Zusammenfassung Die Vergleichbarkeit der beiden Bestimmungsmethoden Head-Space-Technik und Extraktionsmethode für leichtflüchtige Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe wurde mit neun Verbindungen getestet. Bewertungsmaßstäbe waren die Empfindlichkeit, die Reststreuung und besonders die Verfahrensstandardabweichung. Das empfindlichere Verfahren ist die Head-Space-Technik, während die Reststreuung bei der Extraktionsmethode kleiner ist. Die aus diesen beiden Kenngrößen resultierende Verfahrensstandardabweichung zeigt über den F-Test, daß beide Analysenmethoden miteinander vergleichbar sind. Darüber hinaus werden weitere Anwendungsmöglichkeiten eines solchen statistischen Tests für die tägliche Analytik aufgezeigt.

Summary The comparability of the head-space- and extraction techniques was tested with nine volatile halogenated hydrocarbons. The parameters were the sensitivity, the standard deviation of the residuals, and the standard deviation of the procedure. The more sensitive method is the head-space-technique while the standard deviation of the residuals is smaller in the extraction technique. The standard deviation of the procedure as a resulting value of the other two performance characteristics shows in a F-Test that both analytical methods are comparable. Some other applications of these statistical tests in everyday analytical life are pointed out.
