Description:
Article The MARTX toxin of V. cholerae processes itself to deliver three distinct effector domains to the cytosol. Here the authors show that the third effector domain is a phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate (PtdIns3P)-specific phospholipase that inhibits autophagy in target cells.
