma exuberante reconstituição da boemia paulistana entre os anos de 1860 e 1920, quando São Paulo teve a sua primeira fase de crescimento explosivo e a população saltou de pouco mais de 30 mil habitantes para algo em torno de 200 mil, graças à chegada em massa de imigrantes, principalmente italianos desencantados com a lavoura, e de estudantes de outros estados do país, a maioria deles para estudar na Faculdade de Direito do Largo São Francisco. Inspirado pelo trabalho do pensador alemão Walter Benjamin (1892-1940), que avaliou os gostos e costumes da Paris da Belle Époque, a autora retrata como eram as tabernas da época e como se comportavam os seus frequentadores, reconstituindo, assim, as relações sociais e pessoais que permeavam o consumo de álcool na São Paulo daquela época. Também faz um minucioso mapeamento da produção e do consumo de bebidas alcoólicas na cidade durante o período. A pesquisa ainda desvela, como pano de fundo, os gestos e sensibilidades do cotidiano da cidade nesse momento anterior à industrialização, captando costumes e modos de vida e pondo à mostra toda uma cultura gestual, material e historicamente construída, que logo acabaria por se transformar inteiramente.

    Description: São diversos os caminhos de estudo que se apresentam quando se busca compreender como a fenomenologia descreve a percepção e como suas contribuições podem se ligar às preocupações concretas de quem vive no século XXI. Destacam-se discussões referentes aos vínculos entre a percepção e a ação, entre a percepção e a consciência, entre a percepção e o desejo, à dinâmica da percepção no tocante à passividade e à atividade, ao lugar do corpo nas indagações acerca do fenômeno perceptivo, à relação entre a experiência sensível e o mundo social, além do papel da estética nos estudos da percepção.     Description: Phonodia es un archivo en línea dedicado a la voz de los poetas ideado y realizado por el autor de este libro en el marco de las actividades científicas de la Universidad Ca’ Foscari de Venecia. En Phonodia, las grabaciones de la voz de los poetas que leen sus poemas se presentan yuxtapuestos al texto poético. Este ensayo, que analiza el elemento de la «voz» en el discurso poético y las grabaciones, se enfoca en esa específica configuración donde se activa una «relación intermedial» entre medio-voz y medio-escritura. Con un enfoque interdisciplinario, el ensayo propone también un método para «escuchar críticamente» esas voces y presenta veintiocho entrevistas realizadas a los poetas españoles contemporáneos que entraron a formar parte de Phonodia y aceptaron hablar de su relación con la «voz» y cómo este elemento actúa en su práctica creativa.

    Description: En La vida y la muerte ante el poder policiaco: raza, violencia y resistencia en Puerto Rico, Marisol LeBrón traza la historia de la aparición, desarrollo y consolidación del poder estatal colonial en Puerto Rico como poder policiaco y punitivo. Éste se dirige abrumadoramente contra las poblaciones espacial, económica y racialmente marginadas y vulnerables, quienes son continuamente responsabilizadas por los estragos violentos que ocasiona el régimen colonial capitalista. El fin del pacto social del estado de bienestar y el alza del neoliberalismo en EE. UU. en los años setenta pusieron en jaque, respectivamente, las mejores caras de la ficción del ELA --en particular, el proyecto muñocista de "industrialización por invitación"-- y la incentivación de la migración puertorriqueña a EE. UU. como válvula de escape del desempleo y la precariedad en el archipiélago. A partir de los gobiernos de Carlos Romero Barceló y Rafael Hernández Colón, en los setenta y ochenta, el estado colonial puertorriqueño comenzó a volcarse a la regulación y el patrullaje policiacos como formas preferentes de gobernanza y "manejo de crisis" sociales, económicas y hasta culturales. La apoteosis de la gobernanza punitiva se alcanzaría en el violento gobierno neolinberal de Pedro Rosselló en los años noventa, con su infame campaña "mano dura contra el crimen," a la que se dedica una importante porción de este libro. A partir de entonces, la estrategia represiva y punitiva se ha mantenido incólume en gobiernos tanto del PNP como del PPD, tal como LeBrón destaca al considerar los gobiernos de Sila Calderón, Aníbal Acevedo Vilá y Luis Fortuño. Al mismo tiempo, este estudio interdisciplinario constituye una oda a las múltiples formas de oposición, resistencia y creación que organizaciones, comunidades e individuos, en el archipiélago y en la diáspora, en las calles y en las redes, han adelantado en pos de un Puerto Rico justo, libre e inclusivo. Destacan el movimiento estudiantil y la huelga de 2010 en la UPR, los movimientos antirracistas, feministas y cuir, el underground y el reggaetón, y la extraordinaria labor comunitaria de Taller Salud. El epílogo, por su parte, recoge algunos de los más luminosos esfuerzos de soberanía comunitaria tras el paso del huracán María por el país.

Em quarenta anos de vida dos festivais, sua décima quarta versão – organizada por Cláudia Toni, Ana Mae Barbosa e Gláucia Amaral – foi singular pela concepção, pela programação e pela relação com o entorno político e educacional de sua época. Por meio do programa do festival, dos discursos de professores nele proferidos, de textos de jornais, cartas e relatos e de imagens, Rita Bredariolli dedica-se à análise dessa edição do festival e faz uma avaliação da importância do programa pedagógico e da concepção de ensino de arte enunciados no XIV Festival de Inverno de Campos de Jordão.

    Description: The global challenges we face are the increasing scarcity and depletion of natural resources, at a time of growing demand for food, goods and services; agriculture, including crops, livestock, forestry, fisheries and aquaculture, are growing rapidly. Ecuador has one of the highest rates of biodiversity per square meter on the planet, livestock and agriculture are no strangers to this classification. Modern industrial agriculture, which is characterized by the biotechnology model, must be exposed to sustainable agriculture. The objective of the research is to analyze how ethics influences within the field of agriculture to provide environmental care in Ecuador, as well as to achieve sustainability of life on the planet. This project is based on a qualitative explanatory methodology with the use of a bibliographic review of different scientific journals through the evaluation and search of information. When analyzing the results, it can be seen that international trade has very low controls and certifications, putting at risk the ecological production in order to generate low production costs by making excessive use of land, water and genetic resources, endangering not only Ecuador, but the world in general. Finally, it is concluded that ethics linked to agriculture strengthens a measure of long-term care of the planet in which we live, by taking care of it, we also take care of the inhabitants.

    Description: Los desafíos globales que enfrentamos son la creciente escasez y el agotamiento de los recursos naturales, en un momento de creciente demanda de alimentos, bienes y servicios; la agricultura, incluidos los cultivos, la ganadería, la silvicultura, la pesca y la acuicultura, están creciendo rápidamente. Ecuador tiene uno de los índices de biodiversidad por metro cuadrado más altos del planeta, la ganadería y la agricultura no son ajenas a esta clasificación. La agricultura industrial moderna, que se caracteriza por el modelo de biotecnología, debe estar expuesta a la agricultura sostenible. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar cómo influye la ética dentro del ámbito de la agricultura para ofrecer cuidado del medio ambiente en el Ecuador, así como lograr la sostenibilidad de la vida en el planeta. Este proyecto se basa en una metodología cualitativa explicativa con uso de la revisión bibliográfica de distintas revistas científicas mediante la evaluación y búsqueda de la información. Al analizar los resultados se puede apreciar que el comercio a nivel internacional tiene muy bajos controles y certificaciones poniendo en riesgo la producción ecológica a fin de generar bajos costes de producción al hacer uso excesivo de tierra, el agua y los recursos genéticos nos pone en peligro no solo a Ecuador, si no al mundo en general. Finalmente se concluye que la ética vinculada con la agricultura fortalece una medida de cuidado a largo plazo del planeta en el cual habitamos, al cuidar del mismo, también cuidamos a los habitantes.

    Description: The volume, dedicated to the 44th International Conference of the Italian Union for Drawing, investigates the theme of ‘Transitions’, which particularly effectively represents our time and the current condition of the discipline of Drawing. The term, beyond its generic meaning of an intermediate stage in a process in which a condition changes from one state to another, has always been used in various fields, from music to geophysics. In fact, the disciplines of drawing have always been confronted with themes and issues relating to transitions from one condition to another. The history of representation tells us of transformations, even epochal ones, relating to ‘drawing’, with all that such transitions entail: suffice it to think of the evolution of forms of representation, of instrumental apparatuses, of the mutability of supports, of the analogical-digital transition underway, of the new modes of communication on platforms, of the hypertrophic offer of images also on the net that confirms Guy Debord’s intuitions relating to the new spectacularisation of society. Similarly, representation triggers transitions in the prefiguration and communication of design, the anticipation and foreshadowing of future events.The challenges posed by the digital pose open questions whose scope can only be glimpsed, such as the relationship between drawing and the act of modelling, and the construction of new paradigms of visual language and communication. ‘Transitions’, almost implicitly, points to possible futures, the evolution of technique and the search for new modes of expression; at the same time, however, it can suggest silences and reflections in a process of connection between history, theory, criticism and construction.

    Description: In fact, from an etymological perspective, contributions have been presented on prepositional parasynthesis and preverbiation, as well as verbal parasynthetic formations. The diachronic aspect of semantics, marginalized until the very end of the 1960s, is the vision with which lexical change, etymological series and the tension between innovation and tradition in lexical-semantic changes have been focused. From this same diachronic perspective, together with linguistic theories of reception, the reception of lexical pieces and semantic change, as well as etymological opacity and significant slippage, have been studied. These etymological shifts, semantic slips and deviations can only be productively studied diachronically for the lexicon, and diachronically and pragmatically for the lexicon in use. The study of the lexicon, from this approach, meets two fundamental requirements in linguistic descriptions: the general historical and diachronic dimension and the current synchronic dimension; the lexical systemic (dictionary) and the usual social (language in use). This is how it can be understood that we can find in this work not only the Latin and Spanish lexicon, but a glossary from 1600, as well as examples from Japanese and Arabic. Likewise, there are also conceptual and terminological descriptions referring to the lexicon and language contact in specialty languages, especially English and French. In these terminological analyzes very marked defining characteristics can be seen, particularly in relation to the techno-scientific record and legal language. Onomatopoeia, semantically conditioned semi-lexical elements, have been studied from the point of view of contrastive linguistics, not focusing exclusively on the intralinguistic aspect, but also the extralinguistic aspect. The semantic distribution of the peripheral constituents of the left and the right is also one of the great contributions of this book where the corpus of analysis is a compilation of linguistic productions of very advanced users of L2 Spanish. The change of meaning in translation and the problems generated by the translation of religious phraseologisms in the framework of judicial interpretation have also been studied, with implications that go beyond the conventional dictionary meaning to influence the ideological conditioning of the meaning. The lexicon of emotions and phraseological discourse is also present in this work, addressing the topic from a cognitive perspective. There is, of course, no shortage of the informatics and computational perspective of natural language processing, specifically when it involves machine translation, and lately machine interpretation. In fact, one of the approaches to semantic analyzes is the exploration of the translatability of specific cases of natural language by some machine translation programs.
