N-(Difluorophosphoryl)- and N-(Dichlorophosphoranylidene)silylaminesOPF3 reacts with N[Si(CH3)3]3 (2) or Li—[Si(CH3)3]2 in a ratio 1 : 1 to give [(CH3)3Si]2N—POF2 (1). With P2O3F4 1 yields (CH3)3Si—N(POF2)2 (3), which is also available by reaction of 2 with P2O3F4 in a molar ratio 1 : 2.-OPCl3 reacts with 2 to afford an unseparable mixture of 2 and (CH3)3SiO—PCl2=N—Si(CH3)3 (4). The pure compound 4 can be obtained by reaction of OPCl3 with Li—N[Si(CH3)3]2.
Notes:
Setzt man OPF3 mit N[Si(CH3)3]3 (2) bzw. Li—N[Si(CH3)3]2 im Verhältnis 1 : 1 um, so erhält man [(CH3)3Si]2N—POF2 (1). 1 reagiert mit P2O3F4 zu (CH3)3Si—N(POF2)2 (3), das auch durch Reaktion von 2 mit P2O3F4 im Molverhältnis 1 : 2 erhältlich ist.- Aus OPCl3 und 2 erhält man ein nicht auftrennbares Gemisch aus 2 und (CH3)3SiO—PCl2-N—Si(CH3)3 (4). Die Synthese von reinem 4 gelingt durch Umsetzung von OPCl3 mit Li—N[Si(CH3)3]2.
