    Description: In this study monoculture of roach (Rurilus rutilus caspicus) in freshwater and brackish water with 3 stocking densities as 10000, 15000, and 20000 specimens per hectare with 3 replications each carried out from the beginning of May till October 2001. Moreover, in order to, compare cultivation of roach in freshwater with brackish water another density of 10000 specimens per hectare with 3 replication also took place. Fingerlings from the Sijoval cultivation Center were stocked in a pond for wintering and after preparation of rearing ponds in second year were introduced to the pond according to appropriate and calculated stocking density. Fingerlings were fed by concentrated food which is given to white fish for feeding (SFK) up to 30 g in weight of fingerlings. Feeding calculation based on percentage of body weight varied from 5 to 15 % of body weight. Moreover, appetite of fish also considered for feeding the fingerlings. Average weight and length in the first year from hatching time up to the end of rearing period were 5.55±1.58 g and 8.57±1.02 cm. Results indicate that in the second year and in the different stocking density the average weight and length at the end of cultivation period with minimum treatment were 56.68±16.5 g and 16.79±1.21 cm respectively. In maximum stocking density the mean average length was 16.74±1.23 cm and mean average weight was 55.33±16.5. In order to compare cultivation of roach in freshwater with brackish water another stocking density of 10000 specimens per hectare with 3 replications also took place in this study. Fingerlings with average weight of 6.5±1.82 g and average length of 9.5±1.24 cm were introduced to the ponds. At the end of rearing period average final weight was 48.53±9.41 g with average length of 15.15±1.08 cm. Average daily growth in freshwater treatment from the minimum to the maximum stocking density was 0.22, 0.26, and 0.23 respectively. In brackish water replication the average daily growth was 0.22. FCR in the freshwater treatment from the minimum to the maximum stocking density was 4.4, 4.46, and 4.4 respectively and in brackish water it was 3.14. Average condition factor in freshwater was from 2.41 in the second treatment to 2.69 in the first treatment and 2.56 in the third treatment. The average value CF in brackish water was 1.39. Survival rate in the freshwater treatment from the minimum to the maximum stocking density was 85.41, 82.21, and 82.76 % respectively and in brackish water it was 88.73.

    Description: This review is started from April 2002 in Gorgan River and continued for one year. Three sampling stations along the river to the mouth of the estuary were 4000 meters away from the bridge to the village Charqly all samples were collected in this area. Four million sturgeon larvae with average weight of 3/2 grams were obtained from martyr Marjani and Vushmgir Dam farms. Over 40 days released at release stations, and 316 million bony fish fingerlings are being release that 282 million were whitefish, 25 million carp and 9 million bream from Vushmgir Dam and Syjval Bream Center within two months at the release stations in Gorgan River. At sampling stations, especially estuaries to determine the shelf life of fry in the river and to determining migration into the river as well as physical - chemical and assess the frequency and biomass of feeding materials (phytoplankton, zooplankton, and benthos) at the sampling stations in Gorgan River were studied. The entire estuary to the sea makes itself. Maximum migration happened at sunset. Average Debbi for 20-year was at the rate of 14.95 cubic meters per second. In 2002, the annual average was 20.8 cubic meters per second, respectively. Evaluation of abundance and biomass of feeding materials (phytoplankton, zooplankton, and benthos) indicates the status of the average biomass of phytoplankton in the river at the release station was 23/75 mg per liter that was highest in September and was lowest in December. Benthic including 9 families and 11 genera have been identified including groups of insects, worms, low-tar and Polychaetes, crustaceans, bivalve and gastropod. But at the release station (S2) the highest levels of benthic biomass (18/18 grams per square meter) degree of diversity of benthic organisms (12) species have largely been seen as a maximum in April and minimum in December. Also zooplankton condition, zooplankton total of 27 genera belonging to five categories, Rotatoria, Kladvsra, Coupe Pvda, Balanvs, and protozoa were identified. In general, in September zooplankton has the greatest diversity and abundance and in September and March, the lowest number is observed.

    Description: Shrimp production increasing rapidly in the world and in2013 the production reaches 4.2 MT. In Iran the shrimp production is under development and estimated in 1393, 20 thousand tons produced. In this regards the important subject is health and disease in shrimp farm. The white spot syndrome virus for second time appears in chabahar and damage many farms. Because the aquaculture activity expand in the world in national, regional and international scale, many emerge disease are endanger. In this regard the viral disease is very important and not only decrease the production but also has a side effect in business and national economy. For control and prevention the viral disease, the accurate methods such as PCR kit were developed. In this project the PCR methods with sensitivity, specificity and efficacy was designed and used for detection viral disease. Many viruses have several serotypes and in different area maybe new serotype induce the disease. For this reason, the specific kit will be design. Three viruses consist of MBV, TSV and IHHNV are very pathogenic in shrimp farm and need the specific PCR kit for detection them. In this project the MBV virus was identified and designs a new primer with Oligo software and the primer amplified a part of DNA with 185 bp in the gel. The specificity and sensitivity of primer were checked by IQ2000 Kit and the primer used for detection unknown samples.
