    Notes: Die Reaktion von Methyllithium mit Trimethylphosphinimonium-azid führt zu Lithium-trimethylphosphinimid Li—N=P(CH3)3 (3). Aus Triäthyl- und Triphenylphosphinimin entstehen analog Lithium-triäthyl- bzw. Lithium-triphenylphosphinimid (1, 2). Diese Verbindungen sind Isostere der entsprechenden Lithium-triorganosilanolate Li—O—SiR3. Durch Umsetzung mit Trimethylchlorsilan, -german und -stannan konnten N-Trimethylsilyl-, N-Trimethylgermanyl- und N-Trimethylstannyl-triorganophosphinimine (CH3)3Me—N=PR3 (7-15 erhalten werden (Me = Si, Ge, Sn; R = CH3, C2H5, C6H5), die wegen der Isosteriebeziehung zu den Hexaorganodisiloxanen, -germanosiloxanen und -stannosiloxanen (CH3)3Me—O—SiR3 von Interesse sind.  - Die physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften sowie die IR- und NMR-Spektren der Verbindungen werden beschrieben und vergleichend diskutiert.

    Notes: Iminotrimethylphosphoran (1) wurde nach einem einfachen Verfahren erstmals dargestellt. Die Umsetzungen von 1 oder seinem Äthylhomologen mit Dimethylzink oder -cadmium führen zu N-Methylzink(cadmium)-iminotrialkylphosphoranen 3 - 6. Diese Verbindungen bilden wie ihre Siloxan-Isosteren tetramere Moleküle mit Kubanstruktur. Die Addition von Iminotrialkylphosphoranen an Trimethylaluminium, -gallium und -indium ergibt isolierbare 1:1-Komplexe geringer thermischer Stabilität (7 - 11), deren thermische Spaltung die im Prinzip bereits bekannten N-Dimethylmetall-iminotrialkylphosphorane 12 - 19, dimere Verbindungen mit Vierringstruktur, liefert. Das durch Metallierung von 1 erhaltene N-Lithium-Derivat 2 reagiert mit Dimethylchlorphosphin und -arsin unter LiCl-Abspaltung zu N-Dimethylphosphino(arsino)-iminotrimethylphosphoran 20 bzw. 21. Die Quartärisierung von 20 und 21 mit Methyljodid erlaubt die Synthese von Bis-trimethylphosphoranyliden- bzw. Trimethylphosphoranyliden-trimethylarsenyliden-ammoniumjodid (23, 24).

    Description: Teams are at the heart of today’s organizations and their performance is crucial for organizational success. It is therefore important to understand and monitor team processes. Traditional approaches employ questionnaires, which have low temporal resolution or manual behavior observation, which is labor intensive and thus costly. In this work, we propose to apply mobile behavior sensing to capture team coordination processes in an automatic manner, thereby enabling cost-effective and real-time monitoring of teams. In particular, we use the built-in sensors of smartphones to sense interpersonal body movement alignment and to detect moving sub-groups. We aggregate the data on team level in form of networks that capture a) how long team members are together in a sub-group and b) how synchronized team members move. Density and centralization metrics extract team coordination indicators from the team networks. We demonstrate the validity of our approach in firefighting teams performing a realistic training scenario and investigate the link between the coordination indicators and team performance as well as experienced team coordination. Our method enables researchers and practitioners alike to capture temporal and spatial team coordination automatically and objectively in real-time.
