Notes: Summary Pervaporation of acetic acid/water mixture was investigated through uncrosslinked and crosslinked polybutadiene membranes. Crosslinked polybutadiene membrane permeated acetic acid in preference to water indicating that polybutadiene must be a candidate for a permselective membrane material for acetic acid separation from its aqueous solution.
