Description: Four genera of phytoplankton including Tetraselmis, Chaetoceros, Sketetonema and Cholorella were used as food for protozoa stages of Penaeus semisulcatus in 10 treatmeants each with three replications of singular and double diets. In singular diet consisted of 40,000 cells/ ml of Skeletonenia, we recorded a survival rate 82°, growth rate 3.55 mm and period of development stage (Z1-MI) 92h which were higher than other treatments. In double diet comprised of Chaeloceros and Tetraselmis, the survival rate in Z 1 stake was 97/0, higher than other treatments while in Z2 and Z3 stages, the highest survival rate was 95%, achieved by a double diet consisted of Skeletonema and Chaetoceros. In the latter diet, the uowth rate and period of development for Z I -Ml stakes were 4.58mm and 72h respectively. According to the results, we conclude that the survival and growth rates in simuilar diets are higher than double diets of the phytoptankton species.

Description: In this study we collected the adult shrimp from farm in Bouhsher province based on the pedigree information and screening by PCR for 10 shrimp pathogen as well viral diseases and transported to the shrimp research station for first quarantine. Three different families were selected and crossed them and obtained the larval and produced F1generation. The F1 shrimp had reach an average weight (33 ±2 g) and crossed together for produced F2 generation. The larval from F2 generation transferred to second quarantine and maintained in different tank. The postlarve from F2 transferred to nuclear breeding center and cultured until the adult size. During F1 and F2 period we screened the shrimp for 10 pathogen and for prevention the inbreeding and transferring the growth and survival gen we used selection breeding with 12 primers by microsatellite technique during each generation. After 3 year we produced 8 thousand shrimp SPF and the shrimp are free of important viral disease as well WSSV.

Description: In this study two species of algae, Sargassum glaucescens and Padina boergeseni that found plenteously in Persian Gulf and Bushehr coast, were collected and hot water extracts of them were lyophilized. F. indicus (11.32±1.20 g), after two weeks adaptation in Shoghab research station were immersed in seawater (39 ppt and 25±1 ○C) containing hot-water extract of each brown algae, S.glaucescens and P.boergeseni, at 100, 300 and 500 mg/l concentration, Survival rate and immunological parameters (total haemocyte count (THC), total plasma protein (TPP), Phagocytic activity, bacterial clearance efficiency and bactericidal activity) were examined. In addition effect of dietary administration of beta 1, 3 1, 6 glucan on prevention of White Spot Disease and immunological parameters of shrimp were investigated. According to results, immersion in seawater containing 300 and 500 mg/l concentration of algal hot-water extract after 2 and 3 hours or oral administration of beta 1,3 1,6 glucan at level of 10 g/kg diet for 14 days significantly enhanced THC, TPP, Phagocytic activity, bacterial clearance efficiency and bactericidal activity. Immersion in seawater containing 100, 300 and 500 mg/l hot-water extract of S.glaucescens after 3 hours, improved the survival rate of WSSV-infected F. indicus.

Description: Designing and establishment ISO/IEC17025 in IFRO and related research centers (Bushehr, Sari, Bandar Abbas ) is of interest from both research programs and improved research services . This project has been conducted for the first time in ISRC at Bushehr province by co-operation of IFRO and IGX Co from 2007 to 2010. The aim of this study was to investigate the establishment of ISO/IEC17025 in test laboratories . . Establishment of ISO/IEC17025 has been done in three stages . In first step gap analysis of laboratories was done .In second step training courses for laboratories staffs and different type of procedures was compiled . Review of documents , internal auditing training course and internal auditing activity of laboratories was also done and applied to laboratory conformity . In present study laboratory facilities has completed including: sandwich panel partitioning whit coated electrostatic 10 cm diameter , 147.68 m 2 ( square meter ) and also one way door whit slit slot 9 , cabinets 30 m2 ( square meter ) , mechanical and electrical affairs , laboratories equipments19 unit : micro centrifuge , hydrometers , bougarof lam , sampling bottles , plankton nets , digital autoclave , friseur , refrigerators , on the job training courses 5 ,QM(1) , Instructor procedures (21) , test method instructors(9) , sampling instructors (4) , technical equipment instructors ( 21) , and 50 forms and lists . The system has been audited during summer 2009 in a laboratory site located Bahmany area, Bushehr. The audit has worked out well and result show that no serious operational problems have accrued. Results also showed that QMS was successfully achieved ISO/IEC17025 accreditation by the IAS( Iran accreditation system) for three laboratories named , molecular genetics , pathology and plankton . Here we also found that accurate approaches for useful to more study of the other laboratories of ISRC and have the potential to provide long term data sets.
