In this paper, we present a framework for teleoperation and the maintenance of industrialrobots. The idea of the framework is to provide a rapid change of products to be manufactured andsafely monitor and carry out the maintenance remotely. Also, the goal of the work is to provide aneasy-to-use HMI for user of the robot. Remote connection relies on the Internet that is nowadayseasily available, cheap and includes a lot of existing components to be used. As an illustration ofthis framework we present a web-based user interface that enables the user to operate remotely torobot workcell with an industrial robot
