The field - or rather the multi-field - of organizational and work psychology is configured as a space for debate and disciplinary development due to the dual status it has historically acquired, and which requires permanent observation in terms of the knowledge produced, the forms of intervention and the impact not only in terms of the results and performance of people in labor organizations, but also in terms of what the world of work implies for people and the relationships and links they establish in the contexts in which they are immersed. This book, aimed at professionals, students and people from various social and labor fields interested not only in psychology but also in other disciplines and fields, seeks to expand their repertoire of readings regarding the current grammars of the world of work, of possible or alternative approaches to understanding the relationship of people with work and the organizations in which they develop it, after a decade of the 21st century, based on reflections on the "coordinates that organize the contemporary labor landscape", and the effects they have had on the configuration of this relationship. These are generic readings on specific and varied topics of interest, which as a whole will allow the reader a panoramic view of the object of study, or a particular approach in the focus of each chapter.

El campo –o mejor el multi-campo– de la psicología organizacional y del trabajo se configura como un espacio de debate y desarrollo disciplinar por el doble estatuto que históricamente ha ganado, y que requiere una observación permanente en términos de conocimiento producido, formas de intervención e impacto no solo en cuanto a los resultados y el desempeño de las personas en las organizaciones de trabajo, sino por lo que implica el mundo del trabajo para las personas y las relaciones y vínculos que ellas establecen en los contextos en que están inmersas. El presente libro, orientado a profesionales, estudiantes y personas de diversos ámbitos sociales y laborales interesados no solo en la psicología sino en otras disciplinas y campos, busca ampliar su repertorio de lectura respecto de las gramáticas actuales del mundo laboral, de acercamientos posibles o alternativos para comprender la relación de las personas con el trabajo y las organizaciones en que lo desarrollan, ya pasada una década del siglo XXI, a partir de reflexiones sobre las “coordenadas que organizan el paisaje laboral contemporáneo”, y de los efectos que han tenido en la configuración de dicha relación. Son lecturas genéricas sobre tópicos de interés específicos y variados, que en conjunto permitirán al lector una visión panorámica del tema de estudio, o una aproximación particular en el enfoque de cada capítulo.
