Cettes observations indiquent qu'Actinomycin-D empeche la resorbtion de l'os, mais ne derange pas le processus de la minéralisation.
    Abstract: Zusammenfassung Actinomycin-D, bei Ratten gegeben, senkte den Calciumspiegel im Plasma und erhöhte die Retention von85Sr im Körper und im Plasma, nicht dagegen in den Knochen. Diese Ergebnisse lassen vermuten, daß Actinomycin-D in den Prozeß der Knochenresorption, nicht dagegen in den der Mineralisierung eingreift.
    Notes: Abstract Actinomycin-D, when given to rats, decreased the plasma calcium level, increased the retention of85Sr in the whole body and plasma but not in bone. The findings suggest that Actinomycin-D interferes with bone resorption but not with the mineralization process.
