Conclusions 1. The distribution of sulfur compounds in the benzine from Tuimazi petroleum in the process of separating normal alkanes on molecular sieves of the CaA form has been studied. 2. It has been established that elemental sulfur, hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans are completely removed from benzines; residual sulfur is not removed from benzine; and more than one third of the original content of sulfides and disulfides in the crude passes into the normal alkanes.
