Description: Title in English: Methodological publication of work with inclusive classroom with the focus on pupils with physical disability: Methodical Manual Publication is one of the outputs of the project Quality Inclusive Education of Pupils with Special Education Needs at elementary and secondary school. This text focuses on teaching pupils with physical disabilities in an inclusive classroom. The text is divided into three chapters, the first one defines theoretical background. Described is physical disability with an emphasis on cerebral palsy together with the specifics of the target group of pupils. Part of the chapter also defines special pedagogical diagnostics. It depicts the development of the learning competences, the teaching strategies and learning skills.

Description: Title in English: Educational assessment and diagnostic assessment: Textbook The textbook introduces students to diagnostic assessment and the theory of educational assessment. Students get acquainted with the basic methods and tools of educational assessment, learn about the process of diagnostic activities and the importance of cooperation with experts during diagnostic activities in practice. The study text is supplemented by practical examples and links to further resources that can help students understand teachers' diagnostic work.

Description: Title in English: Inclusive Didactics in Elementary School Practice: Theory, Research and Practice The aim of the methodological book is to depict the education of the children with partial function deficits in preschool age and to introduce the specifics of education of the pupils with specific learning difficulties and cognitive disability. The main focus is devoted to a role of the teachers in the inclusive education in terms of the concept of the intervention of the pupils with special needs. The research includes an analysis and an interpretation of the questionnaire SDQ Cze which was administered at the beginning and the end of the school year at the examined inclusive classrooms and the controlled classrooms of the participating schools.

Description: Publikace zkoumá integraci migrantů z lokální perspektivy čtyř zemí, z nichž každá nabízí jinou zkušenost. Cílem je pochopit specifický kontext jednotlivých zemí a najít příležitosti ke vzájemnému učení a sdílení osvědčených postupů. Zda a jak rychle migranti přijmou novou zemi za svou, totiž nezáleží pouze na nich. Proces začleňování do velké míry ovlivňuje i situace, ve které se nacházejí, tedy například to, jaký je jejich pobytový status, pracovní uplatnění atd. Stejně tak ho ovšem ovlivňuje i jejich bezprostřední okolí, pochopení integračních procesů místními úřady a otevřenost či uzavřenost přijímající společnosti. I přes velké množství strukturálních rozdílů mezi jednotlivými členskými zeměmi EU však místní úřady (i migranti) často čelí podobným výzvám. To otevírá prostor pro spolupráci v rámci jednotlivých států i mezi nimi. Samozřejmě ne všechny dobré podněty a slibné praxe jsou přenositelné, ale pochopení přístupu a zkušeností jiných aktérů může být inspirativní a často pomůže dosáhnout potřebné změny.

Description: İstanbul Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’ne bağlı Engellilik Araştırmaları Bilim Dalının ikinci yayını olan Engellilik Araştırmaları Yazıları kitabında engellilik konusunda çalışan farklı disiplinlerden araştırmacıların çalışmaları yer alıyor. Bu çalışmalar, “3 Aralık Dünya Engelliler Günü” kapsamında 2019 ve 2020 yıllarında gerçekleştirilen iki ayrı “Dünya Engelliler Günü Paneli”nde yapılan konuşmalardan, 3-4 Aralık 2021 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilen “Türkiye’de Engelli Haklarında Güncel Durum” temalı “Dünya Engelliler Günü Sempozyumu”nda sunulan bildirilerden ve yazar olarak davet edilen araştırmacıların eserlerinden oluşmaktadır. Engellilik Araştırmaları engelli kişilerin sosyal hayata dâhil olmalarında ortaya çıkan sorunları in san hakları bağlamında ele alan bir bilim dalıdır. Fiziksel (mimarî) mekânlara, bilgi teknolojilerine ve ulaşıma erişimi kısıtlı olan engelli bireyin diğer kişilerle eşit koşullarda sağlık ve eğitim hizmetlerinden yararlanabilmesi, istihdama katılabilmesi, sosyal ve politik hayatta varlık gösterebilmesi mümkün olmaz. Engelli birey ve ailesinin psikososyal açıdan desteklenmesi ve toplumdaki ayrımcı, dışlayıcı tutumlara karşı güçlendirilmesi gerekir. Bu kitapta, kamu yönetiminden bilgi teknolojilerine ve ulaşım hizmetlerine erişime, ailelerin psiko-sosyal destek ihtiyaçlarından mimarî alanların erişilebilirliğine, sosyal dışlanmaya neden olan engellilik algısından COVID-19 pandemi sürecinde engelli bireylerin yaşadıkları sorunlara değinen araştırmaları içeren altı ayrı kısım altında 24 bölüm yer alıyor. Choral singing, recitation and accompanying playing rhythmic instruments, or movement and dance contribute to the removal of barriers and shyness between pupils with SLD and intact pupils, strengthening the overall cooperation between pupils, developing speech skills and language skills, communication in a foreign language, strengthening the socio-emotional competencies of pupils in both groups through aesthetic and emotional experiences from joint activities. The manual is divided into a theoretical part and an appendix, which contains methodological and practical sheets.

Description: Title in English: Stimulation techniques and intervention in education of individuals with physical impairment Limited and disordered movement or ability to move has an impact on the educational process and vocational training of the people with physical disability. Together with the inclusive trends in the society it is necessary to create resources which enable to teachers, assistants and leisure time teachers to work with people with physical disability. The base of presented e-book is aimed on the support including the educational process and the aim is to summarise and present possible intervention and compensation. The studying text should make the orientation in the presented field easier and provide support to students and special needs teachers and to other specialists to solve the problems in the sphere of support of people with physical disability.

Description: Uzun yıllardır uygulanan liberal-kapitalist yönetişim modeli, bireyselleşmeyi ve piyasayı egemen kılıp, özel sektörü büyüterek, devleti ve hizmetlerini sınırlandırarak varlığını bugüne kadar sürdürdü. Ancak COVID-19 krizi ile birlikte bu ekonomik sistemin nasıl bir sonuç doğurduğuna hep birlikte şahit olduk. Dünyanın en büyük ekonomilerine sahip ülkelerin salgınla mücadelede ihtiyaç duyulan en temel koruma malzemelerini sağlamakta aciz duruma düşmesi, hastaları seçerek tedaviye almaları ve diğerlerini ölüme terk etmeleri, ölen insanlarını taşıyacak tabutları ve gömecek yerlerinin olmaması mevcut sistemlerin ne kadar insani olduğu sorununu somut bir şekilde ortaya çıkardı. Uluslararası rekabette en başarılı ülkeler, üstünlük sağlayan sektörlere ve üretime odaklanarak ekonomik gelişme stratejilerini bugüne kadar sürdürdüler. Ancak uzun tedarik zincirlerine ve küreselleşmeye dayalı bu yapı çökerken, katı sınırlar ve ulusal üretimlerle bu boşluğu doldurma arayışı ön plana çıktı. Ekonomiyle birlikte fonksiyonları zayıflayan, hizmet alan ve kapasitesi kısıtlanan devlet aygıtı ve yapısı, yaşanan salgınla birlikte büyük bir krizle karşı karşıya kaldı. COVID-19 salgınıyla birlikte ekonomik gelişmelere rağmen, sağlık hizmetlerinin ve tarımsal üretimin acil hallerde yarattığı etkilerinin insanlığı tehdit edecek boyutlara nasıl ulaştığını yaşayarak tecrübe ettik. Salgın ile birlikte tarımsal üretim başta olmak üzere temel ihtiyaçları karşılayacak üretimi yapabilmenin önemini bir kez daha anladık. Maske, solunum cihazı, ilaç ve aşı gibi halk sağlığı alanlarında üretim ve hizmetleri sunmanın ne kadar önemli olduğunun bilincine vardık. Üretimlerin stratejik öneminin dönemsel ve ihtiyaçlara göre değişebildiği gerçeğini bir kez daha yaşadık ve paramız olsa da bazı ürünleri ve hizmetleri satın alamayacağımızı gördük. Salgın, küresel düzeyde neredeyse hepimizi ruhsal, fiziksel ve sosyal açıdan eşitleyerek; sağlık, eğitim, gelir eşitsizliği, yoksulluk, işsizlik, göç, iklim krizi, temel insan ihtiyaçlarına erişim dahil her alanda yeni farkındalıklar oluşturdu. Salgın, bir yönüyle bencilliği besledi, dayanışmayı azalttı, yalnızlığa, biyolojik olduğu kadar psikolojik sorunlara ve bilgi kirliliğine yol açtı, ölüm korkusunu bireysel olmaktan çıkarıp, toplumsallaştırdı. Diğer yönüyle de dayanışma ihtiyacını artırdı ve ortak kader duygusunu güçlendirdi. Bu nedenle sosyal uyumu esas alan bir anlayışa olan ihtiyacımız daha fazla önem kazandı. Bundan dolayı toplumsal savrulmayı önleyecek ve panik yaşanmasına fırsat vermeyecek yapılanmaya ihtiyacımız arttı. 1980 sonrasında neoliberal rüzgârların etkisiyle yapılan özelleştirmelerle Türkiye’de de devlet nispeten küçültüldü, ekonomik ve sosyal sorunların yaşandığı bir dönemde küresel salgınla karşılaşıldı. Ancak genel sağlık sigortası, hastane sayısı, yatak kapasitesi gibi alanlarda sahip olduğumuz potansiyel ve kriz yönetme becerimiz sayesinde süreci nispeten daha iyi şartlarda geçirmekteyiz. Fakat bu gerçeğe rağmen ülkemizin de yeni şartlara adapte olmasını sağlayacak, krizi en az zararla atlatacak ve 21. yüzyılın ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak yeniden yapılanmaya ihtiyacı artmaktadır. Ekonomik ve sosyal alanda yaşananlar yeni bir paradigma değişikliğine ihtiyaç olduğunu gösteriyor. Çünkü doyumsuzluğu ve obeziteyi besleyen sınırsız ihtiyaçlar algısı yerine, ihtiyaçların sınırlı olduğu ve isteklerin sınırlandırılabileceğini esas alan, bilgi hariç kaynakların sınırlı olduğu ilkesine dayalı yeni bir ekonomik düzeni inşa edecek bir paradigma değişikliğine yönelik beklenti artıyor. Kriz sürecini en az zararla atlatabilmek için hep birlikte dayanışma içinde mücadele ederek, küresel düzeyde yükselen işkollarını ve meslekleri esas alarak, endüstrileri ve iş piyasalarını yeniden yapılandırmak gerekiyor. Bu kitabın editörlüğünü üstelenen, yazar olarak katkıda bulunan ve hazırlanmasında görev alan fakültemizin çok kıymetli hocalarına bu vesileyle bir kez daha çok teşekkür ediyorum. 84 yıllık birikimimize uygun bir şekilde dünyada ve ülkemizde yaşanan ve yaşanacak sorunlara öğretim üyelerimiz kayıtsız kalmamış, var olan zor şartlara rağmen alternatifler üreterek, yol gösterici öngörülerde bulunmuşlardır. Hiç kuşkusuz bu kitap ön çalışma niteliğindedir, verilere ulaşıldıkça detaylandırılacaktır. Ufuk açıcı ve faydalı olması dileğiyle saygılar sunuyorum.

The study support is focused on the issue of alternative and augmentative communication. The text presents selected systems and aids applied in our and foreign practice. The text includes diagrams and tables with photographs intended for recording notes and observations obtained during the seminar, discussions and practical work with AAC devices and systems. The questions aimed at considering the possibilities of using communication systems to facilitate the communication process, the target group of users and the essential role of communication in human life are included too.

Description: Quality of life depends on a series of objective indicators and subjective evaluations of all the living spaces that affect human beings’ economic, social, physical, and psychological dimensions and has the potential to serve individual and social development. Ensuring satisfactory quality of life will bring about decent socio-economic conditions, such as in the conceptualization of decent work. Newly improved conditions will also bring higher quality, and policymakers and decision-makers at the institutional level have great responsibilities in this context. This book addresses quality of life and its related issues from an interdisciplinary perspective and discusses them at a conceptual and theoretical level. The book includes classifying the quality of life indicators by considering their individual, social, economic, and organizational context. The application section examines the quality of life of international students, a fragile population group who’ve experienced various disadvantages during the COVID-19 global health crisis. As a matter of fact, each international student provides human capital at the global level, and serves to construct an incorruptible and inexhaustible value in shaping a future that concerns all of humanity. This value will preserve its existence in all economic, social, cultural, and political fields and serve as the mortar in constructing the foundations for a better quality of life. Description: Title in English: Simulation techniques – Education of people with visual impairments This handbook creates support for students of the course Simulation techniques – Education of people with visual impairments. This text is divided into three logical, interconnected parts. In the first part, students are acquainted with the topic of the influence of functional vision on the pupil's work in the classroom. The second part deals with the problems of spatial orientation, independent movement and removing barriers. The third part contains practical exercises in which students will try the specifics of working with pupils with visual impairments at school. The aim of the text is to support positive attitudes towards pupils with visual impairments.

Description: Title in English: Communication and Simulation Techniques in Speech Therapy: Methodical texts for the MUNI 4.0 project The text focuses on the basic definition of the communication process and the current view of the impaired communication ability. The text presents intervention approaches to the development of the phonetic-phonological language level, focuses on strategies to support the development of articulatory ability and hearing perception in the pre-compulsory education period and selected aids for intervention in the phonetic-phonological language difficulties. Learning support also offers an insight into approaches to pupils in relation to their involvement in a class or group collective, particularly in relation to disruption in communication based on psychogenic factors, but also as a result of serious forms of disability.

Description: Title in English: Diagnostics in the Field of Speech Therapy: Methodical texts for the MUNI 4.0 project The study support is focused on the issue of indicative assesment of communication skills in preschool children – in accordance with the objectives and specialization of the bachelor study. The text presents selected technical terminology, tasks, procedures and alternatives of the use of verbal and visual material for indicative assesment of language levels. For an overview, examples of tests and materials applied in our practice are presented to familiarize the students with the structure and principles of these tasks. The text also includes topics of cooperation with the child, parents and structuring and processing of acquired findings.

Description: We have regretfully observed for many years that the academic community in Tur key, except in some limited areas, has failed to provide the necessary contribution about the issues that Turkey has had to deal with on international level, because the debates have been confined to superficial, oversimplified, and outdated ideological points of view in daily politics. However, the fundamental theses, discussions, and prospective guidance of politics, law, economics, and international relations would be much more lasting and effective once they are shaped by the robust data and theses of the academic community in Turkey. We hope that the book The Aegean Sea and the Eastern Mediterranean in the Global and Regional Balance Based on the Axes of Geography, History, and Interna tional Law drawn up in cooperation between the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and Istanbul University can contribute to creating such a horizon and produce theses to this effect. No matter what topic of international relations one may address, it is impossible to understand and present it independently of other problems and topics. Therefore, we need to gain insight into all incidents and processes that affect and shape the Eastern Mediterranean, and within this framework put forward our projections on the future of Turkey, which is a common concern and asset for all of us. We currently observe manifestations of a biased perspective that is far from fair concerning the ongoing events in the Eastern Mediterranean. The initiatives of Turkey, seeking her rights arising from the international law and agreements since the very beginning through legitimate means and methods, have been encountered by some countries and so-called alliances, which disregard international law and agreements and consider all kinds of illegitimate actions as their rights. Undoubtedly, it is desirable to collaborate, make efforts, and negotiate with approaches in goodwill, respecting international law and agreements aiming at establishing peace as well as the rights, and laws of nations and states. However, it is impossible to take action before realizing and having others realize the following facts: Some countries, in the global order lacking justice established in the aftermath of the Second World War, had only rights and interests. Some others had only duties and responsibilities. This bizarre and unjust order lasted for years. However, the world has now changed and the parameters creating this unjust order have collapsed. We observe that it takes time for some countries to come to terms with this reality. Every state and nation, when it comes to the international order, shall have rights and interests as well as duties and responsibilities. Such a world where this just state of affairs prevails is not far away. This book offers a comprehensive perspective addressing the Eastern Mediterra nean issue within the context of not only history, law, and international relations but also geography, geopolitics, and biodiversity. I hope that the ideas, recommendations and outcomes offered in the book will pave the way for new perspectives to locate the Eastern Mediterranean in the blue shade of peace. I would like to thank Prof. Mahmut AK, the Rector of Istanbul University, for his leadership in the publication of the book as well as the academics contributing their articles. Hâlbuki siyasetin, hukukun, ekonominin, uluslararası ilişkilerin temel tezleri, ana tartışmaları ve geleceğe doğru esas istikametleri akademi dünyamızın güçlü veri ve tezleriyle şekillendirilebilirse çok daha kalıcı ve etkili olur. Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi Başkanlığı ve İstanbul Üniversitesi işbirliği ile hazırlanan “Coğrafya, Tarih ve Uluslararası Hukuk Boyutlarıyla Küresel ve Bölgesel Denklemde Ege ve Doğu Akdeniz” kitabının böyle bir ufkun oluşturulması ve tezlerin üretilmesine katkı sunmasını arzu ediyoruz. Uluslararası ilişkilerde hangi başlığı ele alırsanız alın, onu diğer sorunlardan, diğer başlıklardan bağımsız olarak anlamanız ve ortaya koymanız mümkün değildir. Dolayısıyla Doğu Akdeniz’i, onu etkileyen ve şekillendiren bütün hadiseler ve süreçlerle ilgisini dikkatle anlamak, hepimizin ortak derdi ve değeri olan Türkiye’nin geleceğine dair öngörülerimizi de bu çerçevede ortaya koymak durumundayız. Bugün Doğu Akdeniz’de ortaya çıkan hadiselerde tarafgir ve adaletten uzak bakış açısının tezahürlerini görmekteyiz. Başından itibaren sadece uluslararası hukuktan ve anlaşmalardan kaynaklanan haklarını yine aynı hassasiyetle meşru araçlar ve yöntemlerle arayan Türkiye’nin girişimleri, uluslararası hukuku ve antlaşmaları yok sayan, her türlü gayrimeşru girişimi hak sayan birtakım ülkeler ve sözde ittifaklarla karşılanmıştır. Şüphesiz iyi niyetli, barışı tesis etmeyi hedefleyen uluslararası hukuka ve anlaşmalara saygılı, milletlerin ve devletlerin hak ve hukuklarına hürmet eden yaklaşımlarla hep birlikte çalışmak, gayret göstermek, müzakere yapmak arzu edilen bir tutumdur. Ancak şu gerçekleri görmeden ve göstermeden harekete geçmek de mümkün değildir. İkinci Dünya Savaşı sonrası kurulan adaletsiz dünya düzeninde bazı ülkelerin sadece hak ve menfaatleri vardı. Bazı ülkelerin ise sadece vazife ve yükümlülükleri vardı. Uzun yıllar bu garip ve adaletsiz düzen devam etti. Ancak artık dünya değişti, bu adaletsiz düzeni var eden parametreler çöktü. Bu gerçekliği bazı ülkelerin kabul etmekte geciktiğini görüyoruz. Uluslararası düzende her devletin, her milletin hak ve menfaatleri olduğu gibi, vazife ve yükümlülükleri de vardır. Bu adaletli tezin hakim olacağı bir dünya uzak değildir. Bu kitap, Doğu Akdeniz sorununu yalnızca tarih, hukuk, uluslararası ilişkiler açısından değil, coğrafi, jeopolitik ve biyoçeşitlilik açılarından da ele almak suretiyle konuya bütüncül bir perspektif getirmektedir. Umuyorum ki kitapta ortaya konulan düşünce, öneri ve sonuçlar Doğu Akdeniz’in bir barış maviliği içinde kalmasına dönük yeni yaklaşımların kapısını açar. Eserin ortaya çıkmasında öncülük eden İstanbul Üniversitesine Rektör Prof. Dr. Mahmut AK hocamızın şahsında teşekkür ediyorum. The text includes an overview of diagnostic methods concerning the early age as well as the summary of the diagnostic process in children with hearing disability at pre-school and school age. Students would be able to study the examples of tests and materials applicated in practice with the focus on the organization and principles of the tasks. This material is aimed to create a successful combination with the lectures and discussions. The text is designed as a study and supportive material for the group and individual work. The following aim is to share the experience during the debates.

Description: Title in English: Special pedagogical diagnostics in education of individuals with physical disability Limited and disordered movement or ability to move has an impact on the educational process and vocational training of the people with physical disability. It is not always possible to be educated at the place of living, because all schools have non barrier access and are not able to ensure optimal conditions for inclusive education. Immobility often means limited participation of pupil in some lessons, limits the choice of the leisure time activities and complicates independent movement (on a wheelchair) in the social environment due to the lack of the non-barrier access to pavements, shopping centres and cultural centres and offices. In some cases, persons with severe disability have limited life space and are often socially isolated. Together with the inclusive trends in the society it is necessary to create resources which enable to teachers, assistants and leisure time teachers to work with people with physical disability. The base of presented e-book is aimed on the support including the educational process and the aim is to summarise and present possible intervention and compensation. The studying text should make the orientation in the presented field easier and provide support to students and special needs teachers and to other specialists to solve the problems in the sphere of support of people with physical disability.

Description: Title in English: Education of Students with Asperger Syndrome in the Inclusive Classroom. The methodological guide focuses on developing social, emotional, and communication skills of students with Asperger syndrome and their classmates, teachers, assistant teachers, and the school staff. We aim to extend knowledge on the specific approaches to students with AS in the inclusive classroom. We offer coping strategies in situations arising from the interaction between the school actors. A classroom adaptation and fostering positive relationships between classmates are the critical factors for positive school experiences of everybody. We present specific cases from the participatory classroom observation. Furthermore, we discuss the difficulties in the inclusive classroom and offer incentives to prevent these situations. We provide the readers with the specific activities for the groups with the students with AS.

Description: Title in English: Methodology of working with inclusive class collective with focus on pupils with impaired communication ability. The theoretical part describes the bases for the communication process and its disruption in a broader context, focusing on school age and reflection in the current and educational communication situation. The research part offers the results of the survey, which results from long-term cooperation with two primary schools of inclusive type, in which pupils with different forms of special educational needs are educated. In these schools, precisely, in these classrooms in which pupils with impaired communication ability were educated, the activities aimed at strengthening communicative competence and social ties were carried out at regular intervals during one school year.

Description: The issues that are addressed the most are the problems faced by population groups that stand out for the future of the countries in economic, social, and political terms and young people, who are the driving force of social development. Among these problems, the unemployment of young people is undoubtedly the first issue that comes to mind. Socioeconomic difficulties and risks faced by young people have a significant and negative effect on both individuals and social development and exacerbate concerns about the future of a country. However, in recent years, “young people who are not in education, employment, or training” (NEET), which is related to phenomena such as youth unemployment and other more complex phenomena, is one of the topics that developed countries have focused on. The category of NEET includes young people who are described as being offended or discouraged in the literature as well as individuals who are economically inactive and do not participate in education for mostly “involuntary” reasons, such as illness, disability, and being responsible for providing care and household chores. Therefore, the concept refers to a significant portion of the population that has not received any education or participated in child rearing in the last four weeks and is also not employed. These intersections between the unemployed and those who are not included in the labor force and are not continuing their education comes to the fore in terms of the effectiveness and sustainability of labor market policies. It has been determined that there is a need to conduct a profile analysis of NEET youth and conduct research to determine the causes and effects of their NEET status. Statistics regarding NEET youth are announced every year by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) and the European Statistical Institute. In this context, the General Directorate of Educational Research and Coordination of the Ministry of Youth and Sports conducted a “Profile Research of Young People Not in Education and Employment” under the management of academics at Istanbul University who specialize in this field. This is the first comprehensive study to examine the causes and effects of young people being NEET status in Turkey aged 15–29. The field work for this study was carried out between September 7, 2020 and December 12, 2020, and the most important aspect of the research is the development of the scales of causes and effects of being NEET with proven validity and reliability. Despite the risks presented by the global COVID-19 epidemic, I would like to thank the officials of the General Directorate of Education, Research, and Coordination and the academics at Istanbul University, who have exemplary a cooperated to define the risks and develop solution proposals.

Bunlar içerisinde hemen ilk akla gelen şüphesiz gençlerin işsizliği olmaktadır. Gençlerin karşılaştıkları sosyo-ekonomik zorluklar ve riskler hem bireysel hem de toplumsal gelişimi önemli oranda olumsuz etkilemekte ve bir ülkenin geleceğine yönelik endişeleri artırmaktadır. Bununla birlikte son yıllarda özellikle gelişmiş ülkelerin dikkatini üzerinde yoğunlaştırdığı konuların başında genç işsizliği kadar önemli fakat ondan daha derin ve karmaşık bir bağlamı içeren “ne eğitimde, ne istihdamda ne de yetiştirmede olan gençler (NEİY)” gelmektedir. NEİY kavramı, literatürde gücendirilmiş veya cesareti kırılmış olarak ifade edilen gençlerin yanı sıra hastalık, engellilik, bakım sorumluluğu ve ev işlerine katılma gibi çoğu “istem dışı” nedenlerle ekonomik olarak aktif olmayan ve eğitime katılmayan bireyleri de içermektedir. Dolayısıyla kavram, son dört hafta içerisinde herhangi bir eğitim veya yetiştirme sürecine katılmamış ve aynı zamanda istihdamda bulunmayan önemli bir nüfusa işaret etmektedir. Hem işsizlerin hem de işgücüne dahil olmayanların içerisinde eğitime devam etmeyen bu kesişim kümesi, emek piyasası politikalarının etkinliği ve sürdürülebilirliği açısından ön plana çıkmaktadır. Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TÜİK) ve Avrupa İstatistik Kurumu (EUROSTAT) tarafından her yıl istatistikleri de açıklanan NEİY gençler ile ilgili profil analizi yapılması NEİY statüsünde olmalarının nedenleri ve etkilerinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir araştırma yürütülmesi ihtiyacı tespit edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda T.C. Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı Eğitim Araştırma ve Koordinasyon Genel Müdürlüğünce, İstanbul Üniversitesi’nin ilgili alanda uzman akademisyenlerinin yürütücülüğünde “Eğitim ve İstihdam Dışı Gençler Profil Araştırması” gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elinizdeki bu eser, Türkiye’de “ne eğitimde ne istihdamda ne de yetiştirmede (NEİY)” olan 15-29 yaş grubundaki gençlerin NEİY olmalarının nedenleri ve etkilerini inceleyen ilk kapsamlı çalışma niteliğindedir. 07.09.2020 - 31.12.2020 tarihleri arasında saha çalışmaları gerçekleşen bu araştırmanın en önemli yönü, geçerlik ve güvenirliği ispatlanmış NEİY olmanın nedenleri ve etkileri ölçeklerinin geliştirilmiş olmasıdır. Covid-19 küresel salgının risklerine rağmen NEİY gençlerin ülke gündemine taşınması, konuya ilişkin risklerin tespit edilerek çözüm önerilerinin geliştirilmesine yönelik örnek bir işbirliği geliştiren Eğitim Araştırma ve Koordinasyon Genel Müdürlüğü yetkililerimize ve İstanbul Üniversitesi akademisyenlerine teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.

Description: Title in English: The Education of Pupils with Special Needs in Czech Language and Literature: Focusing on students with specific learning disablities and health disadvantage. The aim of the text is supporting the inclusive education at the first stage of elementary school, a choice of suitable methods and strategies during the lessons of Czech language and literature. It deals with the topic of dyslexia, dysgraphia and dysorthography. The partial part is focused on Asperger syndrome. The main part of the text is consisted of the training lectures of all three parts of the Czech language. The text emphasizes the approaches in terms of which the educational goals are achieved together with the appropriate interaction between the participants of the educational process, the support of independence and creativity. The work describes activities focusing on the development of the key competences and accessing the subject overlap and application in terms of the cross-curricular topics.

The LOGBOOK of academic activities is an overview of fulfilled requirements for the course and completion of studies specified in the internal regulations of the faculty, accreditation materials of the study program and the catalog of courses. The logbook of academic activities is a students' document on the activities completed during their studies, which are part of the competencies of the graduates of the doctoral study program Special Education. The logbook functions as a control and feedback tool for students and supervisors regarding their completed activities.

Description: Title in English: Special Educational Diagnostics and intervention in Pupils with SLD: Methodical texts for the MUNI 4.0 project. Intervention and correction of specific learning disorders is demanding, long-term, and requires considerable effort from the pupil, teacher, family, and other professionals. The development of specific learning disorders is understood as a process that can be experienced in several stages. Intervention techniques are various procedures that affect the development of reading skills. They help pupils to think over the text and lead them to real understanding and reading experience. This paper provides basic information on specific learning disorders in relation to intervention and simulation. Its goal is to help intended teachers adopt strategies to help them master the learning process.
