Description:
Human papillomavirus DNA has been detected in the semen of three patients, two of whom have severe chronic wart disease. These data support the contention that sexual transmission of human papillomavirus DNA could occur via semen, a possibility suggested by epidemiological data on the sexual transmission of human papillomavirus.〈br /〉〈span class="detail_caption"〉Notes: 〈/span〉Ostrow, R S -- Zachow, K R -- Niimura, M -- Okagaki, T -- Muller, S -- Bender, M -- Faras, A J -- CA 25462/CA/NCI NIH HHS/ -- New York, N.Y. -- Science. 1986 Feb 14;231(4739):731-3.〈br /〉〈span class="detail_caption"〉Record origin:〈/span〉 〈a href="http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3003908" target="_blank"〉PubMed〈/a〉
