    Description / Table of Contents: N-Functionalized Ketenimines, IIN-(Thio)Acyl- and N-imidoylketenimines 3 have been prepared via Wittig reaction from ethyl 2-(triphenylphosphoranylidene)propionate (1a) and the corresponding functionalized isocyanates 2. These compounds are found to be suitable starting materials for the synthesis of various N-heterocycles such as quinazolines, 1,3,5-triazines, 1,3,5-thiadiazines, 1,3,5-oxathiazines, imidazoles, and 1,2,4-triazoles. Whereas 2-(triphenylphosphoranylidene)propiophenone (1b) undergoes with 2a and 2d direct cyclization by an unusual Wittig reaction to afford the 1,3-oxazine or pyrimidine ring, respectively.
    Notes: N-(Thio)Acyl- und N-Imidoylketenimine 3 werden durch Wittig-Reaktion von 2-(Triphenylphosphoranyliden)propionsäure-ethylester (1a) mit entsprechend funktionalisierten Isocyanaten 2 erhalten. Sie erweisen sich als geeignete Edukte für Synthesen einer Anzahl von N-Heterocyclen wie Chinazoline, 1,3,5-Triazine, 1,3,5-Thiadiazine, 1,3,5-Oxathiazine, Imidazole und 1,2,4-Triazole. Dagegen cyclisiert 2-(Triphenylphosphoranyliden)propiophenon (1b) mit 2a und 2d in einer ungewöhnlichen Wittig-Reaktion direkt zum 1,3-Oxazin- bzw. Pyrimidin-Ring.

These compounds are not yet described in the present substitution pattern.
    Notes: Die größtenteils aus 2-Diazo-1,3-diketonen leicht zugänglichen Titelverbindungen dienen als Ausgangsstoffe neuer Synthesen polysubstituierter Pyrane, Oxazine, Oxathiine, Thiazine, Thiopyrimidinone, Pyrazole und Thiolane. Diese sind in der vorliegenden Substitution noch nicht beschrieben.
