    Description / Table of Contents: Abstract Измерена кислотность разных катализаторов MoO3−SiO2 и WO3 с помощью адсорбции аммиака. Кислотность поверхности SiO2 и чистых металлов. очень низка, но она повышается вследствие реакции носителя SiO2 с окисями металлов. Наблюдается корреляция между кислотностью поверхности и каталитической активностью в ароматизации низших олефинов.
    Notes: Abstract The acidity of various MoO3−SiO2 and WO3 catalysts has been measured by means of ammonia adsorption. Whereas the acidity of silica and pure metal oxides is very low, an increase of surface acidity results from a reaction between silica support and metal oxides. A significant correlation between surface acidity and catalytic activity for aromatization of lower olefines could be found.

    Notes: Abstract An analysis of the three-dimensional correlation function of small-angle scattering is applied for the direct determination of stereological parameters of hectorite samples. Beside characteristic lengths and volume fractions the specific order distances are given. The samples can be described by homogeneous particles of different order magnitudes up to the size of the secondary particles, which were estimated to have maximum dimensions of about 450 nm. Beside traditional stereological formulas, including the interpretation of the derivatives of the small-angle correlation function, the so-called transformed correlation function is applied in order to detect distinctive characteristic lengths.

Было исследовано влияние митрации бора к поверхности на дисперсность и активность пористого стекло-платинового катализатора, предназначенного для дегидроциклизации н-гексана.
    Notes: Abstract Surface boron concentration of porous glasses from sodium borosilicate glass was determined in dependence on heating between 500–700°C. The influence of boron migration to surface on dispersity and activity for dehydrocyclization of n-hexane on porous glass-platinum catalysts was investigated.

    Description / Table of Contents: Abstract Исследовано влияние силилирования гексаметилдисилазаном на адсорбционные и каталитические свойства платиновых катализаторов, нанесенных на пористое стекло. Найдено, что каталитическая активность значительно уменьшается с увеличением заполнения поверхности триметилсилильными группами для всех следующих реакций: гидрогенизации бензола, дегидрогенизации циклогексана и дегидроциклизации н-гексана.
    Notes: Abstract Effect of silylation with hexamethyldisilazane on adsorption and catalytic properties of porous glass-supported platinum catalysts has been studied. Catalytic activity decreases markedly with an increase in surface coverage by trimethylsilyl groups for all the following reactions examined: hydrogenation of benzene, dehydrogenation of cyclohexane and dehydrocyclization of n-hexane.

    Description / Table of Contents: Abstract Была исследована адсорбция водорода с целью определения дисперсии платины, нанесенной на различные материалы с высокими содержаниями кремния, а именно на пористые стекла, SiO2 и SiO2, обработанный кислотой. Показано, что обработка SiO2 кислотой приводит к большей дисперности платины по сравнению с SiO2 и пористыми стеклами. Обсуждается влияние распределения размера пор, как друтого важного фактора, на распределение размеров платиновых кристаллитов и на дисперсность.
    Notes: Abstract Hydrogen adsorption has been investigated in order to determine the dispersity of platinum supported on different silicon-containing materials, such as porous glasses, silica and acid treated silica. The acid treatment of silica results in more dispersed platinum as compared with silica and porous glasses. The influence of pore size distribution as a further important factor on Pt-crystallite distribution and dispersity is discussed.

    Description / Table of Contents: On the Modification of Xerogels by Acid TreatmentThe influence of an acid treatment on the texture and structure of silica (xerogel) has been studied. Characteristic changes caused by acid treatment of silica consist of increasing pore-volume decreasing specific surface and of a maximum shift to larger radii of pore distribution in the range of micro and meso pores.A tendency in respect to an increasing degree of order for acid treated silica could be shown.
    Notes: Der Einfluß einer Säurebehandlung auf die Textur und Struktur von Kieselgelen (Xerogelen) wurde untersucht. Die charakteristischen Veränderungen an säurebehandelten Kieselgelen bestehen aus einer Abnahme der spezifischen Oberfläche der Zunahme des spezifischen Porenvolumens und einer Verschiebung der Maxima der Porenradienverteilungskurven  -  im Bereich der Mikro- und Mesoporen  -  zu größeren Porenradien.Eine Tendenz zur Erhöhung des Ordnungsgrades säurebehandelter Kieselgele konnte nachgewiesen werden.

    Description / Table of Contents: On the Influence of the Heat Treatment of the Basic Glass on the Properties of Porous GlassesThe influence of the heat treatment of the basic glass has been studied in respect to the carrier properties of porous glasses for platinum (1 wt.-%) for dehydrocyclization of n-hexane. Connections between heat treatment micropore structure and catalytic activity are discussed.
    Notes: Es wurde der Einfluß der thermischen Vorbehandlung des Ausgangsglases (7% Na2O, 23% B2O3, 70% SiO2) auf die Trägereigenschaften poröser Gläser für Platin (1 Gew.-%) bei der Dehydrocyclisierung von n-Hexan untersucht. Zusammenhänge zwischen Thermobehandlung, Mikroporenstruktur und katalytischer Aktivität werden diskutiert.
