Aus 1-[o-Carboxy-phenylamino]-1-desoxy-4.6-benzal-D-fructose läßt sich durch hydrogenolytische Abspaltung des Benzalrestes 1-[o-Carboxy-phenylamino]-1-desoxy-D-fructose (II) darstellen und mittels präparativer Dünnschichtchromatographie isolieren. 1-[o-Carboxy-phenylamino]-1-desoxy-D-ribulose (IV) wird durch Amadori-Umlagerung von N-[o-Carboxy-phenyl]-D-arabinosylamin in 10- bis 30-proz. Lösung hergestellt und daraus durch Dünnschichtchromatographie in reiner Form gewonnen. Bei der Umlagerung von Anthranilsäure mit Glucose-6-phosphat bzw. Ribose-5-phosphat und -D-ribulose-5-phosphat (V bzw. VI). Die Darstellung einiger Glykosylamine der Anthranilsäure wird beschrieben.
