The structure 6 is proposed on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence.
    Notes: Aus einer südamerikanischen Salbeiart (Salvia rubescens Kunth) wird ein neues, intensive bitter schmeckendes Diterpen C20H22O6 vom Clerodantyp isoliert. Auf Grund chemischer Befunde und spektroskopischer Daten wird dafür die Konstitution 6 vorgeschlagen.
