Conclusions 1. The interaction of tetrafluorohydrazine with 2-chlorobutadiene-1,3 was studied. At room temperature and atmospheric pressure, 1,4-bis (difluoroamino)-2-chlorobutene-2 is formed. 2. 1,4-bis (Difluoroamino)-2-chlorobutene-2, when heated with water, forms the dinitrile of chloromaleic or chlorofumaric acid, while in the case of treatment with 10% aqueous KOH, it decomposes forming ammonia and potassium fluoride, chloride, acetate, and oxalate.
