    Description / Table of Contents: Splitting Reactions at the Silicon-Nitrogen Bond with N-Trihalophosphoranyliden CompoundsBy reaction of compounds of the type R—N = PX3 (R = FSO2, ClSO2 or P3N3F5 and X = F or Cl) with (CH3)3SiN(CH3)2 and (CH3)3SiNCS we obtained the new compounds 4 - 13. The properties of these substances are described and their structures are discussed on the basis of n. m. r. spectroscopic data. The compounds are further characterized by analyses as well as by i. r. and mass spectra. After preliminary experiments we can set up the following series with decreasing reactivity: —N = PCI3 〉 —N = PCl2X 〉 —N=PF2Cl 〉 —N = PF3 ≫ ClSO2 〉 FSO2 (X = F or —N(CH3)2).
    Notes: Durch Reaktion von Verbindungen R—N = PX3 (R = FSO2, ClSO2 oder P3N3F5 und X = F oder Cl) mit (CH3)3SiN(CH3)2 und (CH3)3SiNCS erhielten wir die neuen Verbindungen 4-13. Die Eigenschaften dieser Substanzen werden beschrieben und ihre Struktur anhand NMR-spektroskopischer Daten diskutiert. Die Verbindungen werden weiterhin durch Analysen, IR- und einige Massenspektren charakterisiert. Nach vorläufigen Versuchen können wir folgende Reihe mit abnehmender Reaktivität aufstellen: — N = PCI3 〉 —N = PCl2X 〉 —N = PF2Cl 〉 —N=PF3 ≫ CISO2 〉 FSO2 (X = F oder —N(CH3)2).

    Description / Table of Contents: The Preparation of Fluorocyclotriphosphazenes with Phosphazene Side ChainsFluorocyclotriphosphazenes with phosphazene side chains were prolonged by the alternating reactions of hexamethyldisilazane and phosphorus pentachloride (1-8). The compounds formed contain up to six alternating (PN) bonds. Reactions of heptamethyldisilazane and methylamine give 9 and 10. Substitution reactions with the higher ring compounds yield 11-14. The properties of these substances are described and their structures could be likely prooved on the basis of 31P and 19F n. m. r. investigations. The compounds are further characterized by analysis and i. r. spectra.
    Notes: Fluorcyclotriphosphazene mit Phosphazenseitenkette werden durch alternierende Reaktionen mit Hexamethyldisilazan und Phosphorpentachlorid verlängert (1-8). Dabei entstehen Verbindungen, die bis zu sechs alternierende (PN)-Bindungen enthalten (7, 8). Umsetzungen mit Heptamethyldisilazan und Methylamin ergeben 9 und 10. Substitutionen an höheren Ringverbindungen führen zu 11-14. Die Eigenschaften dieser Substanzen werden beschrieben und ihre Struktur durch 31P- und 19F-NMR-Untersuchungen wahrscheinlich gemacht. Die Verbindungen werden weiterhin durch Analysen und IR-Spektren charakterisiert.

    Description / Table of Contents: Rearrangement Reactions at the P=N Double BondCompounds XSO2N=PCl3 (X = F or Cl) react in the molar ratio of 1:1 with alcohols to give the alkyl ester dichlorides XSO2N=PCl2OR (1 - 6). In the presence of catalytic amounts of diethyl ether these compounds rearrange to N-alkylphosphoryl dichlorides XSO2N(R) P(O)Cl2 (1a - 6a). The mechanism of this rearrangement was studied. On the basis of n.m.r. and mass spectra the above mentioned structures have been assigned. 1a and 2a react with (CH3)3SiN(CH3)2 to form (CH3)3SiCl and the compounds FSO2N(CH3) - P(O)ClN(CH3)2 (7) and FSO2N(C2H5) - P(O)ClN(CH3)2 (8), resp. I.r. data and analyses are reported.
    Notes: Verbindungen XSO2N=PCl3 (X = F oder Cl) reagieren im Molverhältnis 1:1 mit Alkoholen zu den Alkylester-dichloriden XSO2N=PCl2OR (1-6). In Gegenwart katalytischer Mengen Diäthyläther lagern diese Verbindungen zu den N-Alkyl-phosphoryldichloriden XSO2N-(R) - P(O)Cl2 (1a-6a) um. Der Mechanismus dieser Umlagerung wurde untersucht. Die angegebenen Strukturen werden aufgrund von NMR- und Massenspektren wahrscheinlich gemacht. 1a und 2a reagieren mit (CH3)3SiN(CH3)2 unter (CH3)3SiCl-Abspaltung zu FSO2N(CH3) - P(O)ClN(CH3)2 (7) bzw. FSO2N(C2H5)-P(O)ClN(CH3)2 (8). IR-Daten und Analysen werden mitgeteilt.
