Beschreibung: The project of the Study on fishing and resource management of fisheries within Southern Caspian Sea was conducted on the base of an agreement made between fisheries organization (Shilat) and the Iranian fishery research organization (IFRO) signed in 2010. In this library-based study the current situation of bony fish fisheries and biology of these species has been surveyed in Iranian waters of the Caspian Sea . In this survey internal and external environmental factors of bony fishes activities were considered. Using SWOT analysis method, current situation of fisheries was investigated..One of the most important strategies for conserving anadromous species such as Caspian kutum , common carp, roach , bream and …. is rehabilitation of the natural spawning ground in rivers, coastal lagoon specially Anzali lagoon .By conducting this strategy not only restocks of bony fishes is done ,but also reduced the cost of artificial restocking programs and releasing fingerlings .In short term , it is nessesary to enhance the stocks of the species that have low catch is done by huge releasing of the fingerlings and study the qualification of the program.

Beschreibung: Rutilus kutum is one of the most important economic fish species of Iranian costal of Caspian Sea. This species conducted more than 60% of fish caught in Caspian Sea annually, and more than 10 thousands fisherman engaged to its fishery. In present study, kutum fingerlings reared in two different densities include of 25 and 40 fish/m2 with mean weight of 17.5 ± 5.87 g. The period of test being planned 10 weeks and the test organism housed in circular concrete pools of 3 m3 capacity with flowing water and aeration in pools are supplied. The fishes feed by extrude food with 45% crude protein and 14% crude fat. After termination of the experiment, the result showed that weight gain performance, specific growth rate, condition factor, food efficiency rate and protein efficiency rate decreased, while food conversion ratio increased with rising of density, as their different was significance in two experimental treatments (p〈0.05). The kutum reared in low density showed significantly higher survival rate (SVR) (with 88.8%) than high density (with 76.9%) (p〈0.05). Based on the different observed effects of the density on growth and survival, it is recommended the use of a 25 kutum/m2 density for rearing by Caspian Sea water.

Beschreibung: Experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of different dietary levels of protein (%30,%35,%40,%45) , fat (%8,%12,%16,%20) and total energy (3500,4000,4500,5000 kcal/kg ) on growth of fingerling Roach (Rutilus rutilus caspicus knipowitschi ) in four treatments with triplicates. The crude protein of experiment, fish averaged 2.60 gr stoking density of 25 fish/tank in a during of 57 days, the crude fat of experiment, averaged 5.30 gr stoking density of 15 fish/tank in a during of 67 days and the gross energy of experiment, averaged 5.30 gr stoking density of 25 fish/tank in a during of 57 days which reared into 100L-fiber glass tanks. At the end of each experiments, growth average parameters, such as weight gain(%), specific growth rate, food conversion ratio, condition factor and survival (%) were not significantly different among all treatments (P〉0/05) but protein efficiency ratio showed in fish fed of %30 and %35 protein at levels significantly different with another treatments (P〈0/05). In all of experimentes, significant difference was found whole-body protein, lipid contents of fish fed the different dietary protein, lipid and energy levels indicated that significant difference among of treatments. As regards the economics of feeding and effective protein utilization, the dietary containing %30, %16 fat levels and total energy 5000 kcal/kg would be suitable to growth roach fingerling.

Beschreibung: Due to having so many commercial fish species, the Caspian Sea has special importance. In order to enhancement and restocking of some fish species such as kutum, bream, pike perch and common carp that their stocks were under damage, shilat company annually released fingerlings of these species into the river of Iranian part of the Caspian sea specially for kutum, bream and pike perch in Guilan province. Monitoring and surveying of fingerlings releasing in quality and quantity point of view, from loading to offloading place was done by fisheries research center of Guilan province. The mean number of fingerlings per loading in 2000 was about 11808 with minimum and maximum of 30000 and 616000 fingerlings Respectively, The caring time from culturing pond to the western river of Guilan was more than the same for eastern rivers; but the number of fingerlings per loading for western rivers were much more with. Comparison to eastern one and it is recommended .that the, fingerlings density per, loading should be adjusted by, distance that is better to be much' more for near distance. The weight range of fingerlings was recorded as 0.55 to 1.6 gr with an average of 1.02 gr. The fingerlings: release of kutum to the rivers such as Chalvand, Lemir, Kargan roud, Navroud, Khalehsara, Anzali lagoon, Sefid roud, Chamkhaleh and Khoshk roud were 1.01,6.4 milions respectively. Totally, 79087605 •fingerlings of kutum released to the Guilan province rivers. The most kutum fingerling released, had a weight range of 0.6 to 1 gr (56.6 milions fingerlings). Also the peak of releasing was in August (31.7 milions fingerlings). Surviving rate of kutum in 1991 was estimated 8.4% e That showed 16% decrease-with„comparison-to-1996-and-1-99-7.In study of parasitic diseases in fingerlings Diplostomum (digen), Tricodina, giroductylus (monogen) were recognized, among these, Diplostomum was more important for pathogenesis. The percent of contamination by diseases in 2000, highly decreased in comparison to 1995. The rate of pike perch fingerlings release from 1990 to 2000 had an increasing trend and from 16000 fingerlings in 1990 reached 3.8 million fingerlings if 2000.¯Nümber Si li on s-respectively-he-mean number fingerlings per loading for the above mentioned rivers were 103467, 76227, and 89300 fingerlings respectively. Pike perch fingerlings released in May (2.5 million fingerlings) and gune (0195 million fingerlings). Released number of Pich perch fingerlings peaked in weighting range of 0.5-1 gr and average weight of fingerlings was 0.9 in 2000. Although some fingerlings were released below 0.5 gr. During 10 years ago the catch of bream is to be grow up gradually and had some fluctuations. Totally, 14.5 milions of bream fingerlings were released in to the Anzali lagoon, the number of fingerlings per loading was 75057 with minimum and maximum of 11200' to 140000 fingerlings respectively. Mean weight of bream fingerlings in 2000 was better than previous years and reached 1.15 gr. releasing of bream fingerlings was in July (7948250 fingerlings) with average weight of 1.4 gr, but in August this figure decreased to 0.75 gr. The weight range of released bream fingerlings was 0.5-2.2 gr and maximum number of released fingerlings had a weight range of 0.6-1 gr. return coefficient of bream in 1993 was 1% which showed decrease in comparison to 1991.

Beschreibung: The Kutum, Rutilus frisii kutum, is one of the most important bony fishes in Iranian coastal of Caspian Sea. Its harvest range is between 9000-10000 tons in a year, nearly 60% of the income of Bony fish fishery produced by kutum fishery. The stock of this species reduced drastically in 1982 and the catch slumped to the less than 250 tons in a year. Kutum spawning grounds deterioration, illegal catch, and lack of restocking program were the main cause of the decline. This Spices in nature comprised by two distinct form, autumn and spring form. It is worth to be mentioned, by the effect of Caspian Sea Bony fishes Research Center s experts in 1983, artificial spawning and releasing the fries to the sea were commenced and the catch steadily improved. But all activities concerning restocking of kutum concentrated in spring form, as at present about 260 million its fries are released into sea for restocking by Iranian Fisheries Organization, but for above reasons and lack of restocking program, the populations of autumn form gravely shrinked and neared to be extinct. Therefore, to enhance the biodiversity and boost fishers livelihood of kutum in Caspian Sea this project implemented by cooperation of Iranian Fisheries Organization (IFRO) and Caspian Environment Program (CEP) in Aquaculture Institute (Inland Waters). In this project, brooders caught from Anzali lagoon and maintained in two different condition, include of floating cages in Anzali lagoon and earthen ponds in Sefidrud Fisheries Research Station. The results showed that there weren’t significant differences between two maintenance statuses in maturation period and other reproductive characteristics of brooders. The ratio of male to female was 1 to 1.4. Minimum and maximum weight measured 1450 to 3100 g (with average of 1850 g) in female and 670 to 1900 g (with average of 1165 g) in male, respectively. The first natural spawning of brooders occurred in the end of January in temperature of 8 till 10 °C in concrete ponds. Also, some of maintained brooders in earthen ponds spawned in February. The average number of absolute, function and relative fecundity determined 88565 16809, 73805 14008 and 48670 12056, respectively. For artificial spawning, male and female brooders injected by pituitary gland with dose of 2-3 and 4-5 mg/kg body weight, respectively. Approximately, 10 and 8 present of female were over-ripe and immature in March (artificial spawning time), respectively. More than 59 % of injected female brooders induced to spawning in first stage after 10-12 hours and 13 % of them in twice stage and 7-8 hours after first stage. And also, 27.6% of females didn’t positive response to injection. Dry method used for eggs fecundity and incubation period lasted 7- 10 days in 14-16 °C. In totally, eggs fertilization were more than 95% and the average of eggs fertilization percent in throughout of period measured more than 92.7 6 %. Eyed eggs appearance occurred 3 days after fecundity and its mean was 92.7 15.1%. Larvae after yolk sac absorption feed with dry milk for 4-5 days and then introduced into fertilized earthen ponds (500 m2 and equipped to aerators) in intensive condition and fed with micro pellet food for 3-4 month. In finally, more than 1.8 million fries of 1-2 g and some more than 5 g produced and released into Anzali lagoon to its restocking for first time. It is expected that continuing of restocking process of autumn form kutum by Iranian Fisheries Organization eventuate to population increasing of this form in Caspian Sea in future.
