    Description: Este libro comprende una investigación que tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto de un programa en la salud bucal de niños de una Aldea Infantil del ámbito rural en Puno – Perú. El diseño fue cuasi-experimental; la población fueron 32 niños, considerando como muestra a 29 de acuerdo con los criterios de selección; las variables estudiadas fueron: conocimiento, higiene bucal, lesiones cariosas activas, potencial cariogénico. Se aplicó un programa sobre higiene bucal, asesoría dietética e intervención con fluoruro diamino de plata (38%) y flúor barniz (5%) con controles a los 60 días. Se halló en el pre test que el 69.0% de la muestra tenía un conocimiento malo, el 44,8% tenía una higiene bucal, el 100% tenía un potencial cariogénico moderado, una frecuencia de 45,7% de lesiones cariosas en dentina y 24, 1% de lesiones cariosas activas en esmalte; mientras que en el post-test el 69,0% de los niños tuvieron un conocimiento bueno, el 65,5% una higiene bucal buena, el 100% tuvo un potencial cariogénico leve y una frecuencia de 16,4% y 3,9% de lesiones cariosas activas en dentina y esmalte respectivamente. Se concluye que el programa tuvo un efecto favorable sobre la salud oral de los niños de una Aldea Infantil del ámbito rural.

    Description: This book is in commemoration of the composer, educator, conductor and social worker Magnar Åm’s 70th birthday. Right from the start of work as a composer, music as a form of recognition has been central, along with an impulse to disrupt boundaries between established forms and conventions. This has also been a guiding principle behind the contributions to this anthology, where the goal has not only been to honor one individual, but to be a source of new insight. Music and literature are about the creation and dissemination of meaning. In this sense, it is paradoxical to talk about silence as a hallmark of certain art forms. But anyone who reads or listens actively knows that there is more to be gained from art than what lies in the immediate and explicit expression. The voice (in a broad sense) finds its complimentary opposite in silence. The first part of the anthology provides a brief theoretical background for interdisciplinary research into music and literature. The contributions that follow do not view artworks simply as finished products, but as parts of a living practice in which the composer, author, music, text, performer and audience all meet. In the next part, we are drawn into the workshops of composers and musicians who reflect on the music of Magnar Åm, as well as their own in light of this. In the final part, we cross the border between art and other forms of experience, with eudaimonia as a unifying concept: How should one live a complete and meaningful life? This book has been written by researchers in a variety of fields such as literature, music, natural science and outdoor life, as well as practicing artists: composers, musicians and writers. Between research and art, through scientific articles and professional essays, a conversation arises that engenders recognition across fixed boundaries.
    Description: Denne boka er eit festskrift i høve 70-årsdagen til komponisten, pedagogen, dirigenten og samfunnsmennesket Magnar Åm. Heilt frå starten av komposisjonsarbeidet hans har musikken som erkjenningsform stått sentralt, men også trongen til å bryte grensene mellom etablerte former og konvensjonar. Dette har fungert som leietrådar også for bidraga til denne antologien. Målet har ikkje berre vore å lage eit heidersskrift til éin person, men å vere ei kjelde til ny innsikt. Musikk og litteratur handlar om skaping og formidling av meining. Slik sett er det paradoksalt å snakke om stille som eit sentralt kjenneteikn ved desse kunstartane. Men alle som les og lyttar aktivt, veit at det er meir å hente i kunsten enn det som ligg i det umiddelbare og eksplisitte uttrykket. Stemma (i vid tyding) har stilla som si komplementære motsetning. Første hovuddel av antologien gir ein kortfatta teoretisk bakgrunn for ei tverrvitskapleg forsking på musikk og litteratur. Bidraga som følgjer ser ikkje på kunstverka berre som ferdige produkt, men som delar av ein levande praksis, i møtet mellom komponist, forfattar, musikk, tekst, utøvar og mottakar. I neste del blir vi tekne med inn i verkstaden til komponistar og musikarar som kommenterer musikken til Magnar Åm, men også sin eigen i dette lyset. I siste del kryssar vi grensa mellom kunsten og andre erfaringsformer, med eudaimonia som samlande omgrep: Korleis kan ein kan leve eit fullstendig og meiningsfullt liv? Boka er skriven av forskarar frå ulike fagfelt som litteratur, musikk, naturvitskap, friluftsliv, men også av utøvande kunstnarar: komponistar, musikarar og forfattarar. I møtet mellom forsking og kunst, gjennom vitskaplege artiklar og faglege essay, oppstår det ein samtale som skaper erkjenning på tvers av fastlåste grenser.

    Description: This book is an adaptation of the Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, which sought to determine the influence of the application of coaching in the development of the teaching performance of teachers in the province of Huancayo, Peru. The hypothesis is: The application of coaching has a positive influence on the development of the teaching performance of teachers in the province of Huancayo. The research is of an applied type. The methods used were: the scientific, descriptive, experimental and statistical method. The research design was quasi-experimental with two research groups. The population was made up of teachers from secondary educational institutions in the province of Huancayo and the sample, made up of teachers from educational institutions: Salesiano Santa Rosa and Technical Salesian Don Bosco de Huancayo. The techniques used were: observation, survey and signing. In data processing and analysis techniques were used: descriptive and inferential statistics. The conclusion is: The application of coaching has a positive influence on the development of the teaching performance of teachers in the province of Huancayo.

La conclusión es: La aplicación del coaching tiene influencia positiva en el desarrollo del desempeño docente de los profesores de la provincia de Huancayo.

    Description: The fact that you are reading these words means you have already stepped over the threshold of a collection of what the author calls reflexive études. Here, the author is expanding on the word étude as it is used in music’s most ‘classical’ department, where it denotes a practice piece designed to address an isolated problem of musical technique, and transforms it to serve as a practical thought exercise for the (theatre) field as a whole. The reflexive étude therefore serves as a practical-theoretical exercise in trying to think one’s way to freedom from the (often) unconscious or semi-conscious assumptions and obstacles that the art actor constantly has to contend with. Implicit here is the notion that thinking through also constitutes an exercise and that the art of thinking is inextricably associated with art in general. Like musical exercises, the reflexive études are characteristically specific: each focuses on practice relevant to something particular – perhaps one performance, an issue of acting technique, an acute theatre -sociological situation, or the question of what a theatre script can and should look like. The ambition is to develop what I have called a reflexive dramaturgy. This conception of dramaturgy does not limit itself to analyses of the theatrical text, or to the theatre’s arsenal of calculated stage effects, but is capable of expanding its reach to identify other kinds of action that exert a powerful influence, despite their being seemingly inconspicuous. In this sense, reflexive dramaturgy becomes a kind of theoretical practice that seeks to identify and articulate those actions which (reflexively) set the limits for aesthetic experience, but which are often insufficiently covered by the ways that art and theatrical art view themselves.

Ordet etyde utvides her fra musikkens mest ‘klassiske’ avdeling, hvor det betegner et øvelsesstykke innrettet mot å løse et isolert teknisk-musikalsk problem og transformeres til praktiske tankeøvelser for (scenekunst) feltet som helhet. Den refleksive etyden er derfor valgt som en praktisk teoretisk øvelse i å tenke seg løs fra de (ofte) ubevisste eller halv-bevisste forutsetningene og hindringene som en kunstaktør hele tiden arbeider i, og med. I dette ligger en forståelse av at det å tenke over også er en øvelse, og at kunsten å tenke uløselig henger sammen med kunst overhodet. Ambisjonen er å utvikle det forfatteren har kalt for en refleksiv dramaturgi. I dette ligger en dramaturgi som ikke begrenser seg til analyser av sceneteksten, eller av teaterrommets kalkulerte kunstneriske virkemidler, men som i tillegg evner å utvide sitt søk etter andre, og mindre iøynefallende, men ikke desto mindre virksomme, handlinger. Refleksiv dramaturgi blir slik en type teoretisk praksis som forsøker å lokalisere og artikulere de handlingene som (refleksivt) setter grenser for det estetiske, men som ofte selv ikke er tilstrekkelig del av kunstens og scenekunstnerens selvforståelse.

    Description: Este libro comprende una investigación que buscó determinar la relación entre la caries de infancia temprana con la anemia ferropénica en niños de 9 a 36 meses de un programa nutricional en Puno, Perú. El estudio fue de diseño no experimental, de tipo relacional, observacional y de corte transversal, la población estuvo constituida por 480 niños, y la muestra producto de un cálculo de muestras finitas consideró 213 niños de ambos sexos elegidos por conveniencia, que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Se halló que 213 niños con anemia ferropénica evaluados el 68.08% (145) presentaron anemia en nivel leve; el 30.52% (65) presentaron anemia en nivel moderado y el 1.41% (3) presentaron anemia en nivel severo. Todos los infantes presentaron caries de infancia temprana en nivel muy bajo. Se establece que existe una relación no significativa entre el nivel anemia ferropénica y nivel de caries de infancia temprana en niños de 9 a 36 meses del programa articulado nutricional en la ciudad de Puno, Perú.

    Description: In 2020, Norway’s national curriculum for primary and secondary school eduction, known as Kunnskapsløftet, came into effect. The plan is marked by increased emphasis on education for sustainability, and a notable example of this is the inclusion of sustainable development as an interdisciplinary topic in most subjects in primary and secondary school. As a result, the focus on sustainabilty has also increased in teacher eduction programs, for preschool as well as primary and secondary school teachers. Furthermore, a number of research networks have been established to explore sustainability in the context of education, and new research and textbooks are being published on this topic. This anthology presents new research on how the subject of sustainability is being handled in schools and preschools today, to all those interested in the topic. Education for Sustainability.     Description: An increasing number of preschool teachers have a master's degree, and in Norway, employing preschool teachers with a master’s-level education is a stated political objective. In both Norway and Denmark, there is growing demand for greater expertise in preschool and more career options for preschool teachers and educators. Thus, there is also a need for greater understanding about the impact of academic knowledge on preschool pedagogical practice. In this anthology, new empirical knowledge is presented on how master's-level competence is applied practically within the preschool context, and how academic knowledge is found relevant in practice. The empirical material that forms the basis of this anthology is qualitative interviews with master's-educated teachers in Norwegian and Danish preschools as well as a survey sent to all preschools in Norway. The anthology is also based on historical material and documents that highlight the rise of specialized education in general and master's education in particular. The book stems from the research project “Preschool master in practice”, a collaborative project between researchers at one Danish and two Norwegian educational institutions: VIA University College in Århus, Oslo Metropolitan University, and the University of South-Eastern Norway. The aim of the project has been to increase understanding of how master’s-educated preschool teachers’ feel their particular expertise is put to use, and how their expertise benefits the preschool and creates opportunities within the sector.
    Description: Stadig flere barnehagelærere har masterutdanning. I Norge er det også en uttalt politisk ambisjon om at det skal ansettes flere masterutdannede barnehagelærere i barnehagen. Både i Norge og Danmark ser vi en økende etterspørsel etter mer kompetanse i barnehagen og flere karriereveier for barnehagelærere og pedagoger. Dermed blir det også behov for mer kunnskap om hva som skjer i møtet mellom akademisk kunnskap og barnehagefaglig pedagogisk praksis. I denne antologien presenteres ny empirisk kunnskap om hvordan kompetanse på masternivå anvendes i barnehagen, og hvordan akademisk kunnskap gis relevans for barnehagens praksis. Det empiriske materialet som ligger til grunn for antologien, er kvalitative intervjuer med masterutdannede barnehagelærere i norske og danske barnehager og en spørreundersøkelse sendt ut til alle norske barnehager. Antologien er også basert på historisk materiale og dokumenter som synliggjør framveksten av videreutdanninger generelt og masterutdanning spesielt. Bokutgivelsen springer ut av forskningsprosjektet «Barnehagefaglig master i praksis», som er et samarbeidsprosjekt mellom forskere ved én dansk og to norske utdanningsinstitusjoner, henholdsvis VIA University College i Århus, OsloMet – storbyuniversitetet og Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Målet med prosjektet har vært å utvide kunnskapen om hvordan barnehagelærere med barnehagefaglig masterutdanning erfarer at deres kompetanse blir anvendt, og om hvordan kompetansen kommer barnehagen til gode og gis muligheter i sektoren.

    Description: How can we be sure that the food we buy in grocery stores won’t make us sick? The institutions, laws and regulatory systems put in place to safeguard that food is safe to consume are the result of a long and complex process. This book takes a close look at that process and at how various actors and institutions – we call them ‘food’s facilitators’ – have worked to ensure that the food we eat is fresh, healthy and safe. Food’s Facilitators explores how modern foods and systems for food can be seen as the result of a series of administrative efforts and negotiations over how such food is produced. The authors examine laws and regulations, expertise, technologies, and media that contribute to binding the various modern industrialized food systems together. Their subject matter ranges from cookbooks and schools for housewives that have greatly influenced the Norwegian diet, to the industrial production of foods, freezer technology, date marking, and quality assessment. In addition, the authors look at the presentation of food on television as informational activity as well as debates about industrially produced ingredients and food products like margarine, artificial vanilla and farmed salmon. Through these examples the book illustrates how regulation, quality and information became necessary cornerstones in the evolution of the food industry. The authors have backgrounds in science and technology studies, history, anthropology, sociology and media science. The anthology has been edited by Terje Finstad, Stig Kvaal and Per Østby, all from the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies of Culture at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and Håkon B. Stokland from the Norwegian Institute for Nature Research and NTNU’s Department of Interdisciplinary Studies of Culture.

    Description: Las mascarillas durante muchos años fueron utilizados como medio de protección, para profesionales de salud, sin embargo durante la pandemia la población mundial se vio obligada a utilizarla como medio de protección algunos dándole un uso inadecuado que conllevo su cauto infección o contaminación por otros microorganismos, es por eso que en el presente libro comprende una investigación que buscó determinar los microorganismos presentes en las mascarillas de los pobladores de Pucallpa (Perú) para la protección de la COVID – 19, para ello se recolecto mascarillas quirúrgicas, KN95 y tela, utilizadas por los pobladores de los distritos de Campoverde, Yarinacocha, Manantay y Callería, obteniendo 15 mascarillas por distrito. La identificación de micoorganismos se realizó a través de pruebas bioquímicas (método tradicional) y automatizado (Vitex). Se aisló 12 especies de bacterias En el caso de hongos se encontró dos familias Trichocomaceae (Aspergillus spp) y Saccharomycetaceae (Candida famata y Candida parapsiliosis). No fue posible encontrar el virus del COVID-19 en las mascarillas, puesto que no se evidencio presencia del Gen N, Gen ORF1ab. El mayor número de especies de bacterias corresponde a la familia Enterobacteriaceae, registrado en el distrito de Campoverde y Yarinacocha, mientras el hongo que más se encontró fue Aspergillus spp registrado en los cuatro distritos.

    Description: Este libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada en la Universidad César Vallejo, cuyo objetivo fue diseñar un modelo de estrategias de aprendizaje autónomo orientadas al desarrollo del pensamiento crítico y creativo en estudiantes de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa Inicial y Primaria N° 11239 Cristo de Pachacamilla- Las Dunas- Lambayeque. Es una investigación de tipo básica, nivel propositivo con diseño no experimental y enfoque metodológico cuantitativo, se trabajó con una muestra de 58 niños, a quienes se les administró un test sobre pensamiento crítico y creativo considerando las dimensiones e indicadores correspondientes con un total de 20 ítems, escala Likert los resultados permitieron señalar un desarrollo medio en los pensamientos indicados. La información obtenida permitió diseñar un modelo de estrategias de aprendizaje autónomo orientado al desarrollo del pensamiento crítico y creativo, el mismo que fue validado por expertos quienes dieron conformidad y por lo tanto factible de ser aplicado en cuanto se supere la situación de pandemia covid-19. Se llegó a concluir que el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico y creativo son habilidades de orden superior que los estudiantes desarrollan en las diferentes situaciones para tomar decisiones y solucionar problemas de la vida cotidiana.

    Description: What gave rise to the Norse legal system? When? And where were the meeting places under this system located? These are questions that have long remained unanswered in Norwegian and Northern European history. An overriding theme of the book is establishing when this legal system arose and how it developed over time at the local and regional levels. Central topics include the localization of assembly sites in the landscape and how these sites became important to the consolidation of power structures and, later on, the royal system of governance. The ‘things’ are discussed in relation to successive political and economic structures as well as the influence of conditions within settlements and society. The book also looks at the assembly sites in their various contexts regarding localization and importance in the region, and in connection with the system’s development in Northern Europe. The Landscape of the Law provides extensive insight into the places where law and justice and related legal matters were decided in Viken. This is an aspect of Norway’s territorial division that has not been addressed in prior research. The book is relevant for researchers and history and archeology students working in such areas as legal and religious history, administrative jurisdictions, and state-formation processes, as well as local historians and other readers interested in cultural history.

Tingsteder og rettskretser i Viken i jernalder og middelalder undersøkes stedene for rettsmøter (tingsteder) og den administrative organisasjonen i det historiske Viken-området: de kystnære og sentrale delene av Sørøst-Norge, fra Telemark i vest til Bohuslän i øst. Dette geografiske området utgjør Borgartingets lovområde i middelalderen. Gjennom arkeologiske funn, onomastiske, topografiske og historiske kilder, diskuteres fremveksten av det juridiske landskapet i et langtidsperspektiv fra jernalder til middelalder, det vil si perioden 100–1600 e.Kr. Et gjennomgående tema er når rettssystemet oppsto og hvordan det utviklet seg over tid, både på lokalt og regionalt nivå. Sentralt står lokaliseringen av tingstedene i landskapet, og hvordan tingstedene inngikk som en viktig del av konsolideringen av maktstrukturer og senere kongelige styringssystem. Tingene drøftes i sammenheng med skiftende politiske og økonomiske strukturer, samt bosetnings- og samfunnsforhold som kan ha påvirket tingsystemet. Young Participation: Creativity and Conflict in Planning explores how youth participation work in practical terms, in the context of urban development processes at the municipal level in Norway.     Description: This book, written by 12 authors, asks: Who governed the Nordic towns from c. 1500 to 1800? The book is inspired by pivotal studies undertaken by Finn-Einar Eliassen in the late 1990s concerning the progression of family dynasties in ruling several small towns in Norway from c. 1600–1800. Eliassen ascertained that 8–10 small Norwegian towns happened to be dominated by two-three families in economic, social, political and administrative matters. He maintained that ownership of the very ground upon which the town was built came to define a privatized lordship, not only in Norway but also in various peripheries in central and northern Europe. Our investigations explore quite opposite patterns. The Norwegian landlords more effectively dominated their towns – compared with landlords in Danish, Finnish, and Baltic towns – by actually living and working there, and due to their vast engagement in lumber trade and shipping. In other parts of the Nordic region the landlords normally did not reside in the towns or get involved in business in the town district. However, they possessed other types of power and authority. Finally, we assert that the paths to power and wealth in privatized monopoly towns lay in the establishment of social networks, the ownership of strategic land estates in connection with trade, industry and transport, and, above all, controlling the credit system that bound the peasants and other social groups to supply their masters with labour, lumber, agricultural products, and so on. However, the power of the dynasties had obvious limitations.
    Description: Denne boka kretser rundt spørsmålet om hvem som styrte de nordiske byene ca. 1500–1800. Boka – skrevet av tolv forfattere – er inspirert av Finn-Einar Eliassens pionerarbeid fra 1990-årene om familiedynastier i norske byer. Eliassen kom fram til at åtte–ti norske småbyer i perioden 1600–1800 ble dominert av to–tre familier økonomisk, sosialt, politisk, administrativt og kulturelt, noe han mener også har vært mønstre i periferier i Nord- og Sentral-Europa. Kilden til makt lå i det å eie bygrunnen. Våre undersøkelser viser andre mønstre. De norske godseierbyene ca. 1500–1800 skilte seg ut fra tilsvarende byer i resten av Norden på flere måter. I Norge kom byherrene til å styre og dominere mer, de var sterkt involvert i næringsvirksomheten, og de bodde i byene. I resten av Norden ble godseierbyene preget av andre økonomiske eliter og av at godseierne ikke residerte i byene. På den andre siden hadde danske, svenske og finske godseiere andre maktmuligheter enn de norske. Samtidig avdekker våre funn at det å eie grunnen ofte ikke var hovedkilden til makt og rikdom i en by. Dynastier og eliter fant ressursene i sosiale nettverk og strategisk eierskap i næringer og kredittsystemer. Like viktig var det at byherrenes makt i Norden på flere måter var begrenset.

    Description: Ministers, deacons, catechists and cantors are among the church professionals laypeople meet in the context of worship, other church services, and congregational activities. These professionals are upholding a social mission, influencing church practices, setting the tone and developing programs and services within their congregations. What are the hallmarks of the different professions within the church? What insight should church professionals have into each other’s identities and areas of expertise to collaborate and participate in interdisciplinary teamwork? And how, in practical terms, should they be lead? Profession and Leadership in the Church of Norway: Organizing Work of a Church in Change provides sociological and administrative insights into general and contextual phenomena in the church professions. Relationships between professions, administration and organization in the Church of Norway are analyzed in light of empirical studies and an institutional theoretical framework. The author discusses how the professions derive appropriate ways of organizing their work. A key finding in the book is that church professions are characterized by calling, autonomy and complexity. These particular features make value-based leadership especially well-suited to the church professions. Part of the work on a new national church law includes addressing central questions about how the Church of Norway, with its extensive range of services and activities, should be led and organized. This book contributes to a broader base of knowledge about administration and the role of the church professions in this complex. Students must learn to write in new genres, and their teachers not only need to write but also help others develop their own writing. Even though writing is often essential for learning a discipline and developing a professional identity, these aspects are often overlooked in academic settings. A surprising number of us struggle with writing, and often do so alone. Writing touches upon deeply personal processes concerning who we are in the eyes of others and how we view ourselves. This book elucidates the creative and subjective sides of professional and academic writing, which are in fact quite similar to those of literary writing. In the interview material, students and researchers share their experiences of the difficulties and the joys of writing, as well as personal decisions they have made in the course of becoming creative writers in their fields. In the discussion, a conceptual repertoire is developed from the philosophy of education, theories of identity development and recognition, to transcend the common belief that writing is something we either can or cannot master.     Description: "This book addresses political conflicts in Norway through an extended time span, from the late autocracy of the 18th century until the democratic challenges of today. The book holds eight articles focusing on historical phases which have been particularly influenced by social and political mobilization. Thus, the book traces an oppositional tradition across borders in time and space. Although the articles are based on limited studies, the authors write with ambition to include their research into this wider context. In Norway, the Constitution of 1814 marks the shift from autocratic rule to early democracy. 18th century peasant riots may be interpreted as expressions of impotence of the common people, but also as an opportunity for action with the potential to influence the authorities. The 19th century peasant opposition shows the potential for change through parliamentary representation. Around 1850 the first attempts at worker’s organizations were criminalized – around 1950, however, the Labour Party dominated Norwegian politics. These trending lines reflect an increasingly developed democracy. The political system is in principle opening for broad popular participation. However, democracy is still being challenged by opposition in ways and by means that occasionally raise concerns about the stability of our political culture. The book is divided into three parts. Part I is dedicated to the age of late autocracy, part II provides insights into the 19th century democratization processes, while Part III includes articles dealing with opposition and confrontations in the last century, focusing the interwar period, the 1970s, and today's multicultural society.The book is aimed both at researchers, students and the general audience."

    Description: El libro parte de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica. En el contexto de pandemia y educación remota se buscó establecer el vínculo de la educación online y el rendimiento en estudiantes de ingeniería de la mencionada universidad. La población estuvo constituida por 247 estudiantes, con una muestra probabilística de 151 que llevaron por lo menos educación virtual un año. Se aplicó un cuestionario validado por juicio de expertos, la confiabilidad se determinó mediante la fórmula Alpha Cronbach, arrojando α = 0.888. El coeficiente Rho de Spearman fue 0.587, estableciendo una relación significativa entre las variables, se puede afirmar que mientras mejor sea la enseñanza en la modalidad online, mejor será el rendimiento en los estudiantes de ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica.

    Description: This book is the partial result of a research project called "Female electoral candidacies transformed into marketing products and fake news against female candidates: a comparative analysis between Brazil, Colombia and Mexico". The growing female participation in decision making in Latin America invites us to read with more patience and caution the phenomenon of the emergence of a type of feminization of politics. Two countries with trajectories marked by political scandals and corruption, such as Brazil and Mexico, show that if it was difficult for women to become protagonists as political subjects - note the feminist movements of the 70s, 80s and 90s and the recent achievements in terms of public policies for the protection of women - it is not very difficult to understand the difficulty that these women faced and still face to become protagonists in the political scenario of their countries, i.e. political actors. Therefore, this book reveals only some aspects of the political path that these women must face on a daily basis in order to gain access to spaces of power.

Dos países con trayectorias marcadas en escándalos y corrupciones políticas como lo son Brasil y México evidencian que si a las mujeres les fue dificultado el camino para su protagonismo como sujeta política, nótese los movimientos feministas de los años 70, 80 y 90 y las recientes conquistas en términos de políticas públicas de protección a las mujeres, no es muy difícil de comprender la dificultad que esas mujeres enfrentaron y enfrentan para tornarse protagonistas del escenario político de sus países, es decir, actoras políticas. Por lo tanto, este libro revela solamente algunos aspectos del camino político al que esas mujeres deben enfrentarse cotidianamente para acceder a los espacios de poder.

    Description: El libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano, cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación entre la narración de cuentos en aimara y la expresión oral de los estudiantes del 4º y 5º de la Institución Educativa Secundaria José Carlos Mariátegui, en Ilave, Puno, Perú. Fue un estudio descriptivo y analítico, con diseño descriptivo correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 436 estudiantes de la institución mencionada, se aplicó un muestreo no probabilístico de tipo intencional obteniendo una unidad de análisis de 204 estudiantes. Se ha identificado que la narración de cuentos en aimara tiene relación positiva con la concreción de la idea, la adecuación del tono de voz y la palabra exacta de los estudiantes del 4º y 5º grado, de la Institución Educativa Secundaria investigada. Se concluye que, la narración de cuentos en aimara tiene relación positiva con la expresión oral de los estudiantes de secundaria.

Además, se sustenta en una investigación etnográfica participativa “In situ” realizada por la ONG Centro de Desarrollo Andino Sisay, que ha acompañado a las víctimas en Ayacucho y Huancavelica. También, ofrece testimonios y casos emblemáticos que revelan el dolor y la resistencia de las mujeres y de algunos hombres que han sido sometidos a emasculaciones forzadas, sobre todo en comunidades vulnerables. Sin embargo, nos convoca a escuchar y dar voz a estas historias para evitar y erradicar estas prácticas en nuestro país. Por último, en la investigación se presenta el valor y la resiliencia de estas mujeres, que han levantado su voz y reclamada justicia en las comunidades más vulnerables. Asimismo, es la responsabilidad apoyarlas y respaldarlas en su búsqueda de manifestación colectiva en su dignidad y su modo de vida.

La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, descriptivo, de diseño correlacional, no experimental, la muestra la constituyen 17 funcionarios del municipio estudiado. Se identifico una mala gestión de acuerdo a los funcionarios con una vinculación regular o media con los ODS. Además, esta incidencia en el aspecto social la incidencia es en un nivel medio (64.7%), en el aspecto ambiental se observó la incidencia en un nivel bajo y medio (41.2%), en el aspecto económico (64.7%) en un nivel medio e institucional en un nivel bajo con (52.9%). Se concluye que la gestión municipal del distrito estudiado se relaciona directa y significativamente con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible en el año 2022.

    Description: This book is an adaptation of an investigation presented to the Universidad Nacional Hemilio Valdizán, whose objective was to study the behavior of roundabouts under demand conditions and to estimate the level of service experienced in the different accesses of Parque Ovalo Huancavelica, Junín (Peru). with the HCM 2010 (NCHRP) methodology. It was approached from a descriptive-explanatory methodology with a correlational design, with a non-probabilistic sample, selecting the intersections with high vehicular traffic in the city of the El Tambo district. The results indicate that there are sections with a higher vehicular density with a level of service "F" and sections that present a vehicular flow with a level of service "A", indicating a measure that increases the diameter inscribed in the roundabout, the delay decreases, the maneuvers usually turn left and make a U-turn, they are the most invasive movements and generate high delays.

    Description: El propósito del presente libro fue determinar los residuos sólidos que inciden en la contaminación ambiental en la localidad de Lircay, Huancavelica (Perú). El tipo de investigación es básica de nivel descriptivo del método científico con diseño descriptivo correlacional simple. Se tuvo como población a 24 927 habitantes del Lircay, obteniendo una muestra de 123 habitantes. Para el sustento de la parte teórica se consultó diferentes fuentes bibliográficas y para el trabajo de campo se aplicó el cuestionario a la muestra identificada, el instrumento fue validado oportunamente por juicio de expertos, a fin de efectivizar su aplicación correspondiente, donde cada pregunta fue realizada de acorde a las variables considerando sus dimensiones e indicadores. El resultado muestra que el nivel de incidencia es fuerte, es decir, el valor numérico 0,899 indica una incidencia alta entre las dos variables. Además, la incidencia es directa, porque el valor numérico mencionado tiene signo positivo; lo que demuestra que, los residuos sólidos aumentan, la contaminación también aumenta en proporción constante, con un nivel de significancia menor a 0,05 (0,001 〈0,05). Por lo tanto, al ser el p-valor significativo concluimos que existe incidencia entre las variables de estudio, se acepta la hipótesis alterna con un nivel de confianza del 95%. Como conclusión principal se ha determinado a través de la investigación que los residuos sólidos inciden en la contaminación ambiental de manera positiva y alta.

    Description: The purpose of this book is to incite a series of reflections on the subjective tensions and discourses of Law in a postmodern society where the act of existing advocates a liquidity between pragmatism supported by the values of consumption as an existential fetish that imprisons existence itself, and anyone who is outside this chain of consumption loses the very character of humanity - legitimized through the logic of consumption. In this moment of narcissism the subject is created - trapped in his own image constructed in front of others with the need to be appreciated and the object of consumption-fetish of his equals. Whoever cannot consume, whoever is outside the chain of consumption loses his status of "citizen"... citizenship contemplates those who are immersed in the game of consumption. This "fetish of capital" (Bautista, 2017) that produces an idolatry towards utopian values and sacrifices social coexistence itself in the name of an economic model, does not admit any other form of development and propitiates moral discourses where those who are absent from the policies of these discourses are marginalized. En este momento de narcisismo se crea el sujeto-atrapado en su propia imagen construida delante de los demás con la necesidad de ser apreciado y objeto de consumo-fetiche de sus iguales. Quien no puede consumir, quien está fuera de la cadena de consumo pierde su status de “ciudadano”… la ciudadanía contempla los que están inmersos en el juego del consumo. Ese “fetiche del capital” (Bautista, 2017) que produce una idolatría hacia valores utópicos y sacrifica la propia convivencia social en nombre de un modelo económico, no admite otra forma de desarrollo y propicia discursos morales donde los que están ausentes de las políticas de esos discursos son marginados. ¿Acaso el Derecho como disciplina regulatoria – en términos foucaultianos – es partícipe de esa lógica fetichista, una vez que esa disciplina normatiza (Foucault, 2012) las relaciones sociales?

    Description: The book was adapted from an investigation that was presented to the National University of the Altiplano (UNA). The objective was to determine the relationship between perceptions about the problem of environmental pollution and environmental attitudes in students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences (FCEDUC) of UNA Puno, Peru. The research method was the quantitative approach, the non-experimental type and the design was correlational. For this purpose, the population was made up of 778 students, with an intentional sample of 113 students. The data collection techniques were the evaluation technique and the Likert-type attitude test, the instruments being the test of perceptions of environmental pollution and the Likert scale of attitudes. The statistical design that was applied was the chi square (X2) for the hypothesis test. The results show that there is a significant relationship between the study variables of perceptions with attitudes about environmental problems according to the inferential statistics that was X2 = 62.534. It was concluded that the problem of environmental pollution is the task of all citizens to put into practice the care and preservation of the environment with attitudes that help not to contaminate nature.

El método de investigación fue el enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo no experimental y el diseño fue correlacional. Para tal efecto la población fue conformada por 778 estudiantes, con una muestra intencional de 113 estudiantes. Las técnicas de recolección de datos fueron la técnica de evaluación y test de actitudes de tipo Likert, siendo los instrumentos el test de percepciones de contaminación ambiental y la escala de actitudes de Likert. El diseño estadístico que se aplicó fue el chi cuadrado (X2) para la prueba de hipótesis. Los resultados demuestran que existe relación significativa entre las variables de estudio de percepciones con las actitudes sobre problemas ambientales de acuerdo con la estadística inferencial que fue X2 = 62,534. Se pudo concluir que la problemática de contaminación ambiental es tarea de todos los ciudadanos para poner en práctica el cuidado y preservación del medio ambiente con actitudes que ayuden a no contaminar la naturaleza.

    Description: This book is an adaptation of a research presented at the National University of the Altiplano (Peru), it aimed to determine the efficiency of the design of the Bioclimatized Rural Housing Module to improve thermal comfort in the High Andean area of ​​Puno. The study was of an experimental type and quasi-experimental design with two groups, whose research techniques were observation and laboratory testing. The study population was made up of the set of bioclimatized rural housing modules that can be built in the Puno region; the sample, for a typical rural house of the district of Pichacani, province and department of Puno and a model of the bioclimatized rural house module elaborated at 1:10 scale. As a result, it was obtained that the Bioclimatized Rural Housing Module designed with adobe from the area and passive solar strategy (greenhouse) is effective in improving the thermal comfort of environments in the high Andean area, improving the internal temperature by 37% compared to the outside temperature and 27% compared to the typical adobe house in the area, reaching a comfort relative humidity of 56% in accordance with ASHRAE STANDARD 55. It is expected that the VRB Module can become a construction alternative in the areas Highlands of Peru.

El estudio fue de tipo experimental y diseño cuasiexperimental con dos grupos, cuyas técnicas de investigación fueron la observación y el ensayo de laboratorio. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por el conjunto de módulos de vivienda rural bioclimatizado que se pueden construir en la región Puno; la muestra, por una vivienda rural típica del distrito de Pichacani, provincia y departamento de Puno y una maqueta del módulo de vivienda rural bioclimatizado elaborado a escala 1:10. Como resultado se obtuvo que el Módulo de Vivienda Rural Bioclimatizado diseñado con adobe de la zona y estrategia solar pasiva (invernadero) resulta eficaz para mejorar el confort térmico de los ambientes en la zona altoandina, mejorando la temperatura interna en un 37% respecto de la temperatura exterior y en un 27% respecto de la casa típica de adobe de la zona, alcanzando una Humedad relativa confort de 56% concordante con la norma ASHRAE ESTANDAR 55. Se espera que el Módulo VRB pueda constituirse en una alternativa de construcción en las zonas altoandinas de Perú.

The “puchka” is a spinning technique. This technique, in its execution and application, allows developing hand-eye coordination in children. The performance of certain exercises and fine psychomotor movements involve the eyes, hands, fingers and other aspects in certain manual eye coordination exercises that serve to initiate pre-writing and instruct in cognitive development, abilities, skills and others. The "puchka" is an ancient art that the ancient Peruvians have passed from generation to generation, allowing them to make beautiful cloaks and other pieces of fascinating cultural expression. The study is applied type and descriptive level. The result showed that, through the use of the "puchka" as a technique, manual eye development in children was improved, as stated in the main hypothesis of the project.     Description: Este libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad para el Desarrollo Andino (Huancavelica – Perú), cuyo objetivo fue describir la relación que se da entre la “puchka” como técnica y el desarrollo óculo manual en los niños pre escolares, demostrando como la “puchka” interviene en el desarrollo de ciertos ejercicios de coordinación óculo manual en la I.E.P de Inicial “Corazón de Jesús” -Lircay (Perú). La “puchka” es una técnica de hilado. Esta técnica, en su ejecución y aplicación, permite desarrollar la coordinación óculo-manual en los niños y niñas. La realización de ciertos ejercicios y movimientos psicomotoras finos, hacen que intervengan los ojos, manos, dedos y otros aspectos más en ciertos ejercicios de coordinación óculo manual que sirven para la iniciación de la pre escritura e instruir en el desarrollo cognitivo, habilidades, destrezas y otros. La “puchka” es un arte ancestral que los antiguos peruanos han pasado de generación en generación, permitiéndoles hacer hermosos mantos y otras piezas de fascinante expresión cultural. El estudio es de tipo aplicada y el nivel descriptivo. El resultado demostró que, mediante el uso de la “puchka” como técnica, se llegó a mejorar el desarrollo óculo manual en los niños, tal como lo plantea la hipótesis principal del proyecto. Los resultados pueden ser usados por los docentes de las Instituciones Educativas del nivel inicial en la realización de sus actividades relacionados con el desarrollo de la coordinación óculo manual, ya que favorecerá, además, el desarrollo de la escritura, de los trazos, moldeos, pintado, etc. Otro aspecto que deben tomar en cuenta es que ayuda a mejorar la atención preescolar, al ser una técnica más apropiada, ya que es parte de nuestro medio socio cultural.

    Description: El libro comprende una investigación cuyo objetivo fue determinar la concentración mínima inhibitoria in vitro del aceite esencial de Minthostachys mollis (muña) sobre el crecimiento de Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212. Fue un estudio de carácter cuantitativo, prospectivo, longitudinal y experimental. Se determinó la concentración mínima inhibitoria (CMI) a través de la técnica de diluciones en tubos y viabilidad por placas Petri; para lo cual se inició con la obtención del aceite esencial de la muña (Minthostachys mollis) mediante la técnica de arrastre de vapor de agua. Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron que hubo un ínfimo crecimiento de colonias bacterianas de Enterococcus faecalis al 50% y nulo crecimiento bacteriano al 60% de aceite esencial de muña, siendo correspondientes con los grados de turbidez obtenidos. De esta forma es posible concluir que la concentración mínima inhibitoria fue al 50% y la concentración mínima bactericida fue al 60%.

These questions have a bearing on the very core of Sámi politics: who should be allowed to choose representatives on behalf of the Sámi people? Second, Sámi civil society. How do organizations that represent Sámi persons and Sámi interests relate to the Sámi Parliament? Third, voter turnout. How do we explain non-voting in a system where, unlike those for other elections in Norway, one must actively register in advance to be able to vote? And what about the fact that voters in municipalities with fewer than 30 registered voters must vote in advance? Do these circumstances depress voter turnout? Fourth, the party-political landscape. What differentiates supporters of the different parties? Are there clear differences that make it easier for voters to identify the distinctions between the parties? Finally, elections and voter information. Where do voters find information about this election?     Description: Este libro comprende una investigación que buscó exponer los puntos centrales sobre la relación existente entre las competencias en digitales y la autorregulación en entornos de aprendizaje en línea. Para ello se adoptó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo. El estudio fue descriptivo y correlacional a fin de validar la hipótesis central de estudio. Participaron un total de 411 estudiantes de la Unidad de Estudios Generales de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú de la ciudad de Huancayo (Perú) que, en forma no aleatoria, respondieron a dos cuestionarios de preguntas. Se halló que la mayoría de estudiantes de la muestra total investigada presentan logro de las competencias digitales de nivel básico. También se estableció que la mayor proporción de estudiantes de la muestra total reflejan nivel alto de autorregulación en entornos de aprendizaje en línea. Se halló así una correlación directa y significativa de nivel alto (r = 0,60) entre las variables de estudio, en estudiantes del área formativa de arquitectura e ingeniería (r = 0,65), en estudiantes del área de ciencias administrativas, contables y económicas (r = 0,74), en los estudiantes del área formativa de ciencias sociales se halló correlación directa, significativa de nivel alto (r = 0,60). Solo se halló correlación directa, significativa de nivel moderado en los estudiantes del área formativa de ciencias agrarias y sedes (r= 0,47) y en los estudiantes del área formativa de ciencias de la salud (r = 0,56).

    Description: El libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano, cuyo objetivo fue evaluar la eficacia del programa Vaso de Leche en la provincia de Puno, Perú, desde la perspectiva de las beneficiarias, considerando a las mismas como unidad de análisis. La investigación es cuantitativa de alcance descriptivo, carácter explicativo y de tipo no experimental transversal. La técnica que se utilizó para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y como instrumento se aplicó el cuestionario, construido a partir del reglamento del propio programa. La población total considerada fue de 4309 beneficiarias y producto del muestreo aleatorio simple se encuestó a 353 beneficiarias. Se halló que el 57,51% de beneficiarias encuestadas indican que la filtración en el programa está bien, el 56,94% está a favor de la cobertura del programa; como también el 58,36% de las beneficiarias consideran que el programa es eficaz. Se concluyó que se requiere de un proceso de fiscalización continuo del Programa Social Vaso de Leche en la provincia de Puno, para que su eficacia se mantenga en los mismos niveles.

    Description: "The aim of this study was to investigate characteristics of situations when top referees in soccer make an incorrect decision. Two expert panels, consisting of four top referees and four top players respectively, assessed 98 potential penalty shootout situations in Tippeligaen (Norwegian Premier League). The situations in which all the expert panels considered that the match referee made an incorrect decision (N = 14) were then analyzed based on recommended technical refereeing criteria and guidelines, as the referee’s distance to, angle to and insight into these penalty situations. The results revealed that in 11 of these 14 situations the referee had a greater distance than recommended. Furthermore, both the angle and insight were only of medium or poor nature. This may indicate that the referee had limited basis when assessing these situations, and subsequently landed on a wrong decision. Findings also showed that referees were more likely to go in favor of high status teams. This will be a topic for discussion in this article, based on the theory of dealing with mistakes and social pressure."

    Description: The perception of the quality of nursing care in hospitalized people has been unknown over time in different parts of the world, but the appearance of this novel disease of COVID-19 caused the health system to be severely affected and criticized is For this reason, the study was carried out with the objective of determining the perception of the quality of nursing care in people hospitalized in the COVID-19 area of ​​the III Yanahuara hospital, Arequipa 2021. The research was quantitative and descriptive with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. ; the population consisted of 84 hospitalized people with a sample of 74; the type of sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience according to inclusion and exclusion criteria; the technique used was the survey and the Caring Assessment Instrument (Care-Q) questionnaire as an instrument, which has validity and reliability. For data processing, the statistical software program SPSS version 24 was used. The most important results on the perception of nursing quality reveal that 51.4% consider the quality of care to be good. Regarding the dimensions: "It is accessible", "It explains and facilitates" and "It monitors and follows up", 47.3%, 58.1% and 40.5% respectively, perceive it as good quality; on the contrary, in the dimensions "Comforts", "Anticipates" and "Maintains relationship of trust" 70.3%, 55.4% and 54.1% respectively indicate poor quality. La investigación fue cuantitativa de tipo descriptivo con diseño no experimental transversal; la población estuvo conformada por 84 personas hospitalizadas con una muestra de 74; el tipo de muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia según criterios de inclusión y exclusión; la técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario Caring Assessment Instrument (Care-Q) que cuenta con validez y confiabilidad. Para el procesamiento de datos se utilizó el software estadístico programa SPSS versión 24. Los resultados más importantes sobre la percepción de la calidad de enfermería revelan que un 51.4% considera como buena la calidad del cuidado. Respecto a las dimensiones: “Es accesible”, “Explica y facilita” y “Monitorea y hace seguimiento”, el 47.3%, 58.1% y 40.5% respectivamente, perciben como buena calidad; contrariamente, en las dimensiones “Conforta”, “Se anticipa” y “Mantiene relación de confianza” señalan mala calidad el 70.3%, 55.4% y 54.1% respectivamente. Se concluye que la mayoría de personas hospitalizadas perciben el cuidado de enfermería como buena calidad.

La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo, el método de investigación fue científico, diseño pretest y post test con un solo grupo, la técnica fue la observación experimental y el instrumento utilizado fue la ficha de registro de datos, la población se conformó por las aguas residuales del camal municipal de Huancavelica, la muestra se conformó por 2 litros de agua residual del mismo camal, en donde el muestreo fue muestreo no probabilístico (no aleatoria) de tipo intencional, según los resultados el tiempo de retención y la densidad de corriente en la cámara de electrocoagulación influyen significativamente en las características fisicoquímicas del agua residual, donde al incrementar la densidad de corriente y el tiempo en el proceso de electrocoagulación aumenta el porcentaje de remoción de contaminantes en más de 92.5 % respecto al parámetro DBO5. Y de acuerdo al parámetro pH se logró incrementar los H+ de acuerdo a los Límites Máximos Permisibles de ácido a neutro.

    Description: This book is an adaptation of a research presented to the Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac, which aimed to determine the relationship between municipal management and local development, from the perception of the residents of the district of San Pedro de Cachora (Peru), whose type of research corresponds to the basic study, non-experimental design and in particular to the correlational descriptive design. The study population consisted of 908 residents registered in the four communities in 2018, which make up the district of Cachora, in relation to the aforementioned population universe, a sample of 270 residents was taken, under the simple random sampling procedure. The instrument applied was the questionnaire and the technique used to collect information was the survey. The results reached were that 13.3% of the population perceive municipal management as very bad while 64.4% perceive it as bad. Likewise, 7% of the population perceives local development as very bad while 44.4% perceives it as bad, for which a favorable result was obtained in the general hypothesis, with a Spearman's Rho of 0.638, evidencing a medium to considerable positive relationship. in relation to the study variables and a p value = 0.000, so it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between municipal management and local development of the district of San Pedro de Cachora, 2021.

La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 908 pobladores empadronados en las cuatro comunidades año 2018, las cuales conforman el distrito de Cachora, en relación al universo poblacional antes mencionado, se tomó una muestra de 270 pobladores, bajo el procedimiento de muestreo aleatorio simple, el instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario y la técnica empleada para recolectar información fue la encuesta. Los resultados a los que se arribó fue que el 13.3% de la población percibe la gestión municipal como muy mala mientras que el 64.4% percibe como mala. Asimismo, el 7% de la población percibe como muy malo el desarrollo local mientras que el 44.4% lo percibe como malo, por lo que se obtuvo resultado favorable en la hipótesis general, con un Rho Spearman de 0,638 evidenciando una relación positiva media a considerable en relación a las variables de estudio y un valor p = 0,000 por lo que se concluye que existe relación significativa entre la gestión municipal y el desarrollo local del distrito de San Pedro de Cachora, 2021.

    Description: After the signing of the peace agreement between the government and the FARC guerrilla in 2016, Colombia must face new challenges posed by the post-conflict and peacebuilding. This initiative brought together professors and practitioners who have been working on the issues of conflict and peace from different perspectives. This book counted with the participation of academics and experienced professionals from different areas of knowledge such as law, political science, history and psychology for the approach from different perspectives of this transcendental topic for the country. One of the main challenges analyzed in this work is the need to rewrite the history of the conflict and include voices that have traditionally been absent. It proposes a change in the narratives of the Colombian armed conflict towards other revisionist and critical ones.

There is a broad consensus that civic engagement, which often involves participation in various forms of collective action, is a cornerstone of a well-functioning democracy. Civic engagement and participation in collective action have traditionally been linked to social movements and voluntary organizations. Collective action is, however, changing as a result of societal- level processes of change, such as digitalization, the emergence of social media, individualization and globalization. This book investigates how these social changes have affected the ways individuals participate in different forms of collective action. What consequences does digitalization have for civic engagement in Norway? Is the distinction between volunteering and political activism about being wiped out? Are new organizational forms arising as a result of digitalization and individualization? Has globalization led to new forms of transnational networks?     Description: El libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional San Antonio Abad del Cusco, cuyo objetivo fue determinar si la rotación de personal es un factor de eficiencia y el gasto público en la Municipalidad Distrital de Echarati, Cusco (Perú). Para tal efecto se siguió un enfoque cuantitativo; con alcance es descriptivo – analítico, de diseño no experimental. La muestra que se empleó es censal considerando a todo el personal considerado en los informes de transparencia: 115 para el periodo diciembre 2018 y 90 para el periodo enero 2019. La técnica aplicada para la investigación fue la recopilación de datos a través del MEF y como instrumento se utilizó la ficha de recolección de datos. Se determinó que existe un grado de influencia de la rotación de personal en la eficiencia y el gasto público de la municipalidad analizada, por lo que se puede considerar un factor de eficiencia. Por otra parte, la rotación de personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Echarati durante el periodo 2018 – 2019, es elevada, ocasionando un gasto público de 23,38 ± 8,8 % en el primer semestre del año 2018 y a un promedio de 15,07 ± 10,89 % para el año 2019.

    Description: "From an international standpoint, the docent position in Norway is unique, insomuch as it is a top academic position equivalent to a professorship. This book combines a thorough examination of the docent’s role and place within the higher educational system with a presentation of a development project to move associate professors up the career ladder to the docent level at the University of Agder (UiA). The first part of the book looks at the Norwegian docent in historical, current and R&D theoretical perspectives. In the second part, six docents relate their own paths to qualification for the position. Part 3 presents the rationale behind the UiA project and how it was executed and subsequently evaluated. O sea, tratar de encontrar un puente que una a la escuela con la comunidad y viceversa. Resaltamos dentro de las propuestas, una educación de carácter productivo; una educación orientada al trabajo. La educación no es la simple transmisión de conocimientos o mera adaptación funcionalista a una sociedad establecida; es la formación del ser entero a una conciencia lúcida y activa, es cultura liberadora tratando de generar hombres nuevos, responsables y solidarlos. Y, para lograr estos objetivos, es necesario detenernos a pensar, en factores sumamente importantes como, la problemática de la formación de maestros; o el tema de la vocación docente. Estas reflexiones intentan responder a las interrogantes que orientan nuestro quehacer educativo con la intención de mejorar.     Description: This anthology deals with co-singing (Norwegian: samsang) in different life stages and various settings in a Scandinavian context. Co-singing forms an essential part of our shared cultural heritage. Co-singing involves all forms of singing-activities in which people coexist, and characterizes in various ways human companionship throughout the course of life, from cradle to grave. From a critical analytical perspective, the research in this anthology sheds light on several themes related to the importance and value of co-singing practice in terms of sensemaking and experiencing coherence in life. This involves musical, physical, psychological, emotional, cognitive, ethical, cultural, and social factors. The research project examines for instance the position of singing activities in Norwegian kindergartens and schools, co-singing and health-related topics, co-singing from a gender perspective, co-singing from a multicultural perspective, co-singing activities in light of motivation and coping, and also low-threshold, flexible daily life singing activities for persons with dementia and their relatives. Choir singing in various life stages, from childhood to age of retirement, are also explored in several chapters. With its broadly arranged and pluralistic approach, this anthology provides a multi-faceted contribution to the development of knowledge in the research field of music associated with the power and legitimacy of co-singing at the individual, group, and societal levels.     Description: El libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, que buscó explicar la relación relaciona la política pública local del Sistema de Focalización de Hogares (SISFOH) en la implementación de esta en las Unidades Locales de Empadronamiento en la Región Junín (Perú). Se siguió un enfoque cuantitativo, tomando como unidad de análisis a todas las ULE de la Región (55 responsables). Los resultados muestran que, al 95% de confianza estadística existe una relación significativa entre la política pública local y la implementación del Sistema de Focalización de Hogares a través de la Unidad Local de Empadronamiento. Concluyendo que la política pública del SISFOH se vincula en la implementación de las ULE en los aspectos de recursos humanos, presupuestales y tecnológicos, gestión municipal, autoridades municipales.

    Description: Este libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán, cuyo objetivo fue demostrar la influencia del uso del software GeoGebra en el aprendizaje de funciones cuadráticas en los estudiantes de educación superior universitaria. Fue un estudio cuasi experimental con un grupo, cuantitativo, longitudinal y analítico con una población 54 estudiantes matriculados, a quienes se les aplicó cuestionarios previamente validados y confiables según juicio de un experto. El análisis inferencial fue mediante prueba paramétrica de T student para dos muestras emparejadas, previa prueba de normalidad Kolmogorov-Smirnov para p ± 0.05, apoyados en el programa SPSS Versión 23. Se comprobó el efecto positivo del Software GeoGebra en el aprendizaje conceptual, procedimental de las funciones reales en el grupo de estudio, comparando antes y después de su aplicación, donde se evidenció el aprendizaje mediante el análisis inferencial. Se concluyó que es positivo continuar con el uso de dicho software matemático en la enseñanza- aprendizaje de los cursos de matemática.

    Description: Hans Nielsen Hauge established and led at the end of the 18th century Norway's first nationwide popular movement, a low church network that would leave its mark on everyday life, business development and politics in the transition from absolute monarchy to representational government. People called themselves Haugians long after Hauge's death in 1824. It was a spiritual awakening on a scale that deserves considerable room when we write the history of modern Norway. This book provides a new perspective on the roots of the Hauge movement in the religious mentality of the 18th century, on how it functioned in its most radical phase up to 1814, and on the importance of the network for economic modernization and political mobilization in the subsequent decades. Retrospective interpretations of Hauge's complex endeavor are also explored. In sum, the nine chapters provide a broader understanding of the Hauge movement and the era in which it flourished. We hope that the book also sheds light on the state of Norway's people, government and religiosity today, over 250 years after Hauge's birth. The book has been edited by research fellow Eli Morken Farstad and associate professor Kristian Holen Nymark, both historians at the University of South-Eastern Norway.

En slik vekkelse må få stor plass når vi skriver historien om det moderne Norge. Denne boka gir nye perspektiv på Hauge-bevegelsens røtter i 1700-tallets religiøse mentalitet, på hvordan vekkelsen virket i sin mest radikale fase fram mot 1814, og på nettverkets betydning for økonomisk modernisering og politisk mobilisering framover i hundreåret. Ettertidens fortolkning av Hauges mangslungne virksomhet blir også lagt under lupen. I sum gir de ni kapitlene en bredere forståelse av Hauge-bevegelsen og tiden den virket i. Vi håper at boka også kan kaste lys over folk, stat og religiøsitet i dag, over 250 år etter Hauges fødsel. Boka er redigert av stipendiat Eli Morken Farstad og førsteamanuensis Kristian Holen Nymark, begge historikere ved Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge.

    Description: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of ozonated Aloe Vera gel on the growth inhibition of Enterococcus faecalis according to application time. It was quasi-experimental, longitudinal and applicative. In a first instance, the Aloe Vera gel was collected. Once obtained, it was subjected to ozonation, for which the ozonation patterns of the water are taken. It was then applied to Enterococcus faecalis samples by means of diffusion disks and applied directly. The results were not very encouraging, showing inhibition halos no larger than 10 mm and 0 mm in diameter in several cases. For this reason, Aloe Vera gel was diluted in 70° alcohol and chloroform, obtaining better results. The sample consisted of Petri dishes incubated with Enterococcus faecalis, at a rate of 35 Petri dishes for each study group and application time. The gel was applied to the samples by diffusion of filter discs and by direct application. After several tests, the ozonated gel at 24 hours showed the best results with inhibition halos of 40-45 mm. In conclusion, the Ozonized Aloe Vera gel is a product that demonstrated a high effectiveness when applied on Enterococcus faecalis to extract its greatest properties, it is necessary to dilute them in 70° alcohol and chloroform, so it presents a high level on the bacteria.

    Description: Este estudio tuvo por objetivo evaluar la efectividad del gel de Aloe Vera ozonizado sobre la inhibición del crecimiento de Enterococcus faecalis según tiempo de aplicación. Fue de tipo cuasi-experimental, longitudinal y aplicativo. En una primera instancia se procedió a la recolección del gel de Aloe Vera. Una vez obtenido fue sometido a ozonización, para lo cual se toman los patrones de ozonización del agua. Luego fue aplicado sobre las muestras de Enterococcus faecalis mediante discos de difusión y aplicado de manera directa, los resultados no fueron muy alentadores mostrando halos de inhibición no mayores a 10 mm y 0 mm de diámetro en varios casos. Por este motivo el gel de Aloe Vera fue diluido en alcohol de 70° y cloroformo obteniendo mejores resultados. La muestra estuvo constituida por placas Petri incubadas con Enterococcus faecalis, a razón de 35 placas Petri por cada grupo de estudio y tiempo de aplicación. Se aplicó el gel sobre las muestras mediante difusión de discos de filtro y por aplicación directa, tras varias pruebas el gel ozonizado a 24 horas mostró los mejores resultados con halos de inhibición de 40-45 mm. En conclusión, el gel de Aloe Vera Ozonizado es un producto que demostró una efectividad alta al ser aplicado sobre Enterococcus faecalis para lograr extraer sus mayores propiedades es necesario diluirlos en alcohol de 70° y cloroformo, por lo que presenta un nivel alto sobre la bacteria.

This anthology is based on research carried out by members of the multidisciplinary research group Art and Young People at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Agder in Kristiansand.     Description: Este libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, cuyo objetivo fue determinar en qué medida la responsabilidad social de dicha universidad contribuye con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible en la región Junín, Perú. Se empleó un enfoque mixto, de diseño no experimental, de tipo básico, de alcance descriptivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 80 stakeholders internos y externos de la universidad, se empleó un instrumento validado por expertos. La contrastación de hipótesis se realizó con la prueba Gamma de Goodman. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la dimensión inclusión social contribuirá en un nivel alto con 66 puntos en los ODS, en protección al medio ambiente con 60 puntos, en crecimiento económico con 67 puntos, en la paz con 63 puntos y en participación social con 63 puntos. Se concluye que la responsabilidad social de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú contribuye significativamente con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible en la región Junín, de acuerdo a la evidencia empírica con 63 puntos que hace que la contribución sea alta.

    Description: "How do you really become a skilled teacher? And what role should guidance play in the education of tomorrow's teachers? This theme is explored through a study of experienced practitioners' formalized counseling conversations with teacher students. The most important questions in the book are about how the practice teacher and teacher conduct conversations. Concretely, the question is: What is the content of the counseling interviews? How are the teacher students evaluated? How is the consequences of the counseling discussions understood? The guide being examined contains a step by step pedagogy. First, the teacher's student must learn to control, master and reflect on the social space both the classroom and the counseling conversation are. This is described as an overall moral and regulatory discourse. This discourse forms the basis for the teacher's next step - which is the actual teaching. The teacher's student must therefore master two discourses - one regulatory discourse and one teaching discourse - in order to become a skilled teacher. In addition, he or she must adapt to the regulatory discourse in the counseling conversation. The latter discourse represents in this book an initiation ritual for the teaching profession. This ritual gives the practice teacher control over the dedication, while limiting the room for maneuver in the counseling conversation. "
    Description: "Hvordan blir man egentlig en dyktig lærer? Og hvilken rolle skal veiledning spille i utdanningen av morgendagens lærere? Denne tematikken utforskes gjennom en studie av erfarne praksislæreres formaliserte veiledningssamtaler med lærerstudenter. De viktigste spørsmålene i boka handler om hvordan praksislærer og lærerstudenter gjennomfører veiledningssamtalene. Helt konkret spørres det: Hva er innholdet i veiledningssamtalene? Hvordan vurderes lærerstudentene? Hvordan forstås konsekvensene av veiledningssamtalene? Veiledningen som undersøkes, inneholder en trinnvis pedagogikk. Først må lærerstudenten lære seg å kontrollere, beherske og reflektere over det sosiale rommet både klasserommet og veiledningssamtalen er. Dette beskrives som en overordnet moralsk og regulerende diskurs. Denne diskursen danner grunnlaget for lærerstudentens neste trinn – som er selve undervisningen. Lærerstudenten må altså beherske to diskurser – én regulerende diskurs og én undervisningsdiskurs – for å bli en dyktig lærer. I tillegg må han eller hun tilpasse seg den regulerende diskursen i veiledningssamtalen. Den sistnevnte diskursen representerer i denne boka et innvielsesritual til læreryrket. Dette ritualet gir praksislæreren kontroll over innvielsen, samtidig som det begrenser handlingsrommet i veiledningssamtalen."

    Description: The book is an adaptation of an investigation presented to the César Vallejo University, whose objective was to analyze the achievements and difficulties in the implementation of the School Management Commitments (CGE) in virtuality. The study had a qualitative approach, phenomenological design. The managers of public educational institutions in Lima (Peru) were taken as the unit of analysis, the research was approached from phenomenology, using semi-structured interviews. The results found allowed to demonstrate a collaborative work in said institutions and by commissions; schedule compliance; workday; feedback to students; strategic alliances with Health Centers; monitoring through unannounced visits to strengthen pedagogical practice. On the other hand, the difficulties encountered were the problems of scarce technological resources, low signal and lack of internet for the use of schoolchildren; transfer of students from private schools; Constant changes of educational institution. It was concluded that in order to comply with the CGE, the participation of the entire educational community must be available, directly involving the directors to provide pedagogical support and monitoring of the teachers.

Se tomó como unidad de análisis a los directivos de instituciones educativas públicas en Lima (Perú), la investigación fue abordada desde la fenomenología, empleando entrevistas semiestructuradas. Los resultados encontrados permitieron evidenciar un trabajo colaborativo en dichas instituciones y por comisiones; cumplimiento de calendarización; jornada laboral; feedback a estudiantes; alianzas estratégicas con Centros de Salud; monitoreo mediante visitas inopinadas para fortalecer la práctica pedagógica. Por otro lado, las dificultades encontradas fueron los problemas de escasos recursos tecnológicos, baja señal y falta de internet para el uso de los escolares; traslado de estudiantes de colegios particulares; constantes cambios de institución educativa. Se concluyó que para el cumplimiento de los CGE se debe contar con la participación de toda la comunidad educativa, involucrando directamente a los directivos para hacer acompañamiento pedagógico y monitoreo a los docentes.

    Description: Uncertainty at many levels in classical singers’ career trajectories and professional practice is a fulcrum in this book. Produced through life history interviews with 14 professional Scandinavian singers, born between 1945 and 1978, the study follows the participants’ experiences of possibilities and limitations of action through their life course. It obtains some of the prerequisites that underpin the practical knowledge of the singer considering the cultural traditions of classical singing and the hierarchical field of music the singers aim for and act within. The overarching theoretical framework is founded in Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of practice, but the study has an interdisciplinary approach. Here, the pluralistic life course perspective forms the basis for understanding processes and changes over time. The study shows how singers’ choices and strategies, reflections, opinions and preferences, can be understood in relation to their backgrounds, and their social positions in the classical music field where music is the interconnecting element. A comprehensive feature of the research material is how uncertainties are expressed as assessments as an answer to the uncertainty that characterizes singers as well as singing education, singing performance and the singing profession. This dominant practice of assessment is interpreted as a circular phenomenon, where the assessment culture becomes a consequence of uncertainty, while increasing uncertainty.

Med utgangspunkt i livshistorieintervju med 14 profesjonelle skandinaviske sangere født mellom 1945 og 1978, søker denne studien en mer nyansert og helhetlig forståelse av denne kunstnergruppens mulighetsbetingelser. I boka ser forfatteren nærmere på sangernes oppvekstår, studietid og yrkesliv, samt overgangen mellom disse. I denne sammenheng gjøres usikkerhet til et omdreiningspunkt. Det pluralistiske livsløpsperspektivet utgjør grunnlaget for forståelsen av prosesser og endring over tid. Det konkurransepregede og uforutsigbare arbeidsmarkedet som omgir sangerne medfører høy grad av risiko og usikkerhet. Boka belyser hvordan sangere legitimerer eget yrke og hvordan handlinger, valg, strategier, refleksjoner, meninger og preferanser kan forstås i relasjon til deres bakgrunn og til posisjoner i det klassiske musikkfeltet der musikken er det bindende element. Et gjennomgående trekk i forskningsmaterialet er hvordan usikkerhet kommer til uttrykk som vurderinger.     Description: Press, Profession and Politics is a festschrift in honor of Paul Bjerke, who celebrated his 70th birthday on 2 October 2022. Bjerke has had a far-reaching career in journalism, research and as a social commentator. This festschrift consists of research articles, professional literature, and congratulatory texts from colleagues and collaborators in the media and academic communities. The anthology includes new analyses of various aspects of professional journalistic practice and reflections on the realities of journalism today. Three key concepts are central to an understanding of Paul Bjerke’s research work: press, profession and politics. These concepts comprise the title of the festschrift and are also used to structure its content, with the goal in mind of providing insight into some of the work Bjerke has contributed, as well as linking the texts in this anthology to his research activities. In addition, we gain insight into his many years as a journalist, news editor, and finally, the editor of Klassekampen. This book will be of interest to media researchers and researchers in other disciplines concerned with the function of the media in society, as well as students and practitioners.

Coordination is central to creating integrated services for users with complex needs. In order to understand the challenges and opportunities associated with creating such services, one needs knowledge related to organizations and the organizational context. The users’ need for services often cross established boundaries, both organizational and professional.     Description: "I TIMSS Advanced, en studie av elevers kunnskaper i det siste året i videregående skole, var de norske elevenes kompetanse i fysikk helt i verdenstoppen i 1995, noe som ble lagt merke til både nasjonalt og internasjonalt. Siden den gang har det vært en dramatisk nedgang i de norske elevenes prestasjoner. I TIMSS Advanced 2015 målte vi en tilbakegang i elevenes kunnskapesnivå i fysikk på trekvart standardavvik fra 1995. Det er en større nedgang enn vi i Norge har målt i noe annet fag i noen andre internasjonale studier, på noe nivå i skolen. Norge har deltatt i TIMSS Advanced i videregående skole og i TIMSS i grunnskolen jevnlig siden 1995. Vi har derfor en stor databank som gir oss muligheter til å studere og analysere utviklingen i Norge fra 1995 fra mange ulike synsvinkler og perspektiver. Mange av de utfordringene vi står overfor i dag, blant annet når det gjelder miljøet, kan kun løses gjennom forskning og kunnskapsutvikling innen fysikk og andre realfag. Vi trenger å utdanne folk med gode kunnskaper på dette området. At de norske elevenes fysikkprestasjoner har sunket dramatisk fra 1995 til 2015, er derfor bekymringsfullt. I boka tar vi opp og drøfter mange ulike sider for hvordan vi kan bedre de norsk elevenes kunnskaper i fysikk. Et viktig moment er at vi mener Norge har gode muligheter til å bedre undervisningen i fysikk og andre realfag. Vi greide å heve lesenivået blant norske elever gjennom systematisk samarbeid over tid med alle involverte aktører. Vi kan gjøre et tilsvarende løft for realfagene. Det vil være til det beste både for den enkelte elev og for samfunnet som helhet."

    Description: The book is an adaptation of an investigation presented to the Universidad Andina Néstor Cáceres Velásquez that sought to analyze the formative expectations that motivate interest in learning English, comparing the different professional schools of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano Puno. The study was cross-sectional-descriptive, considering all the students of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano (18,941) as the population, applying a probabilistic sampling, obtaining a sample of 377 students from the different professional schools who have taken English courses. inside or outside the university. An adapted intrinsic and extrinsic motivation questionnaire of 15 items was elaborated, for the variable, the formative expectations of motivation of interest. After the hypothesis test, it was concluded that the training expectations that motivate interest in learning English, compared between the different professional schools, are regular.

    Description: "The health sector is a complex and dynamic conglomerate of services at local, regional and national levels. How to balance different considerations between new medical-professional knowledge, controlling expenses and local interests are among the permanent challenges facing political bodies when planning and structuring the services. The book is based upon institutionalist organisation theories, referring back to classic texts as well as present-day analyses. By taking a long-term perspective, and analysing one Norwegian county as a case study, the author addresses questions about how conflicts on hospital structure seemingly have been solved, and how the introduction of new management forms have changed the sector. One of the issues is how, in a 40 years’ perspective, different interest groups have seen their influence over health services and management forms have changed. In contrast to hypotheses that medical doctors would see their influence becoming reduced, the analyses show how medical actors, in an alliance with management consultants, have become more influential when innovations in health work and eventually organisation models are introduced. Regional political bodies and local community interests have lost much of their former role in restructuring processes. At the end of the book, the author makes some hypotheses about how health services will develop in the interface between ideas of a centralised, modern, high tech hospital model on one hand, and local and home based services on the other. These developments will in a nearby future most likely restructure the health sector once more. "

Organisasjons-, styrings- og ledelsesformer påvirker forholdet mellom disse hensynene, som ofte trekker tjenestene i ulike retninger. Et av de mest kontroversielle spørsmålene er hvilken sykehusstruktur som er mest hensiktsmessig. De siste årene har en på ny opplevd at protestene mot sentralisering av sykehussektoren er blitt sterkere. I debatten er det igjen blitt søkelys på de helsepolitiske spill og strategier som kjennetegner sektoren. Samtidig påvirkes tjenestene hele tiden av medisinsk-teknologiske innovasjoner, nye økonomistyringssystemer og innføring av «moderne» styrings- og ledelsesformer. I denne boken diskuteres hvordan en i Østfold håndterte utfordringene knyttet til sykehusstruktur, og hvordan det er skapt tilsynelatende ro om dette tidligere så betente spørsmålet. Forfatteren analyserer først de strategiene som førte til at sykehusdriften i fylket ble sentralisert og et nytt «supersykehus» på Kalnes ble bygget. Deretter blir noen kjennetegn ved organisasjons- og ledelsesformer i det nye sykehuset drøftet. Avslutningsvis diskuteres de underliggende utviklingstendenser som kan peke mot fremtidens sykehustjenester innenfor et mer helhetlig «helsesystem», som også omfatter lokale helsetjenester.     Description: El libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Peruana Los Andes, cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación que existe entre las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación y el rendimiento académico de estudiantes del V semestre del Instituto Superior Tecnológico “Mario Gutiérrez López” Orcotuna - Junín, Perú. El estudio fue descriptivo, hermenéutico y se aplicó el método hipotético deductivo. Se recurrió a un diseño correlacional, la población se conformó por 471 estudiantes, donde se obtuvo una muestra de 106 estudiantes del V semestre. Se aplicó la técnica la encuesta y el análisis documental para la medición de variables. Se determinó una relación moderada entre las TICs y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes del V semestre del Instituto Superior Tecnológico “Mario Gutiérrez López” de Orcotuna (0,000 〈 0,05).

    Description: This book is an adaptation of a research presented at the Hermilio Valdizán National University, whose general objective was to determine the relationship between integrated solid waste management and sustainable development. It was developed through basic research, with a quantitative approach, within a non-experimental cross-sectional and correlational-level design. The population under study was the entire city of Abancay (Perú), which according to the 2017 census is 72,277 inhabitants, based on these data a non-probabilistic sampling was carried out, determining a sample of 246 inhabitants. To obtain the data, two questionnaires were prepared, one for each variable. The data was processed using non-inferential and inferential statistical processes. To test the hypotheses, the chosen test was Kendall's Tau_b correlation coefficient, the inferential results allowed us to conclude that as municipal solid waste management is more appropriate, sustainable development will be better in the city. Because the p value (.000) 〈 α=.05. The Tau_b coefficient = .638 determines that the degree of relationship between the variables is moderate.

Fue desarrollado a través de una investigación básica, con enfoque cuantitativo, dentro de un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y de nivel correlacional. La población en estudio fue toda la ciudad de Abancay (Perú), que de acuerdo al censo del 2017 es de 72 277 habitantes, a partir de esos datos se realizó un muestreo no probabilístico determinando una muestra de 246 habitantes. Para la obtención de los datos se elaboró dos cuestionarios, uno para cada variable. Los datos fueron procesados mediante procesos estadísticos no inferenciales e inferenciales. Para la contrastación de las hipótesis la prueba elegida fue el coeficiente de correlación Tau_b de Kendall, los resultados inferenciales permitieron llegar a la conclusión que a medida que el manejo de residuos sólidos municipales sea más adecuado, el desarrollo sostenible será mejor en la ciudad. Debido a que el p valor (,000) 〈 α=,05. El coeficiente Tau_b = ,638 determina que el grado de relación entre las variables es moderado.

    Description: This book is an adaptation of a research presented at the Micaela Bastidas National University of Apurímac (Peru), whose objective was to determine the level of leadership of the municipal administration for the period 2018-2020, from the perspective of the citizens and servants of the municipality of Abancay (Peru). The findings of this study were based on a basic descriptive level research, within a non-experimental cross-sectional design, considering that objective results were sought, the approach was quantitative, for this purpose an appropriate questionnaire was developed for the public servant and another for the citizen that contains items for the dimensions of citizen security, public cleaning, execution of public works, and taxation system. These instruments were administered to a sample of 172 public servants between appointed and contracted, and 245 citizens, it being important to point out that the determination of the sample size was stratified probabilistic. For the contrasting of the hypothesis for being a comparative study with ordinal data, it was through the Mann Whitney U test whose inferential results allowed us to conclude that from the perspective of the citizen in 88% with respect to the leadership of the municipal management who point out that the leadership is not adequate, while public servants indicate that it is almost always or always adequate (53.9% and 23.26% respectively). The inferential analysis allows us to affirm that there is a significant difference between the perceptions of both groups.

    Description: Este libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada en la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac (Perú), cuyo objetivo fue determinar el nivel de liderazgo de la gestión edil periodo 2018-2020, desde la perspectiva de los ciudadanos y servidores de la municipalidad de Abancay (Perú). Los hallazgos de este estudio se basaron, en una investigación básica de nivel descriptivo, dentro de un diseño no experimental transversal, considerando que se buscó obtener resultados objetivos, el enfoque fue cuantitativo, para este fin se elaboró un cuestionario apropiado para el servidor público y otro para el ciudadano que contienen ítem para las dimensiones de seguridad ciudadana, limpieza pública ejecución de obras públicas, y sistema de tributación. Estos instrumentos fueron administrados a una muestra de 172 servidores públicos entre nombrados y contratados, y 245 ciudadanos, siendo importante señalar que la determinación del tamaño de la muestra fue probabilístico estratificado. Para la contrastación de la hipótesis por ser un estudio comparativo con datos ordinales fue a través de la prueba U de Mann Whitney cuyos resultados inferenciales permitieron concluir que desde la perspectiva del ciudadano en un 88% respecto al liderazgo de la gestión edil quienes señalan que el liderazgo no es adecuado, mientras que los servidores públicos señalan que si es casi siempre o siempre adecuado (53,9% y 23,26% respectivamente). El análisis inferencial permite afirmar que existe una diferencia significativa entre las percepciones de ambos grupos.
