    Beschreibung: The revitalization and intercultural teaching of indigenous knowledge presents challenges for the educational and intercultural system; challenges that involve not only curricular content, but also methodologies. From here we see, for example, that the Chilean educational system is formal and largely based on writing, while the knowledge of indigenous peoples places emphasis on informal learning contexts and oral transmission. This book is the result of intercultural dialogues that occurred at the Federico Santa María Technical University, Valparaíso, Chile, while the possibility of having a new Constitution for the country was debated.     Beschreibung: This research book deals with the fact that the moments of reading improve reading comprehension in the literal, inferential and critical levels of the students of the second grade "E" of the advanced cycle of the CEBA "Politécnico Regional del Centro"- Huancayo, it is of quantitative nature, applied type, pre-experimental design, with pre-test and post-test in a single group, non-probabilistic sample. A pre-test was applied to diagnose their text comprehension, then an experimental proposal based on Isabel Solé's reading moments strategy and a post-test to determine the effects. It was statistically demonstrated that the application of this strategy significantly improves reading comprehension at the literal, inferential and critical levels. This is based on the fact that in the pre-test most students achieved scores below 10 (vigesimal scale); but in the post-test most of them surpassed this average in these levels. The calculation showed that there are significant differences between the pre-test and post-test scores of 6.6 points p 〈 0.05.

    Beschreibung: Este libro de investigación trata sobre que los momentos de la lectura mejoran la comprensión lectora en los niveles literal, inferencial y crítico de los estudiantes del segundo grado “E” del ciclo avanzado del CEBA “Politécnico Regional del Centro”- Huancayo, es de naturaleza cuantitativa, tipo aplicada, diseño pre experimental, con pre test y pos test en un solo grupo, muestra no probabilística. Se aplicó un pre test para diagnosticar su comprensión de textos, luego una propuesta experimental basada en la estrategia los momentos de la lectura de Isabel Solé y un post test para determinar los efectos. Se demostró estadísticamente que la aplicación de esta estrategia permite mejorar significativamente la comprensión lectora en el nivel literal, inferencial y crítico. Esto se fundamenta porque en el pre test la mayoría de estudiantes alcanzó calificaciones inferiores a 10 (escala vigesimal); pero, en el post test la mayoría superó este promedio en estos niveles. En el calculó se evidenció que existen diferencias significativas entre las puntuaciones del pre y post test de 6,6 puntos p 〈 0,05.

    Beschreibung: El título de esta obra Originales e inéditos 1928. José Carlos Mariátegui es, en cierta medida, atrevido, por cuanto se considera que las obras completas, es decir, todos los escritos de Mariátegui están publicados, según se tiene conocimiento. Pese a dichas publicaciones, las lecturas de sus fuentes directas (léase, revistas de 1928) prospera ron y tomaron dimensiones para la decisión de compilar los escritos y cotejar con las posteriores publicaciones. Entendemos por inédito lo no publicado y estaría en contradicción si las obras de Mariátegui hubieran sido publicadas en su totalidad. Pero existe un enigma para los que desean leer y confiar en esa llamada totalidad. No hay nada más inquietante para un acucioso lector que indagar las fuentes directas como si en la indagación se tratara de manuscritos, y estas fuentes, indudablemente, son los primeros escritos de Mariátegui en distintas revistas de su época (consideramos aquí 1928). Y esta edición crítica nos presenta la compilación de los escritos de Mariátegui poco conocidos, digámoslo de alguna manera, como «manuscritos» o «inéditos», porque fueron archivados, y no tuvieron la disposición de su reedición. No nos plantearemos sus razones, sólo dejamos constancia de ello como un acto irresoluto.

    Beschreibung: In the first part, a summary of oil management from 1972 to the present is made, as well as a description of the oil policy applied by the governments, from the administration of Dr. Oswaldo Hurtado to the administration of Mr. Guillermo Lasso. The second part analyzes the legal environment in the context of natural resources, especially oil, within the framework of the Hydrocarbons Law and the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. And in the third, we analyze the production in the Sacha Field, awarded to ORNCEM through the specific services contract and according to its two amendment contracts. It concludes with some considerations that should be taken into account and that call for reflection when contracts are proposed and executed whose benefit is not the best for the country. On the other hand, forests are great "cleaners" of carbon dioxide; when they are destroyed, their absorption potential is annulled and, therefore, they contribute to global warming by increasing greenhouse gases, which is why deforestation must be counteracted.

    Beschreibung: En la primera parte, se realiza un resumen del manejo del petróleo a partir de 1972 hasta la actualidad, así como también se describe la política petrolera aplicada por los gobiernos, desde la administración del doctor Oswaldo Hurtado hasta la administración del señor Guillermo Lasso. En la segunda, se analiza el entorno jurídico en el contexto de los recursos naturales especialmente del petróleo, en el marco de la Ley de Hidrocarburos y de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador. Y en la tercera, se analiza la producción en el Campo Sacha, adjudicada a ORNCEM mediante el contrato de servicios específicos y de acuerdo a sus dos contratos modificatorios. Se concluye con algunas consideraciones que se deben tomar en cuenta y que llaman a la reflexión cuando se proponen y ejecutan contratos cuyo beneficio no es el mejor para el país. Por otro lado, los bosques son grandes “limpiadores” de dióxido de carbono, al ser destruidos se anula su potencial de absorción y, por lo tanto, contribuyen al calentamiento global del planeta por el incremento de gases de efecto invernadero, razón por la cual, se debe contrarrestar la deforestación.

    Beschreibung: The present work starts from the problem when investigating how the same penalty for the crime of Fraudulent Embezzlement affects the principle of proportionality, so it is necessary to refer to Article 387 of the Penal Code, which reads as follows: The public official or servant who appropriates or uses, in any form, for himself or for another, funds or effects whose collection, administration or custody are entrusted to him by reason of his position, shall be punished with deprivation of liberty for not less than two nor more than eight years. It is an aggravating circumstance if the funds or effects were destined for welfare purposes or social support programs. In these cases, the prison sentence shall be not less than four nor more than ten years. According to the Plenary Agreement No. 4-2005/CJ-116, Plenary Jurisdiction of the Permanent and Transitory Criminal Chambers of the Supreme Court of Justice, the elements of the criminal offense of embezzlement are (i) the existence of a functional relationship, (ii) the collection, administration or custody, (iii) appropriation or use, (iv) the recipient: for himself or for a third party, (v) funds and effects. The result was that when punishing with the same penalty in the crime of Fraudulent Misappropriation in its modality of appropriation and use, despite the differences if we appreciate them from a patrimonial perspective or from the perspective of safeguarding the right of property of the public entity, in the modality of use there is an excess in the penalization, affecting the principle of proportionality, reason for which it should have a different treatment.

    Beschreibung: El presente trabajo se inicia del problema cuando se investiga de qué manera al sancionar con una misma pena en el delito de Peculado Doloso afecta el principio de proporcionalidad, por lo que es necesario remitirnos al artículo 387 del Código Penal, cuyo tenor es como sigue: El funcionario o servidor público que se apropia o utiliza, en cualquier forma, para sí o para otro, caudales o efectos cuya percepción, administración o custodia le estén confiados por razón de su cargo, será reprimido con pena privativa de la libertad no menor de dos ni mayor de ocho años. Constituye circunstancia agravante si los caudales o efectos estuvieran destinados a fines asistenciales o a programas de apoyo social. En estos casos, la pena privativa de la libertad será no menor de cuatro ni mayor de diez años. Según lo establecido por el Acuerdo Plenario N.° 4-2005/CJ-116, Pleno jurisdiccional de las Salas Penales Permanentes y Transitoria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, los elementos del tipo penal de peculado son (i) la existencia de una relación funcional, (ii) la percepción, administración o custodia, (iii) apropiación o utilización, (iv) el destinatario: para sí o para un tercero, (v) caudales y efectos. El resultado fue que al sancionar con una misma pena en el delito de Peculado Doloso en su modalidad de apropiación y utilización visten de igual contenido de ilicitud, pese a las diferencias si las apreciamos desde una perspectiva patrimonialista o de salvaguarda del derecho de propiedad del ente público, en la modalidad de utilizar existe un exceso en la penalización afectándose el principio de proporcionalidad, razón por la cual debe tener un tratamiento distinto.

    Beschreibung: This book suggests the importance of examining alternative discourses in the social sciences, in this case economics, beyond western-centric cultural milieu. The account attempts to unveil the existence of a post Second World War economic approach developed in Latin America. The perspective questioned the dominant economic science disseminated within and outside the Anglo-Saxon or Eurocentric countries (western-centric academia) during the 1950´s. Today, after the appalling cataclysms in welfare and equality generated by neoclassical economics, an alternative economics seems order in the Northern and Southern hemisphere. The rebirth of Latin American Structuralism within the developing countries, and the widely publicized names of Raúl Prebisch, Celso Furtado among others, within the western-centric audiences requires an up to date of the vocabulary and concepts. Retrospectively these authors discussed can be examined as the original sources in Latin America among those who developed the basis of decolonial thought. The book problematizes the domestication of Latin American Structuralism in the Northern or Southern hemisphere alike and discusses its potential similarities to Post-Keynesian perspectives related to power asymmetries among countries, firms, and heterogenous agents.

There are two important cantons for its commercial passage, the canton Macará in the province of Loja, and the canton Huaquillas in the province of El Oro. Through the Coordination 7 of the Ministry of Public Health, thanks to the ProSalud Frontera Sur Project, the database of the Automated Daily Registry of Consultations and Outpatient Care was managed, which allowed us to clarify the problems at the public health level in these cantons. It can be observed throughout the text that women present a greater number of diseases compared to men, with the latter remaining stable over the three years for both Ecuadorians and foreigners.

    Beschreibung: The organizations demonstrate an adequate conduct based on their organizational culture, which facilitates decision making as well as contracting a good relationship internally and externally, and even being able to apply a good Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with society and its environment. This research aims to determine the impact that ethics and CSR have had in the search to contribute to the preservation of natural resources in Ecuador through social, economic and environmental improvements assumed by socially responsible entities. Therefore, it is based on a documentary and bibliographic methodology by using bibliographic sources, books, journals, scientific articles to have a base supported by the information collected to make a response to the main theme. The results show an increase in the level of interest of the population in issues that affect the environment and generate pollution, while the discussion shows that for Ecuadorian companies, concepts such as CSR are relatively new, causing organizations to overlook the creation of policies for the ethical care of natural resources. This leads to the conclusion that in Ecuador there is evidence of a growth in organizations focused on CSR because of the existence of many companies that do not apply practices to preserve sustainable development, due to the need to avoid expenses and prioritize their income over the environment.

    Beschreibung: Las organizaciones demuestran una conducta adecuada basándose en su cultura organizacional, la cual les facilita la toma de decisiones como también contraer una buena relación internamente como externa, e incluso poder aplicar una buena Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) con la sociedad y su entorno. La presente investigación pretende determinar el impacto que ha tenido la ética y la RSE en la búsqueda para contribuir a preservar los recursos naturales en Ecuador mediante el mejoramiento social, económico y ambiental asumidos por las entidades socialmente responsables. Por ello, se basa en una metodología documental y bibliográfica al utilizar fuentes bibliográficas, libros, revistas, artículos científicos para tener una base respaldada de la información recopilada para efectuar una respuesta al tema principal. En los resultados se evidencia un incremento referente al nivel de interés de la población sobre temas que afectan al medio ambiente y generan contaminación, mientras se aprecia en la discusión que para las empresas ecuatorianas conceptos como RSE son relativamente nuevos, haciendo que las organizaciones pasen por alto la creación de políticas para el cuidado ético de los recursos naturales. Lo cual lleva a la conclusión de que en Ecuador se evidencia un crecimiento en los organismos centrados en la RSE a causa de la existencia de muchas empresas que no aplican prácticas para preservar el desarrollo sostenible, debido a la necesidad de evitar gastos y priorizar sus ingresos sobre el medio ambiente.

    Beschreibung: The preparation of this book coincided with the end of two years of social coexistence in the midst of a global pandemic. This health reality has been thought, analyzed and addressed in the international literature through multiple axes (health systems, employment, care, daily life, etc.), reporting, as general conclusions, that we show a radicalization of pre-existing social inequalities in contemporary society. The situation represented a field of experimentation for capital, and an open scenario of overlaps and tensions between "life" and regimes focused on profits. The contradictions of establishing a sense of collaboration between the health of the population and the interests of companies, led to hard-fought and tense examples of ways to generate government practices focused on care, confinement and non-mobility. In the framework of these circumstances, the research task was also conditioned, when not affected. This book brings together a set of productions completed in recent years. Behind their different articles, motivations, expectations, reflections and silent experiences of how each of the authors made writing compatible in a pandemic context are intermingled.

    Beschreibung: This work reconstructs the political-intellectual trajectory of the Socialist Party of Chile between 1932 and 1973, reviewing its emergence and development in national political life through key moments for the development of party reflection. As stated in its pages, these moments frequently exceeded the limits of party life, being linked to events and processes typical of the global, continental and national political development of the 20th century. It is argued that during the period in question there were a series of debates that accounted for different stages in the organizational, social and intellectual development of contemporary Chilean socialism. These debates were framed in three key concepts that were frequently discussed throughout the trajectory: class, anti-imperialism and revolution. At different times, and with different meanings, the trends defined themselves and their organization as class, anti-imperialist and revolutionary, without there being a consensus on the political and programmatic scope of these definitions.

El marco temporal de esta pesquisa abarca desde 1939 cuando se establece la producción sostenida de películas con sonido óptico en el país y 1973, cuando el golpe de Estado cívico-militar destruyó todos los pilares del campo cultural en Chile y muchos cineastas y compositores partieron al exilio.     Beschreibung: The objective of this research work was to evaluate the effectiveness of free games in the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old students of the Educational Institution Nº 329 of Huancavelica. The methodology of free games offers a dynamic and active education to students, which encourages the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old students, through a greater sense of security and self-confidence. This methodology was carried out in a motivating environment and free areas, focusing on dynamic and motivating participation, in order to strengthen their abilities and skills, seeking for them to develop autonomous learning. With the results obtained, it can be affirmed that free games directly favor the development of creative thinking in 5-year-old children, since Student's t-test with 53 degrees of freedom, for independent samples, with a significance of 5%, shows a value of 0.038, which is lower than the value proposed, accepting the alternative hypothesis as valid.

La metodología de los juegos libres ofrece una educación dinámica y activa en los estudiantes, la cual incentiva el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes de 5 años, a través de un mayor sentido de seguridad y confianza en sí mismos. Esta metodología se realizó en un ambiente motivador y áreas libres, centrándose en la participación dinámica y motivadora, con el fin de fortalecer sus capacidades y habilidades, buscando que ellos desarrollen un aprendizaje autónomo. Con los resultados obtenidos se puede afirmar que los juegos libres favorecen directamente en el desarrollo del pensamiento creativo en los niños de 5 años, toda vez que t de Student con 53 grados de libertad, para muestras independientes, con una significancia del 5%, muestra un valor de 0.038 el cual es inferior al valor planteado, aceptando la hipótesis alternativa como válida.

    Beschreibung: The volume that the reader has in his hands (or on his screen) constitutes a selection of the studies presented at the international congress “1820. The Illusion of Freedom. Revolutionary liberalism in Spain and America in the 1920s ”, held in Las Cabezas de San Juan and Seville in March 2020, as a way to reflect (and celebrate, of course) the bicentennial of the revolution that began the so-called Liberal Triennium Spanish. The anniversary functioned as an excuse to analyze relevant problems of the present. In this case, the congress returned to the links between a stagnant society, which had nothing else to offer, and one of the most important revolutions that took place in the Iberian Peninsula. This was done through the presentation of a set of investigations that addressed the economic, political, social and cultural aspects of the Spanish revolution of 1820, and that crossed the Ibero-American world in the first half of the 19th century. It was a collective effort, which we hope we have embodied in this compilation.

En este caso, los vínculos entre una sociedad estancada, y que ya nada más tenía para ofrecer, y una de las revoluciones más importantes que se desenvolvió a lo largo y ancho de Iberoamérica. Esto se hizo por medio de la presentación de un conjunto de investigaciones que atendieron a los aspectos económicos, políticos, sociales y culturales de la revolución de 1820. Se trató de un esfuerzo colectivo, que esperamos haber plasmado en esta compilación.

The proportion of the population involved was immense, and important parts of the city were seen for hours and even days, outside the control of the State. The dawn of metropolitan Santiago was illuminated with burning barricades, which were nothing more than the signs of street fighting, looting, fires, and finally the flashes of police and military carbines, rifles and machine guns. Six months later, in the southern part of the city, where Santiago was gradually dissolving beyond the Zanjón de La Aguada, thousands of poor homeless families occupied and took over the former La Feria farm, and from there they founded the current town. The victory. Both events are precipitations of complex processes of radicalization and popular politicization. Taken together, the events of 1957 constitute a milestone of rupture and strategic leap in the historical composition of the proletarian universe of Santiago.

    Beschreibung: The rapid expansion of the agricultural frontier as a consequence of deforestation and anthropogenic changes worldwide is a matter of concern for the international scientific community. In addition, in the fight against climate change due to livestock farming, one of the main strategies for mitigating greenhouse gases is the use of sustainable alternatives if products with a high carbon footprint are used, while revaluing local resources. In the case of northern Ecuador, in spite of the limited soil fertility gradient, dairy and/or dual-purpose cattle raising represents one of the strongest links in the family economy. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate production alternatives that allow us to conserve natural resources given the fragility of these megadiverse ecosystems. This book shows that the use of conventional livestock systems degrades natural resources with significant losses in productivity, as well as low economic returns. Consequently, the implementation of silvopastoral systems as an easy-to-install technological alternative is undoubtedly the way to achieve more efficient and environmentally friendly livestock systems, while diversifying the economic income of the population.

    Beschreibung: La rápida expansión de la frontera agrícola como consecuencia desmesurada de la deforestación y cambios antropogénicos a nivel mundial, es un tema de preocupación por la comunidad científica internacional. Además, frente a una lucha contra el cambio climático por efecto de la ganadería, una de las principales estrategias para la mitigación de gases de efecto invernadero, lo constituyen alternativas sostenibles si uso de productos con alta huella de carbono, revalorizando, además, los recursos locales. En el caso de la zona norte de Ecuador, a pesar de los limitados atributos respecto a gradiente de fertilidad de los suelos, la cría de ganado ya sea de leche y/o doble propósito representa uno de los eslabones más fuertes dentro de la economía de las familias. Por lo tanto, es menester investigar alternativas de producción que nos permitan conservar los recursos naturales dada la fragilidad de estos ecosistemas megadiversos. Mediante este libro se plasma que el uso de sistemas ganaderos convencionales, degradan los recursos naturales con mermas significativas de la productividad, así como bajo réditos económicos. En consecuencia, la implementación de sistemas silvopastoriles como alternativa tecnológica de fácil instalación, es sin duda el camino para alcanzar sistemas ganaderos más eficientes, amigables con el medio ambiente, diversificando además los ingresos económicos de la población.

    Beschreibung: Este libro propone un modo de interpretación de la literatura policial basado en el materialismo histórico y a partir de la categoría de delito, que aparece en los textos como una rama productora de ganancias y relaciones sociales. En las novelas del escritor argentino Juan Carlos Martelli (1934-2008) que analizamos -Gente del Sur, Getsemaní, Los tigres de la memoria, El Cabera, La muerte de un hombrecito y Los muros azules- la transgresión se revela en la forma de “delitos organizados”, instalada en lo social a partir de corporaciones delictivas atravesadas por la traición. A su vez, los mecanismos de la producción literaria pueden resignificarse interpretando alegóricamente la matriz de lectura del género policial, revelando una zona de interferencias entre la literatura y la propiedad, un conjunto de transgresiones en la red discursiva.     Beschreibung: This article analyzes the advertising ethics handled by Ecuadorian companies, making a synthesis of the way in which the social responsibility of the entities or officials linked to their advertising practices is involved. This research is carried out due to the constant changes in advertising nowadays, with the objective of deepening how organizations in Ecuador disseminate advertising and how they direct them to interest groups showing social responsibility. For this, it is based on a methodology of bibliographic review being a qualitative research where data are collected to be evaluated from the general to the particular. Thus, the impact of advertising for product awareness and customer attraction that companies or enterprises currently use is observed from all business-commercial activities. In this sense, it is necessary to review the ethics in advertising, the approach to stakeholders, the management of social responsibility as well as its regulation within companies, in order to learn new advertising techniques and methods for companies to comply with responsibility to generate advertising strategies with an ethical approach.

Esta investigación se lleva a efecto por los constantes cambios de la publicidad en nuestros días, con el objetivo de profundizar como las organizaciones en Ecuador difunden publicidad y como las direccionan a los grupos de interés mostrando una responsabilidad social. Para ello, se basa en una metodología de revisión bibliográfica siendo una investigación cualitativa donde se recogen datos para ser evaluados desde lo general a lo particular. Así se observa desde toda actividad empresarial-comercial el impacto de la publicidad para el conocimiento de productos y atracción de clientes que las empresas o emprendimientos utilizan actualmente. En este sentido se hace necesaria la revisión de la ética en la publicidad, el enfoque de los grupos de interés, el manejo de la responsabilidad social tanto como su regulación dentro de las empresas, con el fin de conocer nuevas técnicas publicitarias y métodos para que las empresas cumplan con responsabilidad para generar estrategias publicitarias con un enfoque ético.

    Beschreibung: The Christian Democratic Party has been a key piece in the more general insertion of Chilean politics in the great political-ideological trends that dominated the second half of the 20th century. During the past century, relations between external and Chilean political actors were framed in the context of great processes and dilemmas of global relevance: the Cold War and the more general competition between holistic social projects, the emerging concern for human rights, the experience of post-dictatorial transitions in Southern Europe, among others. These external actors played a very relevant role in promoting the political exit strategy from the Chilean dictatorship which, by converging with internal factors, had an important impact in determining the guidelines of the transition. Local political actors, such as the PDC, far from being pieces in the hands of external referents, played a leading role, using their international networks to consolidate and consolidate their political project. Unlike other works that have addressed the international dimension of the transition, the focus of this book is not the economic or the ideological aspects, but rather the political centrality of an actor, the Christian Democratic Party, and the capacity that it it had to consolidate at the international level its position of reference for the return to democracy in Chile.

Several applications are mentioned, such as: biomarkers, biosensors, biofuels, bioremediation, biotransformation. In addition, the main biotechnological tools applied to environmental pollution monitoring and bioremediation processes are described, of which technical considerations, remediation and mitigation strategies are taken into account. One of the bioremediation tools is highlighted as phytoremediation, which includes: phytoextraction, rhizofiltration, phytostabilization, rhizodegradation, phytodegradation and phytovolitization. The most outstanding research and projects in the Latin American context are also presented. In addition, some biotechnological tools are presented to promote sustainable agriculture with the use of microorganisms as biological control, and the use of biofertilizers. Finally, applications for the mitigation of the environmental impact generated by oil activity are presented, such as CO2 injection techniques in subsurface reservoirs. Also mentioned are applications in the production of new sources of sustainable energy and biotechnological trends in the development of alternative biomaterials to leather and plastic, detailing the processing of mycelia for the textile industry. In conclusion, this guide serves as a support for students who are interested in learning about Environmental Biotechnology or who are taking this subject.

Se mencionan varias aplicaciones, tales como: biomarcadores, biosensores, biocombustibles, biorremediación, biotransformación. Además, se describe las principales herramientas biotecnológicas aplicadas al monitoreo de la contaminación ambiental y a procesos de biorremediación, de las cuales se toman en cuenta las consideraciones técnicas, las estrategias de recuperación y mitigación. Se destaca una de las herramientas de biorremediación como es la fitorremediación, que abarca: fitoextracción, rizofiltracción, fitoestabilización, rizodegradación, fitodegradación y fitovolitización. Además, se da a conocer algunas herramientas biotecnológicas para promover la agricultura sustentable con el uso de microorganismos como control biológico, y uso de biofertilizantes. También se mencionan las aplicaciones en la producción de nuevas fuentes de energía sustentable y tendencias biotecnológicas en el desarrollo de biomateriales alternativas al cuero y al plástico, en el que se detalla el procesamiento de micelios para la industria textil.     Beschreibung: With a marked revolutionary and workerist phraseology with libertarian overtones, the first revolutionary unionists in Argentina came from within the Socialist Party led by Juan B. Justo, within which they had challenged their growing electoral and parliamentary orientation, under the influence of the new ideas that they were beginning to gain ground in the French and Italian labor movement. At the beginning of the 20th century, intense social struggles in Argentina catalyzed this process of political differentiation, in the context of the first general strikes and direct confrontations with the state and the ruling class. During the following years, revolutionary syndicalism unfolded as a dynamic and ductile current within a recently formed, heterogeneous and highly ethnically fragmented labor movement. The book that we present here continues and advances on the investigations carried out in the last period, providing a set of original works that examine little-reported aspects of the Creole revolutionary syndicalist current during the period prior to the first government of Hipólito Yrigoyen (1916-1922), the mandate itself and the subsequent moment, already under the presidency of Marcelo T. de Alvear (1922-1928). Por ello, no se trata simplemente de reunir artículos procedentes de diversas regiones de personas que nunca se conocieron, sino mostrar estas reuniones y potenciar otros encuentros, con publicaciones que les otorguen nuevo impulso. La publicación viene a ser un acto segundo, respecto del encuentro físico. Articular las intelectualidades de los sures es una tarea inmensa, que ha tenido sucesivos fracasos y algunos pequeños logros. El mayor obstáculo para articularnos ha sido la falta de interés que mostramos unas por otras, cuestión derivada del desconocimiento mutuo, del aislamiento y del peso desmedido que, en los imaginarios, poseen las intelectualidades del centro. A esto se suman, en segundo plano, la escasez de recursos económicos y cierta debilidad de las instituciones académicas. Los trabajos publicados en esta colección normalmente no se traducirán, precisamente para reconocer y explicitar que estas conversaciones obligatoriamente deberán darse de forma políglota, aunque normalmente se trate de las lenguas de las colonizaciones.

Publicado en inglés hace más de veinte años, la presente traducción del textó de Furci es, a la vez, una recuperación para la historiografía política nacional, una forma de refrescar las tribulaciones de la izquierda chilena durante el siglo XX y, por sobre todo, un modo de acercarnos y evaluar, con los ojos de nuestro presente, la intensidad de un proceso.

    Beschreibung: The Second International marked a stage in the history of the labor movement characterized by the formation of mass parties, the growth of trade unions, the development of numerous social organizations and the constitution of an international sphere for the circulation of ideas. In this paper we comparatively investigate the debates on imperialism of two of its most important parties, the German (SPD) and French (SFIO) Social Democracy. We inquire into his analysis of European colonial expansion, the causes of imperialism, and the prospects for a war between the powers. In turn, we examine their political action around these issues and the positions on imperialism of their main internal tendencies, weighing their impact on party politics. Both organizations debated and positioned themselves on these issues within the framework of an agitated political situation marked by wars of conquest, episodes of rebellion in the colonies and various war crises between European states. The contradictory development of these debates is an important factor in explaining the different reactions in these parties to the First World War and the subsequent split of international socialism between communists and reformists.

    Beschreibung: The business world is made up of a market system where participants form a large network to exchange their products or services, however, due to the constant change in supply and demand, the various enterprises and companies must adopt to obtain funding, improve their practices, innovate in technological aspect and even launch new businesses, etc. The objective of the article is to analyze the way in which ethics is related to market systems, due to the change that exists in the working environment where all the actors, functions and issues of a sub-sector of products are interconnected. The bibliographic review methodology is applied based on registered publications of articles that include criteria of labor market, ethics and market systems to provide constructive elements on the way in which labor changes are evidenced in the city of Quito. The results are organized in two parts. first, a conceptual analysis of the actors and the usefulness of their theoretical engagement is considered; then emphasis is placed on defining the contributions of business ethics to this theory. In conclusion, it is evident that there must be a concept of ethics based on trust, cooperation between the company and its stakeholders, in addition to management responsibility in a market where there is a constant need for regulations, recognition and sanctions for those who violate laws, consumer fraud, shareholder fraud, accounting fraud, etc.

    Beschreibung: El mundo de los negocios se encuentra conformado por un sistema de mercado donde los participantes conformar una gran red para intercambiar sus productos o servicios, sin embargo, debido al constante cambio de la oferta y demanda, los distintos emprendimientos tanto como las empresas deben adoptarse para obtener financiamiento, mejorar sus prácticas, innovar en aspecto tecnológico e incluso lanzar negocios nuevos, etc. El objetivo del artículo es analizar la forma en la que se relaciona la ética junto a los sistemas de mercado, debido al cambio que existe en el medio laboral donde se interconectan todos los actores, funciones y temas de un subsector de productos. Se aplica la metodología revisión bibliográfica en base a publicaciones registradas de los artículos que incluyen criterios de mercado laboral, ética y sistemas de mercado para proporcionar elementos constructivos sobre la forma en que se evidencian los cambios laborales en la ciudad de Quito. Los resultados se organizan en dos partes. primero, se considera un análisis conceptual de los actores y la utilidad de su compromiso teórico; luego se pone el acento en la definición de los aportes de la ética empresarial a esta teoría. Al concluir se evidencia que debe existir un concepto de ética basado en la confianza, cooperación entre la empresa y sus grupos de intereses, además de la responsabilidad de gestión en un mercado donde existe un constante es necesario se apliquen normativas, reconocimientos y sanciones para quienes infringen leyes, estafas al consumidor, defraudaciones a accionistas, engaños contables, etc.

The design used was correlational and the sample consisted of 46 students of 5 years of age from an early education institution in Huancavelica. The instruments used were the checklist for each variable with 30 items. The results show that there is a statistically significant relationship between perceptual skills and the learning of mathematics in 5-year-old students of an educational institution in Huancavelica, in remote education. These quantitative results, with an r=0.75, represent a moderate positive correlation, according to the table of correlation indexes of Hernandez, Fernandez and Baptista (2018)

Estos resultados cuantitativos, con un r=0.75, representan una correlación positiva moderada, según el cuadro de índices de correlación de Hernández, Fernández y Baptista (2018)

Desclazos y vestidos con verdaderos harapos, los suplementeros comenzaron a ganarse un espacio y dieron vida a un influyente gremio, que luchó por mejorar sus condiciones de vida y borrar el estigma de la marginalidad. En este libro se reconstruye la historia de estos niños y adultos, a lo largo de más de siete décadas, mostrando la imagen social que se construyó de ellos y las experiencias que dieron forma a sus vidas.

    Beschreibung: Después de la muerte de L.E. Recabarren, el PC chileno transitará por tensiones y cambios en su cultura política que, en alguna medida, ya se asomaban previamente. El planteamiento central de este libro es que uno de los signos más eminentes de los cambios que comenzaron a tener lugar, fue el que se manifestó en torno al modelo de militante que debía imponerse (bolchevización). En tal sentido, entre los años 1924 y 1933, este y otros asuntos fueron objeto de intensas disputas entre las correlaciones de fuerza que bregaron por el control de la dirección partidaria. Si, en un primer momento, las diferencias fueron entre dirigentes chilenos, a poco andar terciaron en ellas diversos funcionarios cominternianos, configurándose así un claro escenario de lucha fraccional. El desenlace de esta trama de confrontaciones implicó la puesta en marcha de representaciones y discursos que modelaron el tipo de régimen histórico que, no obstante el deterioro que el mismo ha experimentado en las últimas décadas, permitió darle, incluso hasta hoy, identidad al PC de Chile.

    Beschreibung: El aporte teórico de este libro es mostrar a través de la práctica analítica que el estudio de la conciencia de clase requiere tomar como objeto histórico la cultura. Hay en la obra un postulado casi implícito: es importante pero no suficiente situar una clase con relación a la estructura económica. Por supuesto, se requiere conocer el condicionamiento material, el tipo de relaciones sociales de producción de la cual una clase determinada es agente; y por ello en este libro es central la descripción de las funciones económicas de la oligarquía. Pero entre la situación económica de clase y la conciencia hay un campo específico de mediaciones, que es la cultura. Esa cultura es más que lenguaje, discurso, teoría o ideas; ella es un tipo de práctica que se aprehende a través del concepto de modo de ser (del Prólogo de Tomás Moulian).
