Conclusions 1. The proposed form of the calibration relationship is confirmed satisfactorily by experiments with flowmeters of two different constructions. 2. The existence of a self-simulating region with respect to π2 in the receivers types R-I and R-II opens up possibilities for making turbo-tachometric flowmeters insensitive in the range of measured flows to variations of viscosity and, hence, to the temperature of the liquid. 3. The compiling of general or individual calibration curves for existing types of turbo-tachometric flowmeters will provide the possibility of introducing corrections to the instrument readings taking into consideration the viscosity and density of liquids. 4. Further extended research is necessary in order to standardize the receiving converters for turbo-tachometric flowmeters.
